We’ve ordered here a few times and it’s always been pretty good. Got the Godfather tonight and it was so overcooked and burnt. We tried one slice but it was so burnt we had to throw it away… Surprised they let this slide. We wanted to go back and get it exchanged, but our little one was throwing a fit so we couldn’t :(

Tonight was my first time to get pizza from this place - and it will be the last - the pizza was tasteless and hardly no topping. It was all bread. To make it worse I paid $24 each to get rubbish. This place does not even deserve a 1. I cannot believe why people rate this any higher. Seriously the worst pizza I have ever had.

Take away, friendly service and priced reasonably. One of the pizzas wasn’t sized properly as per picture but strangely wasn’t rejected and remade by staff. We only realised on getting home! That was disappointing. Veges on one of the pizza’s still semi raw. Not sure if that’s the style though. Otherwise pizza’s were nice. Soft base was delicious.

I paid $23 for a freakin potatoe pizza (Bianca), and just like other fellow reviewer wrote, mine was also tasteless, the potatoes weren't cooked properly tasting almost raw, no seasoning (simple salt pinch), no garlic which I paid extra for... Restaurant offered to give me back my 50 cents for the missing garlic! Can you believe this bulls***??! First time and definitely last time! $23 for what?? Absolutely ridiculous and I'm super unhappy!

Our go-to pizza place. We love the pizza bases here. Tonight we ordered the Godfather which tasted heavenly - very good olives and Italian fennel sausage had so much flavour! We also ordered the small ham and pineapple pizza to mix things up (I haven’t had this pizza since I was a kid!) and would convert anyone who doesn’t believe pineapple doesn’t belong on a pizza.

Took a chance on the 'best local lwood fired pizza' in Dulwich Hill. 'Really disappointing for the price. Uncooked doughy pizza base. Tomatoe bases tasted like they came straight of a jar. Surprised that my margarita had no basil on it. Costs extra. Thought this was supposed to be authentic Italian pizza. Free garlic pizza was ok. Won't be ordering again.

I really hate giving tough feedback but in this case, I have to. They've partnered with Eatclub to offer amazing discounts off the menu (no restaurant is listed without their consent) but when I asked for some help with ordering via the app the owner said she 'knows nothing about it' and looked away. I was almost about to order anyway and just pay normally but the unhelpful attitude really put me off.

I've been coming to this shop for the last 2-3 years and the folks have always given me the best service. My favorite pizza was San Danielle, but now the Italian chef makes the best pizza with the 4 cheeses (Quatro Formagi). Jo (the owner) is always going out of her way to accommodate us. I've had pizza at many places in the Inner West, but I reckon this is the best one. Nothing beats an in-house woodfired pizza! Regards Nick

So far we always ordered delivery from this place. We love the pizza. Our favourite part is the crust. Nice and thin with that delicious char you get from cooking in a wood fired oven. The ingredients are of high quality and the tomato base is well seasoned and very flavourful. my son loves the margarita one. My favourite is the prawns one. Next time we will probably go eat at the store to experience the customer service. Highly recommend this place.

I thought I never comeback to this restaurant since I tried my first pizza here with my friend about 2 years ago. We waited for 1 hour for pizza ready and The whole pizza was burned like overcook and all the topping was not spread out at all. Never mind! I was so disappointed until my husband ordered some pizza from this restaurant for our family dinner 3 months ago. He said they recently changed the pizza chef to an Asian man… I guess that would be a reason why there is an improvement. So, I tried again and …unbelievable, it was so yummy. The pizza base is perfect cook with nice presentation. I have been ordered many times since then. We are a big fan of this restaurant now, and Woodfired In and Out Pizza is always a first option come to our mind when we decide to order pizza. This restaurant is definitely a hidden germ in town. We love it :) Highly recommended!!!

Amazing pizza base. Im one of those terrible people who rarely eats their crust. But it was so good I ate the whole thing and wanted more. Its my favourite local pizza place. My partner ordered a gluten free base and... Very unfortunately it was far from great. It was like cardboard. Crust and Dominos pizza bases are much better....

Racist Staff. As I entered inside the shop, the lady with glasses said, in a condescending manner, “from Doordash?”. I was like, I am here to order my pizza. Surprisingly or not, she did not ask this question from the guys who ordered before me, the only difference was skin color. I was told to wait 15-20 min for pizza. I went inside the shop after 30 min to check on the status of my order. The lady said, rolling her eyes, no you are not waiting for 30 min. She then started looking for the order and found it in the insulated bags, ready for a while. The pizza is ok, but bad and racist attitude.

