Never order from this company I ordered a small fruit box and when my Aunty received the hamper it looked like someone just threw the fruit in the box. They cannot match a box size to how much fruit and make-it look presentable. My AUNTY JUST CAME out of hospital and this is what she received. Thank you so much Doorstep Organics. Phone staff are lovely and delivered as promised BUT HAMPER WAS RUBBISH

Please look at the apples I have received for the price 22.88 per 2 kg, Also they are very soft. On my opinion supplier has wrong storage conditions or not responsible for the quality of supplied product.

I love Doorstep Organics! The produce is always super fresh and delicious, and the prices very reasonable. The produce isn't packaged with heaps of plastic, and I love that I can put the boxes back out and the delivery driver will take them. Customer service has always been very helpful too. I am so glad I have Doorstep produce to deliver chemical free produce to my house!

I have ordered a few times over the last couple of months and have been happy with my deliveries. Their products are fresh and reasonably priced. I particularly like the personalised service, they called me when a particular item I ordered was not available to arrange either a substitution or remove from my order. I am so glad that I discovered Doorstep organics. The service is excellent, and the deliveries always go smoothly. Like others, I really like it that there is minimal packaging and that boxes and so on can be returned for reuse. The quality of the fruit and vegetables is excellent - fresh, seasonal, details of provenance available. (I am very fussy about fruit and veg.) The website is easy to negotiate and you can get pretty much everything you need! Thank you.

The range of products and quality is fabulous. I have only bought from Doorstop Organics 4 times now, but am totally hooked. Living in the Blue Mountains it can be difficult getting quality organic products delivered, but Doorstop Organics deliver regularly to our area! And OMG how good are the sourdough crumpets and the Ragamuffin fruit and spice muffins!!!

I have experienced a few issues when ordering from Doorstep Organics (delayed deliveries with no text message/call, unwanted substitutions, can only call customer service between 9am and 2pm) , however, their team tries to make up for it and fix things moving forward. I have been fully refunded for the items I did not want (I chose "no substitutes") and some of the other smaller issues have been rectified too. I do think that they need to work on the reliability on their delivery windows though.

Fantastic range of organic produce, from fresh to chilled, bakery to pantry, and everything in between. The quality of the produce is usually perfect, and on the occasion that it isn’t, the customer service at Doorstep is unparalleled. I love that they take back not only cold boxes but cardboard boxes and produce bags and reuse them til they’ve reached end of life. Delivery persons are always friendly and will go the extra step to do a contactless delivery to your apartment door if you ask. Yes, some of the produce is a little more expensive than elsewhere but some is cheaper, so it all evens out… plus you’re supporting a local business, which is so important. So glad I found Doorstep!

This store used to be good but now it's disgusting . We keep receiving bad ginger, how the hell does ginger go bad unless it's like 50 years old!. Your ginger is black , purple and green inside. I'm pregnant and I used it to juice I became very sick. The Apples are floury, celery is dead on arrival juicing carrots are mouldy and they charge top dollar. My mother in-law is complaining about the same issues Also . They need to leave the standards like it used to be many years ago.

I came across Doorstep accidentally as they were doing the deliveries on behalf of my pastured meat supplier - boy am I glad I did! Absolutely unreal range of organic products, mostly local, and outrageously fresh, seasonal and generous fruit and veggie boxes. Very well priced, exceptionally regular delivery to the Blue Mountains, and just excellent all around. Highly recommend Doorstep to everyone.

Doorstep sells chemical free organic food that tastes great and is excellent value for money. I have more energy a brighter outlook and am a lot happier buying organic from Doorstep
