Been here quite often and this is one of the best restaurants I’ve tried in Sydney. Traditional Vietnamese Food I’ve tried today are Caramelized Fish Claypot, Sweet and Sour Soup. Some signature dishes are Betel Leave Beef Role, Crispy Pancake, Stew Beef Noodle, Special Broken Rice Pork Chop. A must-try restaurant in Inner West Sydney.

My first visit today and I rate it! It was recommended by a friend for their banh xeo and it didn’t disappoint. Also really liked the steamed rice paper roll (pic below). The service is lovely and place clean. Could have used a bigger sized bowl🥣 though 🙂

The food was very tasty but the tables were a bit too small for the 6 of us. We ordered 5-6 dishes for sharing and they all came almost at the same time! And we didn’t have enough space for them all. Eventually they held off on bringing out the fish hot pot until we finished eating most of the dishes on our tables. The sour soup fish hot pot is a must try but I wish they had placed the fish on top of the hot pot instead of placing them inside the soup.

Unassuming place but what a hidden gem it turned out to be! The best banh xeo (pork and prawn pancake) I have ever had! It was perfectly crispy and seasoned, every bite had a nice crunch. We also ordered a soup with duck which was delicious as well. Highly recommended place!

For awhile now I’ve been a huge idiot. I thought I had to make the odyssey out to Cabramatta to get awesome Vietnamese food. But holy hell how have I been missing out for so long?! I knew Marrickville pork roll was good, but for the most part Marrickville was just cafe and brewery town for me. Not any more… This place was excellent! I was looking for viet pancakes, and the pancake here was wonderfully crispy. The mince beef in betel leaves plus the sauce had a really delicious flavour. Will definitely come back here again.

4/5 Came here to satisfy an intense craving for crispy chicken and tomato rice. Got the meal I wanted. The soup that came with the meal could have been hotter, was rather like warm. Nước mắm was good. Chicken was crispy, drumstick part a bit dry. Tomato rice hit the spot, was dry/ fried well and flavourful. Overall not a bad experience. They took eft payment which was great.

Good Vietnamese food. The broth of the combination pho was flavourful, and the meat was of good quality. The rest of the dish was well made. The pork chop had a slightly smoky char and was tender. It was paired well with the nuoc cham. The crispy chicken was also tender and moist. The tomato rice was just ok. Food came out quickly. Service was good.

Had lunch here today. Just very average Vietnamese food. In terms of Food Quality, I've had both better & worse. In terms of Cost/Performance Ratio (or say Value for Money), I also have had better & worse. One thing worth mentioning is ... They charge you extra if you use your card ... to encourage you to pay them in cash. Then in return I got this so called hand written "receipt" that don't even has the name of the place printed on it (please see photo). My best guess is ... They cooked more than just food ... they may had cooked their books as well. I'll NEVER eat there again. P.S. The female waitress today is ok nice. The young male waiter with glasses has serious attitude problem.

I just LOVE this place soon as I discovered this place i always go whenever I feel sad. Having here my favorite pancake and pho noodles makes me happy. Staff and owner are so kind. I highly recommend that you try your Pho noodles here and the pancake. A must try if you are craving for soups and noodles.

My Vietnamese friend recommended it and it was right, tasty authentic Vietnamese food with pocket friendly! Their salt and pepper squid has great spiciness (not too much), so good!

Yummy Vietnamese food, I love pancake and duck salad with rice noodle. Fresh vegetable and quality food. Good portion and reasonable price. Variety of food selection.

Great food experience for someone that hasn't eaten too much traditional Vietnamese. The pancake was amazing. BYO.

Overall great value for money and the main dishes were great (especially the vermicelli salad). Spring rolls weren't too good and was a bit mushy inside.

Very popular eatery in marrickville, tables are tight but service was good and quick. We ordered the banh xeo which was delicious, although I found the sauce wasn’t flavourful enough. I’ve had better at another place but that one cost 10 bucks more. Also got the crispy chicken and tomato rice which was so gooooddddd, like it had a secret flavour that I’ve never had before at any other place… delectable chefs kiss also the soup that comes with the rice is so comforting. Vietnamese white coffee was also yum. Food is a bit expensive here which is the only downside

Had a great experience at Gia Dinh, their Banh Xeo (egg crepe with pork and shrimp) and Sugarcane Prawn Banh Hoi (vermicelli sheets with rice paper wrap) was delicious! A great taste of southern style Vietnamese food, everything was fresh. I highly recommend trying these two items if you're looking for something different from pho or crispy chicken - this is my new go-to place for them!

First pho restaurant I tried at Sydney this year, fantastic food. The fresh made rice noodle was super smooth, all the ingredients are in best quality too.

👍 Best restaurant for South Indian dishes. Worth a try of Biryani. Tried Tandoori Soya today and it was the best I ever had here. Egg65 Biryani was so tasty. Crispy Baby corn was bad seemed like it was not fresh. You should not let your standards drop.
