I stayed here four nights while on vacation to Australia--three nights Dec. 25-27, 2023, and then came back for one night on New Year's Eve. The verdict: fantastic place to stay! The first there nights I was on the fifth floor in 508. When I came back for NYE I was upgraded (without my asking) to room 206, which was a large room that included a delightful balcony. Loved it! Pros: 1) Great location. It's near the airport, but not close enough to hear airplane noise. The hotel is a short walk to the Mascot light rail station--you can be in the CVB in 15 minutes or the airport in 5 minutes. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops within a short walking distance. 2) Clean, comfortable rooms. 3) Friendly staff. I arrived in the morning both times to check in. And both times they had a room ready for me. Definitely a pleasant surprise to roll in at 10am and get a room! Cons: There' didn't seem to be a lot nightlife action nearby if that's your thing (it wasn't mine). Bottom line: Great place to stay for the value. I will stay here again next time I visit Sydney!

The staff member who checked us in did not provide what we would consider good customer service. He had a very strong accent and because he was wearing a mask and also talking to us with his head down a lot of the time, talking fast and mumbling, we could not understand what he was saying. We had to keep asking him to repeat himself and he did not seem interested in improving his communication. His 'attitude' had no warmth or friendliness at all. This was very disappointing and as far as we are concerned, unacceptable. Later in the evening, I encountered another man at reception who was very friendly and helpful, as was the morning staff so thank you to both of them. One more issue to raise: on the main page where I made the booking it states that there is parking but does not say it costs an extra $30.00 for it. We were only there for one night so I don't know if the $30 is each night or not and I was asked for my credit card again so they could charge another $1.00 for authenticating my credit card-it actually turned out to be $2.79 even though the guy at reception said $1.00 several times. That seems unnecessary. Due to these issues, I would definitely look elsewhere in future for accommodation near the airport which is a shame as this place does have some good things going for it (clean, well-appointed 2 bedroom apartment).

15 min walk from tha airport. Rooms are very nice. Bed super comfortable. Pillows, where can I buy one. I had a 3pm check in but arrived super early and they let me have an early check in so I wasn't waiting around. Staff were so lovely. Will be staying here again.

Stay just OK due to the room configuration. Why is there an adjoining door where I can hear my next door neighbor take a dookie? I didn't pay a lot of money to listen to every sound coming from another room. Knock on the door at 8AM...what the crack? Housekeeping? Fully-stocked kitchen? Sorry...must be another hotel for that. Steer clear of this one folks and head 1000 meters down to the Meriton Suites...pay a little more, but you get everything you need and don't have to listen to neighbors.

Stayed here after coming in from overseas exhausted and a string of bad luck. Mitchell at the front desk was the best part of my day. This man knows what customer service is! He was able to set up an available room on short notice and was a pleasure to chat with. If you're looking for a comfortable, carefree experience, this is the place to stay near the airport. The room was amazing and the bedroom was so quiet I was able to get more than enough sleep. Was an absolute pleasure to stay here and I will be in the future when traveling through Sydney. 6 stars

I love staying at Adina in Mascot, if you need to be near SYD airport or Mascot or the Qantas head office, there's no better place to stay. It always seems clean, except for the gym, that is literally an office room with a few pieces of equipment and a couple of weights, so I usually do bodyweight exercises in my room instead.

Rooms were really nice. Just enough room for our family of 5 between two rooms. Very clean, and fitted out with all you need. A short taxi ride to Sydney International airport.

We booked 2 bedrooms apartments and it's a good size room for family. The room have everything we need. Close to the Mascot train station, supermarket and restaurants. Staffs are very nice and friendly.

A clean and comfy place to sleep after a long flight. Easy to get here by a short Uber ride from the international terminal, right after landing with luggage in tow. Mascot station is also a short walk away. Spacious room, shower was great. Staff friendly and understandable, esp when card payment issue occured.

Very nice staff and great rooms - nothing exceptional though. We had a good experience. Car parking charges are extra fyi. Some utensils are available in the kitchen for use, but nothing elaborate. Has all the equipments - washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, 3 TVs, microwave, kettle, toaster and stove.

The hotel was fine, good sized room, convenient to my local meetings and airport. Japanese restaurant downstairs was surprisingly good and worth a visit, but there is no breakfast option onsite. Luckily across the road and just up the street there are options

Checked in to our room and we realized the AC wasn't working, we wanted to go and tell them but before we went down we also realized there were cockroaches in the room (multiple, running around and on the curtains.) We told the reception, and they were extremely helpful and provided a new room immediately, and they apologized on behalf of the hotel. The rest of our stay was fine, but we were constantly paranoid because of the initial room. Looking at the other reviews, it seems to be a rare occurrence, and to be fair, the front desk employee was incredibly helpful and friendly and is the only reason my review isn't one star.

Perfect location to spend our last day in Sydney. 5 mins from domestic, 15 minutes from international. Rooms are clean and a nice size equipped with kitchen facility to manage your breakfast or dinner. Close to shopping to pick up groceries.

A very good hotel, close to the airport, each unit has a kitchenette. Clean and well serviced rooms. Close to public bus from the airport thus saving the exorbitant train station access fee. Close to train for Sydney transport. Low key and not in your face service.

Stayed 4 days in a Studio last year, Apr 2022. Good sized room, clean, quiet. Location was great, very close to Mascot station, bus stops, Woolies, eateries.. would definitely stay again. The studio has no washing machine, but 1 bedroom apartment has one.

