    “This store gave me a new life goal, which is to make sure no one coming to this store anymore.” Must have been the worst experience that I ever had. The store gave me the wrong order. Tried to ring back but they don’t freaking answer phone. When the phone finally went thru , the store manage put the blame on me saying that I should have checked the pizza before leaving the store, and went straight hung up the phone. Unbelievable.

    I've read negative reviews about their delivery but still gave it a try to order but i literally experience the worst service. i ordered for delivery before the closing time i waited for almost an hour only to found out that they just cancelled my order in last minute. I called them and the guy told me he cancelled it lol he cancelled my order because they were closing when they can cancel it the moment i ordered. They made me wait for almost an hour for nothing and even showed that in the app *enjoy your food* which i haven't receive. it's very unprofessional and unethical to make your customers wait for an hour just to find out you cancelled it. I haven't receive the refund too my gosh this is by far the worst delivery service i have experience.

    Absolutely appalled at the decline in food service and quality at the Marrickville dominoes. We have ordered for pickup multiple times in the last month and every time there has been something wrong with the orders. From missing ingredients that we paid extra for, not cutting the pizza slices correctly, food not being up to the standard we’ve come to expect and rude staff when we address the issue. Tonight's dinner was the last straw. The pizza didn’t come with the extra add ons we ordered and the entire pizza was soaked with oil to the point where it left a massive stain in the box and it was leaking from the bottom. We are very disappointed as we are regular customers and it wasn’t always like this. We suggest reviewing your staff and product unless you’d like to lose valued customers.

    Hope you guys shut down soon. If you can’t operate a business you shouldn’t. Ordering Dutch pancakes. Sugar has been forgotten. The delivery driver slammed it on the floor, no knocking, no bag around it. Unable to contact the store. Will place a n official complaint with the domino’s brand. You should eat off the floor.

    This is genuinely the worst experience I have ever had with any restaurant/company ever. The person who was manning the phones was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life, yelling at me and then hanging up. No one should ever go here. If I could negative I would.

    Writing this without my details, oops. I haven’t had an order without trouble for years. And for the last 5 times I ordered dominos, they never deliver unless we call them to wake themselves up. They take ages to even deliver or even get a pizza ready. We even waited hours only for a pizza to be delivered to the wrong address. Last time we were given a free coupon and now we start to use it we get no delivery at all. Manager should consider closing this place, customers seriously shouldn’t be getting this many messed up orders all the time.

    Local Domino's. Pretty consistently flub something. Latest example being tonight when they got an entire pizza completely wrong. The punchline is how they took about an hour to deliver it, so they weren't answering the phone by the time it got to us. Cold too.

    The most inconsistent store. It's like in order to get good food you have to complain. Never using again after so many 2nd chances. The worst pizza ever. Looks like it was dropped or run over. Have also contacted Domino's and made complaint.

    As I have never been a pizza fan my whole life. Domino's pizza has changed this around for me. I absolutely love the the vegetarian pizza and garlic bread.

    Ordered a pizza and was delivered like this on the ground with bugs and cockroaches. Called the store and being yelled at because the deliver guy was already knocked on the door. How can he knock on this door? Why couldn't he call like the other times I ordered? Staff was super super rude. They will yelled at you even it’s their problems. Had 0 responsibility for their mistake. The staff will hung up on you. Good luck with your orders!

    I only ducked in to purchase a bottle of water and still managed to get absolutely rude treatment from staff. Left a very bad taste in my mouth... just like a Domino's pizza would.

    Omg. 2 hrs late. Was given 3 choices. 1 Reorder and take another 1 hr for deliver. 2 refund to take 14 days to rebook 3 get a store credit. Ordered by pitzza at 6pm it’s now 7:34 and they r saying maybe wait 30 minutes till they contact the driver to find out what happened. Ffs.

    My pizza I ordered was not made. Manager asked me to wait an extra 7 minutes, to make my pizza. I had one pizza that was ready. Did not want to wait 7 minutes and let that pizza go cold. Just to pay for a pizza. They forgot to put it the oven for me. Bad customer service, the manager talked down to was very rude. Shop is very unhygienic. Workers vaping in the back.

    Dear Domino's Team, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received from the Marrickville location. Not only did my order not arrive tonight, but I am unable to rate my experience as the "rate your order" button in the email confirmation does not work. This is not the first time I have faced issues with this location. In the past several orders, deliveries have been consistently late or never arrived, orders were incorrect, and customer service was lacking when I attempted to inquire about my orders. This has been a waste of my time and money and has left my family hungry on numerous occasions. I expect a prompt resolution to these issues and compensation for the inconvenience caused. I also expect improvements in the delivery process and customer service to ensure that this does not happen again in the future. I look forward to hearing back from you soon. Edit: they sent me a voucher for a free pizza that only works if you pay the price of a pizza on top of the free pizza. Smfh…

    A Staff offered a poor service in Monday evening shift (who wasn’t a young blonde hair). He didn’t pay attention to customer even some people were in and wait but he still played his phone and hiding all times inside. I think he bored a job and don’t even try to answered a phone.

    I received a coupon for a free pizza from the owner because my previous pizza was really late and cold. Tried to use it online and the website isn't set up properly to process vouchers. Total scam. No wonder it says you can only do coupons online. If I could have just rung the store I would have had the free pizza. If the owner thinks this trickiness is ok, then he is very foolish. He has just lost another customer. He should read the reviews for his store also and he would know how many others he has lost through poor quality and service. Stay away from Marrickville store.

    Ordered via Deliveroo. After waiting for 20 min past delivery time I call them only to find out that 'Deliveroo hasn't been working with them' for several weeks and I should contact Deliveroo for a refund. They then proceef not to pick up Deliveroos calls. In the end I managed to get my refund from Deliveroo but don't order from this Dominos.

    This store’s delivery platform management is the worst. I’ve tried Uber eats, Deliveroo, door dash. No matter what the order is always “lost”, takes 90 mins of waiting you call they are like oops we don’t know what’s happening. Whilst you starve and then have to pay separately then wait another 30 mins. The ownice is then on you the customer to resolve it with the delivery platform. If you can’t sort the system out then remove yourself from it, honestly. Such BS excuses

    Didnt deliver entire ordered. Waited over an hour Told it would be 15 minutes for rest of order to arrive. Was placed on hold when called to request refund. Remained on hold until it hung up on me. Never ever will I order from here again

    Owner got back to me after his free coupon couldn't be used online. He asked me to complete an information form so he could resolve it. Surprise, I couldn't open the form. Is this guy serious? Haven't heard from him since. Just avoid Marrickville Domino's and save the hassle.
