It's a nice theatre, with a basic bar. The vibe is very millennial and it's a nice place to go for a concert and have a beer.

Great venue. Has an high school dance - old theater vibe upstairs. Cool outdoor chill area. And even a food truck when you're tipsy and want a feed

A very cool space for live performances in the inner west. There are multiple performance theatres from a shipping container to a big hall. There's a big undercover area with a nice bar. I have been here for multiple events and festivals with always having a good time. The sound in each of the areas are well contained and seats are very comfortable. I'm always happy to see a gig here.

First visit to the Factory theatre and what a great atmosphere. Quirky industrial set up with bar area and food truck. We were there as part of the Sydney Comedy festival to see Ismo a comedian from Finland. Whole experience was very enjoyable.

We visited the Factory Theatre for a Kebโ€™ Moโ€™ concert. Music and acoustics was great. The bar area upstairs has a good relaxed feel for it, really feels like youโ€™re in a club. As a whole the venue has an old feel to it. Especially the toilet facilities are old and out dated and need work, but most of the Theatre could really do with an update.

Can't cloak anything but you cant bring a backpack after work - so public transport isn't an option. They have a rule for no hot food in the theatre so I had to throw out my food while plenty of people sat around me with hot food. Sure have a stupid rule or don't but you should treat everyone the same. Great show but the venue needs to do better

We visited as part of the Sydney comedy festival on a Sunday. Entry was fairly quickly and it didn't take long to get our tickets checked. There's plenty of food options inside and the queues are not very long. Restrooms could be cleaner but it's understandable for a busy day at a peak time. Will definitely be returning to see more events here

Walk in, see the food truck on the right, and a massive courtyard to enjoy drinks and great company. Drinks and service was quick, followed by witnessing Australia's next big reggae band SUB-TRIBE! don't forget their name. Venue was clean , staff were great. Awesome venue

A really nice open venue! Went on a Sunday for a friend's gig. Had tasty jerk chicken with rice and they have cheap drinks at times. Perfect on a sunny day. The inside is great for gigs too apparently.

Great venue. Love the outdoor seating for drinks and food before the show (excellent stand up). Really cool industrial feel to the whole place. I'm back for sure.

Love the Factory Theatre. Itโ€™s a great venue for live music ๐ŸŽถ the outside area is a chilled out space with bars and a food truck, seating is comfy. The live music space is tiered, has a bar and the vibes are high. Love it ๐Ÿ˜Š

Cool little spot for small events, concerts and small parties [at least in the smaller wings of this place - I haven't been to the bigger main stages/room]. Wish there were more options for cool and colourful lighting in the smaller areas to dress them up more. That being said, the pricing was good.

It's a great venue. It's pretty easy to see the bands, bar queues move quickly, staff pleasant, food trucks are good. Sound good and you can go loud down at the front or not so much at the back. Its on the edge of the industrial area, so onstreet parking is not hard to find if you need to drive.

All staff (including security) were very friendly and helpful! They had multiple function rooms with great sound quality and stages, as well as a covered outside area that was very nice for socialising The only let down was their non-alcoholic options were very limited, I know I canโ€™t expect much when your the designated driver but would have loved something not just bottled!

Great venue. I organised a seat for my sister who could not stand all night. This was organised in November last year. Sure enough it was there ready for her! Great service. Enjoy this venue every time I see a band here

Great live venue 15 minute walk from Sydenham station bus stops nearby. Always look forward to gigs at this venue. Lots of restaurants in nearby Marrickville ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ™‚

Was okay. Its one of home venues for the Sydney Comedy Festival, which is feeling dated. Comedy space hasn't changed much in 10 years. Same container shed, same intro music for comedians, same $12 Newtown beer cans, same fairy lights. But the prices for comedy acts has doubled. That said, place has always had an extremely relaxed atmosphere. No pushy security theatre. Place needs some spruce-up as prices have doubled.

A surprise venue! Itโ€™s not much from the street, but inside there are multiple bars, food van & of course upstairs where the gigs are. Really nice

Great ambience and location. Clean bathrooms and spacious bar area. Food selection is also generous considering the location. Parking is a bit of a hassle so recommend to get there early for any gigs or events. Staff are all super friendly and helpful. Always love a quick visit to Factory Theatre

Great venue for a more intimate concert experience. It was at capacity and was not bad at all. Highly recommend!

Really cute and chill setting. Thereโ€™s an outdoor area that had a food truck and bar. Once doors were open for the concert I was attending we went upstairs to a room with barrels for tables and a lowered area for the mosh. Overall a good venue

Saw Madeleine Stewart "so brave". Omg what a lady, had me in absolute stitches. She is very talented and shares some truths with a few surprises thrown in. See her when you get a chance! The venue sold only 1 brand of beer, the sponsors beer and had the Pepsi range of soft drinks. The food vans had a good selection of foods.

Good venue. Sound is very good. Downstairs bar is a cool place to chill and there's a bar upstairs as well so you don't need to go far for a drink during a concert.
