    Strangely awful... The service was so absurdly slow, twenty minutes wait for food. The guy taking the orders was lining up brown bags quicker than the single cook could fill them, but at no point did he stop taking orders or warn people of the wait time. Cue people asking for refunds and running for their flight. When the food stuff arrive it was fairly awful, meagre serving, soggy chips, generic cheap chicken burger and the mash and gravy was missing the mash.... Lesson learnt, go to another airport outlet, literally any other outlet would be quicker, tastier and less disappointing.

    Worst experience; coffee machine didn't work, they forgot my hash brown and gave me the wrong wrap. Forget them for breaky go to hungry jacks its 10 meters away. Red Roster asked to fill out their online feedback report. I heard crickets just another waste off time. Forget this place.

    I ordered the chicken bacon &.egg wrap combo. I asked for for drink to be a black coffee. Paid and waited about 10 minutes. All the time noticing the girl grabbing food with no glove on her hand. Finally got my order. Sat down and opened my wrap...it was drenched in bbq sauce with 1 small piece of bacon and a fried egg...NO CHICKEN! My hashbrown was so soggy and dripping with oil and my coffee had frothy milk🤬🤬🤬 Went back and spoke to the girl about my order..she stood there and aguedwith me..BLOODY DISGRACEFUL..Got a refund but not without abuse.. WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN....BTW I emailed head office..NO REPLY AS YET. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    Went to Red Rooster today, 14th June around 9am, amazing service and really helpful guy at the counter. Along with the food being cooked perfectly with absolutely no complaints at all. Perfect service.

    The last time I had Red Rooster was probably back in the early 2000s. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised with RR and they were a lot better than I remembered. Their Chicken burgers reminds me of old KFC days when it was actually really good. Although RR wasn't my first choice that day, as I was travelling super late and they were the only restaurant still opened, I had no regrets choosing RR that night.

    First time experiencing red rooster and I was pleasantly surprised how good it was even at the airport! Delicious juicy chicken, perfectly salted fries, and tasty potato and gravy. It's like a much better version of KFC that is no where near as greasy. The food court was very busy but we managed to find a seat. The only downside is that we don't have red rooster down home and I'll miss it haha!

    Nugget-size tender and wing, chips with a kg salt, triple reds box burger was ok for the taste but the size shrinks a lot. No wonder the rate and I should have checked the comments before buying

    Breakfast stop here on a Monday morning. It was one of the only options open. The restaurant had helpful staff and quick food preparation. This really helped as I was needing to get onto my flight.

    My worst experience at a red rooster. I’m a loyal red rooster customer and have come to expect and appreciate the consistency of such. I am a particular fan of their whole chicken meat menu item, it’s to die for. I have kept every whole red rooster chicken carcass after peeling it of its meat, a momento of my experience. The man on the register at this red rooster was extremely aggressive and stared us down attempting to intimidate us whilst we just tried to enjoy our meal. My next entire full chicken from there will be a very hesitant entire full chicken. Horrible service.

    Tiny burger compared to normal Red Rooster. Chicken less than 1cm thick, diameter much smaller than usual. DON'T GO THERE!!N

    Disgusting . The hash browns were extremely oily and Luke warm. The bacon was not even cooked. The Burger was not even lukewarm. Absolutely horrible experience. Never again. No breakfast at red rooster anymore. I did complain to the manager on duty but nothing more than sorry and thanks for your comment. You need to pull your game up. Very unprofessional staff SORRY

    Unfortunately it took 15 minutes to be served with 3 people in front of me. Quite frustrating when trying to catch a flight and just in need of some fries to get us over the line. I felt for the lady who served us though, she was not enjoying herself and seemed like she was the only one on.

    I clearly asked for a chicken pops but she gave me fries. I told her I said chicken pops but I guess she knows me better than myself. Worst customer service, they should hire/training better staff and it wasn't even busy.

    Do you guys only hire miserable people to work out the front? Have been served in the morning as well as in the afternoon by two different women, both really rude and horrible at their job. I come back though because the kitchen staff cook up fresh and excellent meals!

    My god red rooster only has 1 lazy person staffed. So needed breakfast and saw the lines at McDonald's being huge and decided to maybe try red roosters since it literally only had 4 people waiting. So after 5 minutes of waiting in which the girl at the front just kinda lazily goes about making coffee without even acknowledging the customer I decided to just leave. Went to McDonald's next door and even though they were packed I put my order and got it within 7 minutes. Felt like I would still be waiting to be served at red rooster. Avoid this place at all cost and literally just go next door to McDonald's. They all serve the same type of food anyways and McDonald's are wayyyyyyyyy faster.

    Wait time was incredibly slow, food was subpar and I was given a cup with just gravy instead it instead of gravy and mash. Really disappointed. Red Rooster should really be replaced with KFC

    Gosh considering it’s school holidays to have 1 person serving is ridiculous. Not only is it only 1 person they were extremely slow! I should of known having to wait 15 minutes just to put my order in when there was only 2 people in-front of me to give up then. Then when waiting for food I watched her constantly wipe her face and nose with her hand between serving.

    Literally the worst red rooster I’ve been to. Slow service. Rude counter staff. They forgot something in my order and when they finally acknowledged me didn’t apologise. Just threw it at. Would rather starve then give that franchisee my money.

    Worst service I have ever experienced. We asked for extra sauce and they hardly put any sauce to start with at all. We then went upto the lady told her I asked for extra sauce and she literally looked through the register while she had hundreds of customers waiting to see if we paid the $0.50 for the extra sauce, seriously, was also very rude!!!! 😡

    Nice alternatives that is better than the other fast food stall. Friendly staff. The combo $10.95 including coffee 👍 Surcharge is added when paying with electronic card transaction.

    A tricky and scamy business! Not sure if it's the cashier, this red rooster or all red rooster. Ordered large pop chicken combo and 6 wings was told 30.8!!! Why the combo already charged 4.28 extra n then drinks need to pay extra, chips pay extra n combo drinks extra again, 1 drinks I got to pay what 3 times? So 11 dollars to upgrade things from regular to large? The cashier can't explain why, randomly delete some item n put some back also said there's card surcharge, I didn't know fast food will do that! I don't like business operate such a sneaky way, if your combo is 22 dollars say so, don't state 10.99 and add 11 dollars of hidden cost! If not worry delay other customers I would call out more