Super helpful staff. Good location. Just the Taxi can't find the building Sign and it is a Circle road/Driveway unmarked behind Burke St.Also Reception desk & Patron DOOR at back of the Building.

We have stayed here many times, due to the convenient location (mascot station, as well as the 420 and 350 bus stops) and reasonable price. With small kid, having access to a kitchen and washing machine is so, so much better than a traditional hotel room. They're also very obliging with early check in, as at least twice I have landed from very early flights and been given my room straight away, which is greatly appreciated. There is one particular employee, I think he is the day manager, who is great at sorting out the early arrival stuff and any other room issues.

I'm a regular customer here. Rooms are huge, only a bit old and carpet smells damp. One staff I think named Edward, he is very nice. I left my luggage when I went to ACT for a few days and they kept it safe. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Bed was really hard with massive fluffy pillows. No other pillow options for kids. Aircon turns off throughout the night and needs to be constantly turned back on. Room defaults back to 25ยฐ. Have had better nights sleep camping. Parking is $30 extra. For the 5 of us we got the sofa bed made but didn't get an extra towel. When called we got a towel promptly.

I contacted the Hotel to request details on the best transport and was given the wrong information about a hotel shuttle being free and cost $50. They then said they would arrange a maxi taxi back to the airport the following day and only ordered a normal so cost $60 for 2 taxis. We then ordered ourselves Ubers for the second trip which only cost $20 for both cars. The male manager we spoke to didn't care at all and seemed rude both times. Upon leaving the last time there was a lovely lady who seemed new. The rooms bench was dirty and you could hear people until late at night in the room above. It is convenient to train station, and eateries and supermarket.

Beautiful rooms and a good location for the airport. The parking was more than expected in comparison to competitors. The hotel had an odd smell in the halls and elevator but still appeared clean.

Aside from the convenient location (5 minute drive to the airport and a 5 minute walk to a variety of shops/restaurants) the staff make this place excellent. Jess was one of the nicest, most professional front desk attendants who went above and beyond to accommodate our early arrival from Canada with a ton of luggage! The room was super clean, spacious, and although it faced the main road it was surprisingly dark and quiet throughout the night and morning. We will 100% be back again!

Big, spacious room and nice comfy bed and pillows. Close to train and buses about 3/4 minutes walk that give access to get to the City at your leisure without having to park the car or get stuck in traffic (Horrendous traffic ๐Ÿ™ƒ) Coffee shops and other eateries close by and open till late. Downside: you can here your neighbours walk and shower! The walls are thin ๐Ÿ˜… Overall: hotel is an excellent pick for those who prefer close to airport and not as expensive as those in the City/The Rocks/Circular Quay.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now for the convenience of being close to the airport prior to travelling. Pros: * Friendly reception staff * Easy check-in and check-out * Large spacious apartment * Kitchen with microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, large fridge, plenty of crockery and utensils. * Close to restaurants * Good location - 5 minute drive to domestic terminal. * Comfortable king bed with fluffy pillows. * Heavy, block out curtains. * Proper cot with proper mattress for baby - not a flimsy travel portacot - really appreciated this and baby had a great night sleep. Cons: * No restaurant on site and no option for room service. * Stayed in a room which had interconnecting option. Very noisy - could hear neighbours talking, laughing, and later fighting, very clearly. Other: * $30 per night for secure basement parking. * $1 credit card authorisation for โ€œbondโ€.

Staff not overly friendly. Room was a good size but dirty and gross. The bed cushions stunk and were sitting on the actual pillows. The couch had questionable stains and those cushions stunk too. Even the hand sanitiser was growing mould.

Overall, I would recommend Adina Apartment Hotel for a short stay related to travel. We booked here for an overnight driving from the Central Coast NSW to ensure we were on time for an early morning flight as we didn't want to wait up and travel so very early in the morning hours before dawn. Everything was good. Only issue was that even when we were asked what time we would get there to check in - the room was not ready (we booked for three guests) and there were towels for only two guest so we had to request for another. outside that was satisfied.

nice rooms, fairly good price and very kind staff. i would have given 5 stars but this is second time iโ€™ve stayed here when a false fire alarm has forced an evacuation in the middle of the night ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

Very nice spacious room (king). Fridge and wet bar. Wish hotels would put a door on showers (not just the half glass wall) so the water doesnt get everywhere. Way better than the Travelodge.

Very upset with my experience. We booked two bedrooms for one night and one of the rooms that we were put in had cigaretteโ€™s butts on the floor on the balcony. We had to book a second night and I gave it another goal but the other room that we were put on had egg shells in the kettle. Three of the fours rooms that I booked had a cigarette smell attached to the bedsheets what was horrible for my family that doesnโ€™t smoke and has 2 kids under 4. Three of the four bathrooms looked like have never seen a mop. The only reason why Iโ€™m not giving it zero stars is because one of the 4 reception people who I spoke to was nice and because the location. Everything else was deeply upsetting and Iโ€™d never recommend or book again.

Do the job for one night. I found it really noisy, but I guess that's normal as it's located close to the airport but I thought the insulation would be better. They gave me a room for disabled persons, I don't know why. Good location for airport.

It was ok. Rooms were clean and semi modern. Needed an early check in and we're happy to pay but they made no attempt to make that happen. Not much open in the area over the weekend but close to airport. Good for a short visit or if you need close to the airport!

๐Ÿ‘ Best restaurant for South Indian dishes. Worth a try of Biryani. Tried Tandoori Soya today and it was the best I ever had here. Egg65 Biryani was so tasty. Crispy Baby corn was bad seemed like it was not fresh. You should not let your standards drop.
