😠 What has happened to crust... We used to love it years ago. Disgusting soggy chips and pasta... Pizza bland, almost no ingredients (nothing like the website photos), worse than a microwave pizza from woollies... Thanks for the memories crust, this will be our last time we waste money on this patheti... People often mention pizza, taste, ordered, order, pasta, large, good, Pizza, arrived, cheese,

The pizza taste good but I can't see any chicken on the roast chicken and bacon pizza. I ordered peri peri and it taste average; not bad. The bolognese pasta? It looks good. BUT... it was the WORST pasta I have ever had in my entire existence!!! Awful smell and taste! 🤢🤮 I don't know what's wrong with the pasta. Smell and taste like spoiled pasta. It was definitely a waste of money. I am traumatised tbh! 😢 I don't think I can have pasta for the next couple of months or so.

The worst: just under two hours waiting for the order to arrive and it was the worst pizza I have ever had. What arrived was nothing like shown in the website and one dessert didn’t arrive at all. The attached photos show what we order online (photos number 1, 3, 5 and 7) to what arrived (photos 2, 4, 6 and didn’t arrive). The pepperoni pizza had 7 pieces of pepperoni on it! The whole meal was a total disaster - cold, overcooked and tasteless.

Pasta was so tasteless and cold. I am not sure why this pasta was added to the menu (it says homemade bolognese on the menu 🤦‍♀️). It was hard to smell it, too. We couldn’t taste and eat it. For pizza, it was good. We just ruined our lunch

Pizza had basically little to no cheese or the extras I added to the order and the pasta no creamy sauce - both lacking in taste and arrived barely warm - more like cold❄️😳. Waste of money💲, extremely disappointing😬🙄. We almost never order food from outside nor have we ordered from Crust Pizza in over 7+ years - sorry but I won't be ordering from them again🤦🏽‍♀️.

Driver is extremely lazy, expects you to go out to his car to pickup, says there is no parking but there is parking right in front of the house! Pizza was awful, no taste whatsoever, felt like eating dough. Can’t believe they cost twice as much as dominos and yet they are so much worse in taste! Would never ever order from them again!!!

I've ordered pizza from here many times since I live local and it's been fine until now. I ordered two pizzas and they gave me and my husband the worst stomach aches we've had in a long time.

Maybe it has something to do with the way the mostly Indian staff slap on the ingredients on, without a care in the world, whilst they talk on the phone, which makes the pizzas taste bland and tasteless… or their inability, due to their culture, what a pizza is and how it should taste. No matter what, my experiences with this place have always been average, but today they became disgustingly bad… never going to give my money to this place again until the owner employs people who actually understand pizza making and that one is paying good money for something which deserves better from their employees

Absolute rip off, their large pizzas are nowhere near large, they are more like a small medium. The crusts are undercooked. $49 home delivery for 2 large pizzas that felt grossly undersized compared with other pizzerias and I feel robbed.

Really disappointed with the pizza we ordered. It seemed like it was cooked long before we arrived to pick it up. Tasted old

Wow what a good place to have a food. Very delicious food, quick and very organized place with friendly service. Best in the area.

We ordered online from the Dulwich Hill store, turns out despite taking our order and saying ‘open’ online it was not… it was closed. We waited 2 hours and tried calling multiple times (obviously with no luck, it just kept ringing out) and eventually had to order from your Newtown store as all other food places seemed to be closing around this time— it was our last option. It really sucked as we were having an orphans Christmas and just wanted a yummy pizza 🥺💔 Soo disappointing… —It’s been a week and still haven’t received a refund or even a voucher for a free pizza… ☹️

Beef brisket pizza . Do urself a favour and do not order it. Sweet maple glaze on pizza is just disgusting…. Bad taste , could be worse than pineapple pizza

Pizza was good got the order correct which is great but really expensive for 1 pizza with cheese and no sauce and 1 margarita pizza considering the size of a large pizza is more like a small

Lol $27 for pizza 🤦🏿‍♂️ My peasant Italian family makes pizza too, because pizza is peasant food. Charging $27 is abuse, especially considering how uterrly terrible your pizza is. Sell the business

Manager goes above and beyond to ensure dietary requirements are catered to. I incorrectly identified vegan cheese as dairy and made a complaint. The manager offered to replace the pizza or provide a free one next time, even though he was positive it was vegan cheese. I called to apologise for my mistake the following day once it was obvious that I was wrong, and the manager was extremely understanding and polite. Will be ordering from here as often as possible in future. Very sorry for my mistake and very grateful for the vegan options. The fact that they are using vegan cheese that is almost indistinguishable from dairy cheese is impressive!

The gluten free base is pretty decent and everytime I have recently ordered the people have been friendly. I did get caught ordering standard (not GF) pizzas. I ordered large, thinking that would get me the bigger size. But no, in Crust-speak 'large' is small. If you want large, you need to order extra large. What were the marketers thinking? 🤦

This is the second time that we have ordered from this store. Pizza is great but the person delivering the pizza, is rude, lazy and offensive. The delivery never makes it to our door but the expectation is that we need to go and collect from him and his excuse is there is no parking. Never had this issue with other pizza companies delivering their pizza.

Pizza arrived within timeframe as advised. However, we ordered a large pizza size and what arrived looks like a small-medium size pizza when compared with other pizza restaurants. The pizza itself is dry and so are the ingredients. Will not be ordering again from crust pizza dulwich hill.

👍 Best restaurant for South Indian dishes. Worth a try of Biryani. Tried Tandoori Soya today and it was the best I ever had here. Egg65 Biryani was so tasty. Crispy Baby corn was bad seemed like it was not fresh. You should not let your standards drop.
