The
worst
customer’s
service
experience
that
i’ve
ever
got
in
my
life.
The
cashier
lady
named
“Helena”
was
too
rude
and
kinda
of
racist
to
me
as
an
Asian
customer.
She
was
nice
and
friendly
to
the
first
customer
but
her
attitude
changed
when
she
served
me.
I
asked
for
2
plastic
reusable
bags
and
I
suggested
her
to
use
one
for
my
fresh
products
and
another
one
for
the
cleaning
products.
Then
she
responded
“i’ve
been
working
and
packing
for
10
years
so
you
don’t
have
to
teach
me
how
to
do
it”.
I
just
ignored
and
let
her
continue
her
job.
When
i
was
about
to
make
the
payment,
i
just
show
her
that
i’d
like
to
pay
via
eftpos.
She
was
upset
again,
she
told
me
that
i
have
to
tell
her
how
i
would
like
to
pay
and
she
was
not
supposed
to
ask
that.
I’ve
never
been
treated
like
this
in
any
Woolworth.
Especially,
i’m
working
at
the
foodcourt
of
Marrickville
Metro
Shopping
for
9
years
and
i
always
shop
at
this
Woolworth
almost
everyday.
And
this
was
the
worst
and
unforgettable
experience.
To
the
cashier,
You’re
a
grandma
and
you
would
like
customers
to
respect
you,
however,
you
should
respect
your
customers
first.
