Skilled, kind, thoightful good communicator and genuinely gentle. The Dentist Anne at the Pymble Medical and Dental Centre was able to work out why the filling the last dentist had put in- had only lasted 6 months Her very professional, yet good humoured and patient manner encouraged me to trust her and make decisions I had been putting off. She found the best (and most economical) way for my teeth issues to be addressed. I was very impressed and grateful

Went in for vaccination this morning.  Arrived 15 minutes early as requested,  confirmed my booking with reception and sat down. Waited for ages, asked twice if there was a long delay and receptionist said sorry but nurses were "inundated" .  Eventually seen almost an hour later.  Nurse confirmed my suspicion that although it was busy, things were running at most a few minutes behind and reception had simply failed to log me in and had been sending later appointments ahead of me.  When I pointed this out to reception before leaving, they got defensive, talked over me, blamed the computer and then denied speaking to me at all. I get it that mistakes happen, everyone is fallible. But own them, and don't pass the blame to others. Clinical service was just fine. Courteous, efficient and professional.

First time having appointment with this center for my 14 months old who had a high fever over 38 they let us wait for a long time and no one pay attention to her scream and cry over 25 mins. And then I visited Dr Jennifer Lam and told her this wait time is not easy with sick baby and she wasn’t even sorry about that and asked me to go back to my previous center that doesn’t have long wait!! What a bad experience!

What an amazing and professional medical centre. Quick professional reliable and the friendliest service received in a very long time. Dr Tho Pham was very friendly and helped us out with a smile on her face. Nurse Angela the same and the receptionist and all staff so friendly. Something so rare during these tough times. Will be coming back again for sure. Thank you.

Dr Anne the dentist is absolutely amazing. Myself and my two young children saw her, and all of us were very happy with our visits. Anne is very knowledgeable and helpful, and was able to answer all of my questions and she had really helpful suggestions. I will definitely be going back with my children as well. I actually wish I had found her sooner!

Our boys have been seeing dentist Dr Anne for a few years now. She's very gentle, explains what she'll be doing next to keep them at ease and comfortable. Anne and her team of dental assistants are always pleasant to deal with. We also see GPs Dr Pham and Dr Han at the same place- very helpful, patient and informative.

PYMBLE Medical & Dental are amazing, the Drs are fabulous, nurses are so great with the kids, and the Admin ladies are always very helpful. Dr Anne the dentist, and all the girls (holly!!) are great for the whole family. My kids used to hate going to the dentist and now they love it because of how friendly and caring everyone is. I would highly recommend them.

Been there a few times for checkups and Dr Tho Pham always was extremely gentle and caring with me! She made me feel safe and cared for! Went for a teeth cleaning with Dr Anne and it was the most painless experience I’ve had in my life. Highly recommended

Organised for my son to have his first Covid vaccination. The receptionist was amazing - very patient and understanding. Could not fault the entire experience. Thank you Pymble Medical and Dental.

The worst medical center I have been to! First time I made an appointment for my daughter they cancelled on us last minute. Second time I made an appointment for my 18 months old who had a high fever over 38 they let us wait for 40 minutes without any apologies knowing that my baby is suffering. I was late 5 minutes there running with my daughter and apologising and at the end had to leave to the other place. No apologies received.... Just disgusting! Avoid this place if you value your time..

Appalling professional conduct, received a sham referral for sham Dr to recommended unnecessary surgery so they can take their annual ski trip. Disgusting practice.

Bad service and I do NOT recommend this medical practice. The customer service is not good and I felt that the staff there don't care about their patients. With my last visit, I didn't bring my physical health fund card, and they wouldn't let me leave until the full payment is done using my credit card.

I highly recommend Pymble Medical & Dental Centre and am very grateful we moved to this area as I have now found the best treatment and service since arriving in Sydney 11 years ago. The service, support and care received from GP Dr Tho Pham has been exceptional. I finally feel listened to. Dr Anne Nguyen is a wonderful dentist - extremely gentle and down to earth.