Easy friendly order over the phone for pick up. The pizzas are usually a nice option for a weeknight take out, but this time both our pizzas were undercooked - the gamberi only slightly, and the verdure more than just slightly. You couldn't tell because of the woodfire char on the crust, but once we were home, it was really obvious because of the doughy chew and the crunchy under-roasted veges. It's a pity because the pizza toppings/recipes were good and would've been really tasty!

Pizza was amazing last night, had to give a review this morning. I am a big fan of wood fired pizzas and highly recommend the All In pizza. Head here for a snack, lunch or dinner it won't disappoint.

Been going to this place for a while now, can seriously say it’s the best pizza in the Inner West! If you’ve ever been past you’d smell how good it is and - can confirm - it tastes that good too. Pizzas are always quite big and you only really need 1 to feed 2, amazing value for cost. They certainly don’t skimp on the toppings, and they are delicious! Personal favourites are the 4 Seasons and Gamberi pizza, we get it every time! Quality ingredients, crispy wood fired crust and a friendly atmosphere, well deserving of 5 stars.

Edit: 2023 update. Has really gone downhill over the past year. The last three times we’ve ordered the pizzas haven’t been good and have gotten noticeably smaller - picture attached. Best pizza in the Dulwich Hill area. Lovely fresh ingredients and their crusts are amazing.

Probably the best tasting pizza around but I only Oder every 3to4 time I order pizza because I dislike their arrogance of not having garlic bread on the menu. I love garlic bread and it’s easy to make so then why. Pizza based just isn’t good enough

Fantastic pizza - we're so glad we found this place! Australiana & Diavolo are AMAZING. I've been looking for a great pizza place with tasty toppings great crust and not oily, we found it!

Mediocre pizza with minimal toppings. Quick delivery with dd. High expectations always is a let-down to be fair. Must be my unlucky day.

Ordered via UberEats. Menu looked good, ordered 2 woodfired pizzas which did arrive in a timely manner. The Australiana is not recommended, tasteless, cold and sloppy. Pizza base is thin and not fluffy like a good woodfired pizza should be. The other pizza shall not be named, as it will be tracked back to the person that ordered it 🤣, but it was burnt and sloppy! But rest assured, will not be ordering from here again. I'm assuming that this pizza will indeed be 'In and Out', of me very shortly! 😬

Purchased pizza for the first time upon the favourable reviews. Very disappointed. The vegetarian toppings fell off the base and were not cooked well. The bases of the three pizzas we ordered were very salty. Not an enjoyable experience at all. Won’t be ordering from them again unfortunately.

Let me share with you a story of my experience. Called the restaurant to order (Marinara penne) and was told it would take 20 minutes to get ready. Great! Sound like it will be fresh. When I arrived at the restaurant there was a young man in his teenage years working there who did not have the order ready. He then went out the back and in half view of me on the seats proceeded to simply combine tub of penne with a tub of marinara sauce. I've worked at restaurants before, specifically a pizza shop, so none of this was a surprise to me. The surprise came when it was: 1. Cold. 2. The (presumably) octopus was like chewing on a car tire. 3. The pasta was either so old, or so over cooked it effectively disintigrated on the fork. The one redeeming part of this evening was that I was able to return my food for a refund. Note to the owner: I have changed my 5 star review from almost a year ago to a 1 star over my experience this evening. I would recommend getting your chef to taste the rubber he is serving and I would recommend retraining the teenager (son?) that works on the counter.

The pizza was amazing, especially the crust where it is perfectly cooked with the wood fire and it has a nice presentation. I kept coming back to this place many times. Highly recommended!

Just ordered the rocket and parmesan salad, could not finish it. Over seasoned increadibly salty. Not the young man's fault, management need to train staff properly and most importantly to taste their cooking.

First of all took a while to deliver. Ordered the roast vegetable penne. The sauce tasted not cooked like tomato paste no flavour what so ever. Just plain tomato paste and cold. Also states the vegetables are woodfired which are definitely not.

This place does not even deserve a 1. I cannot believe why people rate this any higher. Seriously the worst pizza I have ever had, and on top of that the older lady is a very rude person over the phone and face to face. She doesn’t even smile and very dry when she talks.

Pizzas taste amazing. While on the slightly more pricey side they are well worth it, especially when compared with other pizzas from elsewhere with similar prices. Have been going here for years and is one of our favourites.

I liked the idea of a wood fired oven cooked pizza, and the presence of more traditional Italian pizzas on the menu. Ordered my capricciosa over the phone for pick-up. They quoted a 45-60 minute wait, but actually it was ready way sooner than that. Unfortunately the pizza itself was disappointing. On the plus side, the dough was nice. On the downside, the toppings were too too salty (mostly the ham), the vast amount of finely sliced onion was overpowering, and the remainder of the toppings were underwhelming. I had high hopes for this place, but it was not to my taste.
