I was given a takeout container of red duck curry that was so out of balance with seasoning it was completely inedible. It was like equal parts a full salt shaker and an entire cup of vinegar had been used as the base for the dish. Everything else was good..this was not fit to consume.

Me and my friend were studying for finals and we craved some Viet food so we ordered Hu tieu and rice paper rolls from this restaurant. I used to work for a rice paper rolls resto and I have to say that this restaurant’s rolls are the best I have ever had in Sydney! Chewy rice paper, fresh herbs and very fresh seafood. The hu tieu was not bad but didn’t hit the spot as it didn’t taste as authentic as the one I had in Vietnam but overall it was tasty. It’d be better if they add more shrimps and pork to the Hu tieu instead of bbq pork, chicken and pickled veggies. The sauce of the Hu tieu was salty already so the bbq pork and pickled veggies make the dish slightly saltier than I want. The Hu tieu noodles were more soft and glutinous than the chewy type. Giving some chili paste with the dish will be better too. Overall this is a very good experience if you miss the taste of Vietnam. The portions were generous as well. Quán ngon và gỏi cuốn siêu ngon luôn ạ!!

Service good, location was convient, food pretty mediocre, you expect Vietnamese food to be complex with fresh herbs and layers of taste, but instead I had to ask for chilli and soy, disappointed. To add to the atmosphere, there was a loud drunken table oversharing and swearing, no self awareness at all, not great, can't blame the restaurant for that.

The place is great. Prices are low and food taste very good. Only thing missing is a bit more cozy atmosphere.

Best service I've had at a Viet restaurant! They have a large menu and the variety is impressive. Their pho has a little bit too much anise for my taste, but they were generous with the portion. Will definitely return to try their other menu items!

Lovely vietnamese restaurant. The dishes are tasty and come in big portions! Staff are great, Server named Rachel took care of our table wonderfully :) Will definitely be coming again!

We arrived late in the afternoon and the staff were so accommodating. Food was so delicious we forgot to take photos. These were two of the dishes we had. An underrated gem in Dulwich Hill. Can highly recommend. Thank you!

We went there for dinner, the restaurant had a table of three that had just finish and another table of two that had ordered. We had to wait for us to ask for water which then prompted the waiter that we had ordered a bottle of wine and some beer, which then I had to ask for wine glasses I did wait for 5 min before doing so as I wanted to give them a chance btw this is when our first main dish arrived. We then had to prompt the waiter for plates and cutlery at which point we almost walked out without touching anything as it was almost getting to be a joke. During the whole time the waiter was just relaxing behind the counter eating prawn chips which made the whole even more of a joke. Giving it two stars as the food was amazing but the service was beyond shocking I hope this is not standard as we would love to go back for more of the food.

We booked a table of 13 at Minh’s. The service great and the waiters responded to all our requests. I had not been to Minh’s for a few year as we live slightly further away now. It was wonderful to see the food was still delicious. Would highly recommend.

Enjoyed a nice fresh takeaway salad and some rice paper rolls. Enjoyed my meal. Staff were friendly and polite and service was quick. Plenty of outdoor seating available for covid safe dining.

Good honest suburban Vietnamese and Thai. Licensed and down to earth its friendly and affordable without anything fake... All.the expected dishes and a few surprises!!!

Great value meal. The ice coffees were large and not overfilled with ice like other places. The crab fried rice was tasty with chunks of crab meat easily visible. The combination pho was large, full of flavour, and hearty. Great local restaurant

I have chosen to dine twice at Minh this week, once with friends and then with family. The dishes are generous, fresh and well cooked. The prawn laksa was chock full of prawns and vegetables and very tasty. Special mention for the fresh rice paper rolls!! Very nice!! Also must say how clean the restaurant is and the staff very pleasant and helpful.
