Made an advance order on 31 Dec 2021 to be picked up at Marrickville on 4 Jan 2022, only to find out that the shop is closed on the day (reopen 10 Jan). If the store is closed, why didn't the website reflect that in the website and still allowed us to order? Made a complaint via email but they failed to reply. I called customer service around 4.30pm on 12 Jan and was transferred to Marrickville store. The person was difficult to comprehend and repeatedly asked me to clarify my order details for 10-15 minutes, and eventually hanged up on me halfway saying he is currently too busy! How rude! Called customer service again on 13 Jan and described my previous experience. I was transferred back to Marrickville store, and they eventually promised to refund my order. Let's hope it really happens. No apologies received, especially on the rudeness of hanging up on my call!

I am not sure why this place has so many low reviews because I have ordered here soooo many times, delivered without issue. If anything this is a top tier pizza hut store compared to other's I have tried. The pizzas are always cooked to perfection with generous toppings. The cheese crust is my go to, and it has never failed to satisfy my craving. Will always be ordering from this Pizza Hut in Marrickville.

New management and you can tell. Really nice guy that’s taken it over. Engaging, asking where my job was around the corner and enjoyed his enthusiasm in taking over the joint. He’s even taken down my details as the app wouldn’t acknowledge my unit address to see what he can do and also upgraded my drink last week for being out of stock on prawns. Never had that good of a service at a Pizza Hut before! Give it another shot if you haven’t already been. He’s awesome.

Stayed over at a mates place for drinks so this isn't my local but boy am I tempted to swing by more often. Pizza toppings were bloody generous and the cheese was literally dripping down edges. Well made pizza, great customer service and clean front counter = Thumbs Up!!!

This Pizza Hut store is such a disappointment - every time you order with them. Today I placed an order and was told it would be arriving in 30 minutes, I called the store an hour later and was told they hadn't received the order so hadn't made the pizzas and it would be now another 40 minutes for delivery. It's my own fault for continuing to order from Pizza Hut Marrickville. I should have seen this coming after all the times our orders have not shown up at all, been found on the side of the road 400m away, been completely wrong or arrived as box of melted toppings sitting on one corner of a pizza base. The customer service on all of these occasions has been absolutely dreadful. This will be my last time ordering from Pizza Hut Marrickville.

The pizza here is always made exceptional, it's always fresh and taste's absolutely delicious. The owner is a great person, the staff are wonderful. The pizza is delicious you won't go wrong here. The best in Sydney.

We went here on a Tuesday for 2-4-1 pizza only $18.95! The pizza was really well made, loads of cheese and great toppings. The manager, Reggie, was very friendly and had a quick chat with us. Has only taken over in the last 6 months and was very keen to make us a good pizza and leave a good impression. Would def recommend this Pizza Hut 👍🏽🍕 yum!

We started going to pizza hut and it was under new management , we always order pepperoni pizza, my son Michael loves pepperoni pizza and it is always made to perfection , the manger offered drinks to my children and gave me vouchers, customer service is always excellent and when we arrive we are greeted by our name. Very welcoming

Pretty good pizza, nice ratio of toppings and on time. Edited: dropped a star. Got 2 pizzas and it looks so sad compared to last time. 3cm plain crust what is going on.

After a 25 minute run of them telling me I never ordered there, calling their manager and arguing with me that I never ordered there, even after showing them the bank transaction that clearly said “pizza hut marrickville”, it turns out they had my order all along and by the time they gave it to me it was hard and soggy. Not only that but I ordered a loaded supreme and a Hawaiian and this is what I got. Not happy. Hardly any toppings, cheese scarce and hard, hurt my teeth to chew through it. For $50 worth you’d think it’d be edible. Tried calling the store and told me they couldn’t hear me, couldn’t get through again.

If you're going to make a big deal about how you do contactless delivery, then don't do what my last delivery driver did, and tell me to come and pick it up around the corner from where I live because he can't be bothered walking the 2 minutes to my building. It wasn't delivery and it definitely wasn't contactless.

Ordered via their website. Staff were nice and the orders were quick and still hot when we had opened them at home. Definitely enjoy eating the crust of their pizzas and will be ordering more for a quick pizza fix

Under new management this Pizza Hut has made a mark for exceptional customer service, cleanliness and best pizzas.

Excellent service, value, quality, and speed. I hadn't been here before so can't judge people's previous experiences, but my experience today is that the food tastes great, it was quick and great value. I'll definitely be returning.

Well pic 1 is what I should have got, but no I got pic 2 I couldn’t even eat it tasted so dry, can see why, it’s missing a lot of the cream that is in pic 1, so ask yourself would I order from here, well for me not anymore, a year and a half ago before covid nonsense, I was rather impressed, I can only think that it is under new management, where you get short changed on what you want, and what you actually get, before when I ordered this had an underlay underlay the pizza, so it wouldn’t stick to the box, but that’s why I gave 2 stars, hope this helps you with ordering in the future, because I sure as won’t be, Pizza Hut admin need to take a look at these franchise owners and make sure they know how to make the pizzas properly and not poorly...

I've been waiting an hour 20 mins for our piZas. Called shop n they said would b here in 10 mins. Waiting another half hour now. Lied ! Tracker says it hasn't even left store. Now store won't answer phone. Disgusting

I come here at least once a month and the service is great. The staff are kind and inviting, service is super quick and you get great pizza hut pizza :) What's not to like?

Pizza quality can be more consistent (last order wasn't satisfying at all). Yesterday's meat lovers & super supreme was delicious. Order was made in time, no complaints with toppings, bread and overall quality was great. Surprisingly, while there is an empty bin near the oven, the store refused to throw one pizza box and was telling me to go outside and walk few shops away to use the street bin.

Considering the torrential rain we had in Sydney I was expecting a huge delay but everything was seamless the food was amazing as always and the delivery was just as quick as if the weather was a sunshiny day

Their new website sucks. One cannot order anything when the customer wants! They expect the customer to order in advance, and at pizza hut's discretion. EXTREMELY POOR BUSINESS ATTITUDE! All my friends know of your tactics, and will follow suit to stay away from Pizza Hut until further notice!

Reggie, the new store owner is very friendly and chatty. He even offered me a free raspberry Fanta with my order. The 2 large pizzas I ordered were loaded with a generous portion of cheese and the dough (traditional pan, of course) was neither doughy nor burnt but fully risen. Good bye fancy trattorias, hello Pizza Hut goodness ☺️

I ordered via menulog. I had smoky chicken and bacon pizza and creamy chicken alfredo. Both were good. A little bit salty for the pasta (that's just my opinion according to my own palate 😉)
