A well maintained park with public access for a toilet. Open grassy area to kick the ball or modern play ground equipment to entertain the children with under the leafy jacaranda trees. A 2 minute walk to Zetland shopping πŸ›’ centre also.

Tote Park Sydney is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the rapidly developing Green Square precinct. This medium-sized green oasis, conveniently located near Green Square Library, Green Square Train Station, Perry Park, Gunyama Park & Aquatic Centre, serves as a perfect recreational spot for both locals and visitors. The park boasts a unique feature with the Tote Building converted into a community center. This stylish heritage structure with polished timber floorboards, air-conditioning, exposed timber beams, and suspended lighting offers a versatile space for various activities. With a capacity for 50 people and a size of 64 square meters, the community center is used for family functions, rehearsals, health and fitness classes, meetings, courses, and workshops, all available to the public at nominal hourly, daily and weekly rates. Operated from with in to the Tote Building, the park offers a charming restaurant with outdoor seating and barbecue sites for visitors to enjoy. The highlight of Tote Park is undoubtedly its family-friendly atmosphere, featuring a play area equipped with a slide, swings, and climbing structures suitable for children of all ages. A nearby public toilet adds to the convenience for park-goers. Personally, I had the pleasure of participating in a morning walk organized by the City of Sydney and NSW Health, where people of all ages came together to enjoy an hour of community bonding. Tote Park is a beautiful venture by the City of Sydney, providing a refreshing and welcoming space for residents and visitors alike.

Great park with not too many dogs (because there is a dog-park close by) so the area is reserved for kids and their families. The playground has a nice sandpit and the climbing-construction is creative and also fun for toddler. Sometimes it’s a bit crowded or if you want to see it positive: you will always find someone to talk to :)

A very cosy park at Grandstand Parade for quick walk in the morning or a lazy afternoon or to walk your dogs. There is also a playground for children so that they are also entertained.

Picturesque in the spring time when the Jackarandas blossom. A cute little kids playground and a nice spot for a picnic. There's actually some interesting history behind this park. Have a read of all the little plaques about the place. Fascinating.

Great playground and equipment. Disgustingly filthy toilets.

Kids love this park. Lots of space for active and passive play. Plenty of seating for the parents.
