Bought the most beautiful pink dress, over the phone. So happy with the quality and fit and the staff are unbelievable, couldn’t be more helpful. I explained I had a wedding that I had to fly to ,in a few days , so they offered to deliver the dress to my work the following day. Such great service, which is very rare these days . Thank you to the owner, she’s amazing 😊 I couldn’t be happier.

SUCH A BIG SCAM. Ordered from them and they send me the wrong size and do not provide return shipping label until I try to dispute with credit company. THEN THEY PUT THE RETURN SHIPPING COST ON MY BILLING ADDRESS AND HAVE FEDEX SENT SHIPPING INVOICE TO ME. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I have been shopping at Wotz Hot for many years. The Wotz Hot ladies always provide the most exceptional service and are always so welcoming & inviting. They make shopping so easy with their great selection of designer clothing.

Would not recommend purchasing from them online... Unfortunately what ordered was not the correct fit so i followed the returns procedure on the website (which is to simply email them) to possibly get an exchange or credit.. i have emailed them 3 times over the last week and have heard nothing... Such a disappointment and what poor customer service on there behalf and now I am stuck with an item i can't even wear... So unless you're 100% sure the items you buy will fit correctly, i would NOT online through them shopping with them..

Walked in to spend a lot of money today but wasn't even greeted. I was dressed in sports gear and although there were other people in the store at the time, the number one rule of customer service is greet your customers and make them feel welcome. Very disappointed.

I travel yearly to Australia from England and honestly this has to be hands down one of the best stores I’ve ever been to!!
