Dr Farah Kroman is the most fantastic doctor! Highly professional, thorough, warm, empathetic and with a great sense of humour. I don't think I've come across a doctor more brilliant medically. ( ...Or prepared and invested.) I would recommend Dr. Farah and the Milsons Point Medical Centre and give them 10/5 if I could. Worth traveling for definitely!!. I used to love visiting this clinic as I do not need to wait for so long before being taken care of. But I was so disappointed/update about their service today. I booked the flu shot at 4:15pm and arrived there around 4:10pm. I talked to the reception and filled in the form as per request. There's no reason for her to forget about me but the nurse told me that she did not check me in after a long waiting period. Every one's time is valuable and please respect that.

I had my iron infusion here. All the staff were very welcoming and efficient. They went above and beyond to make me feel at ease during the whole process. Would highly recommend.

The staff are very helpful and very pleasant. I live nearby and had never been into the centre. I made an appointment for 1PM just for Covid booster and flu vaccine, and at just after 1PM I had my injections. No waiting. Very efficient, and thorough re my vaccine history. I would certainly recommend the practice for at least these things, although haven't yet used their medical services.

Fantastic service. I brought my 3 year old in with me for our flu shots. Normally my daughter would be shy in this scenario but the nurse was so welcoming, she was instantly at ease. The doctor was also very engaging with her. Considering I took a small child for a needle, and there were no tears, instead she had a great time, I highly recommend.

It is a pleasure going to Milsons Point Medical Centre. They are always on time and the staff are friendly and helpful. I really like my doctor, Farah Kroman. She is professional, warm and easy to talk to.

In comparison to our usual regional Medical Centre this was an easy, hassle free experience with efficient, friendly staff. They helped us with the tricky timing of Covid tests before we were due to travel on a public holiday. Overall our visit was seamless and very much appreciated. Thank you.

I attended Milson's Point Medical Centre this morning, without an appointment, and was received very efficiently and courteously by the young receptionist. I was able to see Dr. Jeremy Choi within 15 minutes of my arrival. Both blood test and ECG were administered swiftly and with a minimum of fuss by the nurse. Overall I had a very positive and reassuring experience.

So easy to book a weekend appointment through Hotdoc. Receptionist was polite and thorough; the nurse on duty did a detailed examination and gave me useful advice; Dr Aziz was friendly, attentive and caring and also provided good explanation about the treatment. It was a very good experience

It is unfortunate that I am coming to the Practice with something wrong. Having said that I have always been treated courteously, professionally and empathy. The staff, Doctors, nurses and Reception are wonderful to deal with, in trying times

I really appreciate their professional manners from the whole team. Good location and quick to get an appointment. The onsite pathology is a great added bonus.

Dr Jeremy Choi has been compassionate, respectful and has given very helpful medical advice and guidance. The nurses have also always been compassionate and helpful.

Dr Nick Azizi is professional, responsive and kind. You can have absolute faith he is providing the highest possible level of medical care and attention to detail.

Got my first infusion today. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. The nurse made sure I was comfortable through out the process. I'll not hesitate to go back to them if i have any issues.

From the moment I entered the practice, everyone was helpful & friendly. Their behaviour dispelled any feelings of strangeness I felt, not as a regular patient, but someone visiting from interstate. The wait to see a doctor was short. I was most impressed.

Wasn't feeling well during trip to Sydney so paid a visit to Dr X Wang in the Milsons clinic. Everyone from reception, nurse and Dr X Wang were so nice and professional to deal with. Came away extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend if you need GP service in Sydney. Michael

The receptionists are inexperienced and have no notion of respecting the customers. The GP was excellent though. More experienced receptionists for sure is needed.

Dr Nick Azizi was professional empathetic and caring. He listened to all details regarding my health issues patiently and I felt blessed and grateful to have him as my doctor.

Doctors are always running late, reception staff don’t bother calling or texting. Today we came in with my unwell son and didn’t see a doctor until 45 mins after our scheduled appointment. This is not the first time. Their fees are too high to be waiting this long.

I have recently returned to Aus after Thirty six years . I needed to find a good doctor quickly as I have an ongoing health issue. Was hugely impressed wiith Dr Tasnuba Pervez. She listened to my concerns, came up with a plan of action. and I did not feel at all rushed . Would definitely recommend.

The ladies at reception are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I have been seen by Dr Farah Kromer and Dr Joy Turner, both of which are wonderful women and Doctors. They are effective communicators, very empathetic, know their stuff whilst remaing very professional. I always walk away from a consultation feeling I have been heard.
