Get your flowers, Mushroom x 30 varieties, your Gozlemè..your grilled corn cobs, books, tools , spices...you'd have to be nuts to not buy the plethora of NUTS...BUT hurray Folks...times running out to get the best Danish food from the MaDane himself...Ask for Christoffer...and you'll get the best in home made sourdough sandwiches 🥪 with Danish delights 😊...I've eaten nearly all of them...a variety of prawns on bread, the best Corned beef slices on his famous bread with pickle and the odd piece of onion...then there's the sweet taste of a stuffed Mazipan stuffed with some brown stuff but it's rolled up...the ends dipped in chocolate. His piece De Risistance is a Frikadele on sour dought...you'd have to be a Frikadele to miss it. Christoffers heading home to where the sun can shine for 24 hours...he'll be missing being in the land down under. As we'll be missing the Frikadele Mad Dane... Tell him Michael sent you...he's easy to find. He's past the book seller near the guy on his motorbike who can sharpen knive's for you..or sell you sharper ones that will " HONE " your skills in the kitchen by buying one of his knives. Ask the Mad Dane about his Rum ...Balls

If you have a lazy afternoon and in the mood for "op-shopping" this is a great place to go. Recycled everything! Little artists studios, meeting rooms, community groups can also be found here worthy of spending your time and dollars with. Places too diverse too mention, lots of parking, Tomra cans/bottles recycling site. A great place to go if you are in the mood to discover somewhere unique

One would go there for a variety of reasons. Today I was a guest for Radio FM Skidrow 88.9 MHz. The Bower recycling old good shop is another organisation as is the Autistic Association. There are more groups there than I know. The grounds are open to the public and there are a couple of eateries. Being a community organisation of ordinary people there's not a lot of flash cash so my four star rating is because a lot of the grounds is very rough and walking around you have to be careful not to trip over something or get your foot in a pot hole causing a sprain or a nasty fall.

I wish there are more such places around Sydney. Great place for community activities. From gardening, recycling, martial arts, offices for different communities. Two great non profit stores are The Bower Group & Reverse Garbage, helping us to reduce reuse & recycle.

So shabby, and terrible use of space... this place could be so much better.

super helpful staff, there's more out the back if you ask and have some idea of what you're looking for. seen it in the inner west? they might have that in tube stock for $3.90.

👍👍 Awesomely scenic!! Heaps of floras, faunas, waterfalls and lots of easy, medium grades and hard walks. After seeing all these, you can then indulge in a cup of hot chocolate or cappuccino during cold days or a nice cone of gelato ice cream in one of the cafes that littered the area.
