This used to be my favourite restaurant - a long time ago. Unfortunately, over time the prices have gone up, and the quality of the service has gone down. Tonight, I had a large black hair in my food, for the second time (I also had this experience last time I was there). One main came out a full 15-20 minutes before the other. The mixed shish plate is by far the most expensive in the neighbourhood, at $38, and unlike pretty much every other place around, it comes with no dips, making it overly plain and not that enjoyable. The cheapest dip is a crazy $12 – so you're looking at a $50 main. After paying that, the icing on the cake was the woman serving coming over while my daughter was halfway through her dessert, snapping at us to hurry up because they needed the table. Considering we were paying $72 for a really average meal for one adult and one child, and we had only been there for about an hour at most, this really put the experience over the top. Never. Again. There are plenty of better places to eat on Enmore Road. Rude, average, unhygienic. Stay away.

Waitress was very rude and unwelcoming. My friend and I sat down and ordered 2 entrees. The waitress was raising her eyebrows and making judgmental faces while taking our order. She came back a few minutes later and said that it's not enough food ordered and we need to spend more money, so she tried to push us to order a main as well. We explained that we weren't very hungry, hence why we don't want a main- she proceeded to tell us we either order a main as well or leave the restaurant. We decided to leave as she was very rude, and just trying to get more money out of us- this was an extremely unpleasant experience as we had already sat down. There was also plenty of tables available as the restaurant was not busy at all! I cannot understand why we were told to leave when there was plenty of tables available, and we are paying for what WE would like to eat. We left and went to another Turkish restaurant down the road called 'Taste of Turkey'- the staff were much more friendly and welcoming here, and were happy to take our order for cabbage rolls! As it should be!

This is maybe the most popular Turkish restaurant in Enmore and the food is excellent. However, they will try and rip you off any chance they get so just go in with that in mind. $5 chips with $10 garlic dip? You fooled me good. Thought it would be worth it.

We enjoyed the food, but the place was incredibly noisy, and it felt like a busy pub. Asked to move the table to be in a quieter spot, initially accepted by staff, but never happened in the end. Guvac was spectacular, though

Best dips ever! That’s a large size with whatever flavours you want. We were sad that beetroot was such a large portion and told our waiter, we’d prefer chilli. He was very kind to give us another plate with just chilli. Talk about exceptional service 👌🏼👌🏼 Tasty and well cooked lamb kebabs and delicious pides!! Highly recommend.

The food is not that bad, unfortunately the service is really bad. That one lady who has lack attention, and she didn’t like to serve the customer. She’s such a mess! Definitely will not go back to this restaurant. The price was suddenly gone up when I wanted to pay. I should just paid around $85, but the lady said it was $126. Like? How come? She’s still busy taking a note and also very rude. RIPPED OFF!

An average Turkish cuisine restaurant. Their set menu prices is not expensive but to my view you don't get what you pay for it. Next time I would just request what I like rather than a set menu price.

Ordered 7 of the party specials for a large corporate event for 150+ people. The food was delicious and everybody loved it - I had people telling me it was the best food they'd had for the monthly drinks receptions. People were rushing to pack it up and take some home! The communication between myself and the staff member I spoke to was excellent - he even allowed me to modify the order slightly to suit our needs which we appreciated. The price was very reasonable too. Would recommend this place to everyone.

My husband and I went there tonight. Although the service was very friendly it's was very lacking attentiveness. We had to help ourselves to the drink fridge and waited over 30mins for our food. You may not think that's a big deal but we were the only customers. The food was delicious, loved the lamb and chicken cooked over the coals and the bread was delicious too.

Their perfectLy textured Turkish bread and assortment of dips earn this place 5 stars alone. Outrageously good value and the din filled garage-come-seating area at the back gives this place all the cheap and cheerful charm you could ask for. The kebabs bang too. In general a great cuisine for takeaway.

The restaurant was fully packed and the food was very delicious, The only thing they need to boost is the service a bit slow but all over they did well. Definitely a Thumbs up!!

Incredibly good. Just come and enjoy it here. Dishes, presentation, waitresses, atmosphere,… it’s like travelling overseas. 100% recommended, without a doubt.

Superb chicken pack worth driving for. And, the best Iskender in town!!! The serving was more than sufficient, we had a doggie-bag to enjoy afterwards. I loved the sweet ‘cutlery’ touch.

A great cheap n cheerful food joint within a stones throw of The Enmore. Food is plentiful, fresh and very affordable. I had the chicken kebab which is basically a "deconstructed" kebab. Will def come back. At $25 for this massive plate, it's a steal. Struggled to finish it. Def recommend!

Food menu is great with reasonable prices. Sadly however, only 3 stars given due to my dine in experience being well below expectation. Having to wait extensive times for food and having to ask multiple times for water, drinks and bread left bad impression. Especially when I had to get up and get things on my own. Having to ask 5 times for the same thing is somewhat below standard. Staff seem unable to cope with only 6 table services but venue made the Take Away and home delivery more of a high priority over their dine in patrons. Since that seems to be the case on more than this single occasion, it's unlikely I would recommend or return to have a dine in experience.

This place used to be superb and one of my favorites before Covid. We visited recently after awhile (cause we live in another neighborhood now) and this place is still fine. But I would no longer put it in my top 5-10 favorite in Sydney. Try the Spinach Pide though. There are far better Kebabs in town (e.g., Farsi restaurant).

I’ve been here many times and service and the kebabs are always absolutely fantastic! I will always keep coming back to this place, never disappoints. Food is also really fast to come out. I highly recommend this place to those who are looking for good quality kebabs - you won’t ever be disappointed!

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely Saturday-night dinner at The Sultan's Table. Although the establishment was extremely busy, we were served quickly and efficiently, and our waiter, Emre, was wonderful. The food was fantastic and well-presented, we were very satisfied with our meal! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Very good Turkish food. The owner of the restaurant is really passionate and knows how to run a business. Will come again.

I gave this place a 5 star review 8 years ago. Been coming here for that long. It used to be so good. We booked again tonight and I noticed that they had dropped to 4.1 stars and I can see why. They completely stuffed our order 3 times Not once Not twice But actually three times. And NO apology at all. Sadly this will be the last time we will ever come here. Very sad to see a good business go down the tubes. Goodbye and farewell.

Ordered mix grill plate, but meat was raw, not cooked well. Price is high and give left old salad and rice

The best Turkish food in Sydney. The chicken kebabs texture and taste is so amazing my son loved it and he is normally a bit picky about food. The service is top notch and food is delicious and fresh. The only issue is getting a parking spot nearby as the road is always busy.
