I have been to many doctors and come out hopeless and anxious, Doctor Youssef has completely brought back hope into my life. I found Dr Ghonemi through these reviews on google and every single one of them is spot on. He is the most knowledgeable, professional, caring, genuine and amazing doctor and person. He goes above and beyond and I cannot be grateful enough for the level of care he has provided for me.

Dr Youssef Ghonamy is excellent, he is very thorough and wants to get to the bottom of the problem and try to help in every way that he possibly can. I feel very confident to see him and ask for advice. I trust him greatly with any medical concerns I may be having. Making special trips to see him, is well worth my time. I am very much pleased also with the manager of the practice and his helpful staff.

I consulted Dr Youssef Ghunimi and I was impressed by his knowledge, patience and support. He is experienced, professional in his approach and answered my questions with lots of details and examples to support his explanations. Amazing place. Dr Yousuf Ghonemi is so friendly, courteous and diligent in what he does. He goes above and beyond to help and I couldn't ask for a better professional to take care of my needs. Dr Yusuf Ghonami has been my Doctor for the past three years and he is one of the best I've come across. Very good bedside manner and also practical and down to earth. He changed my health for the better.

Dr. Yousef Ghonamy is one of the best doctor I ever had. He is very easy to talk to and to talk with. He very detailed. He always answers your questions in a manner that you will understand. Probably the worst medical Center I have ever dealt with . You ring up they either don’t answer or leave you on hold for more then 10 min. You go in for your appointment, you end up waiting 1 hr and half over your scheduled appointment time which i realised why , the doctor is always taking phone calls , nurses walk in and out while he is consulting to talk to him or ask for papers to be signed or some random needs to pop in and see him . Never seen a medical Center so unprofessional in my life, place is a mess with very bad management.

Worst experience ever I tested positive for covid and I had a consultation by phone, they were supposed to send the prescription to the chemist so someone could collect it for me, it never happened. It is really frustrating being unwell and have to wait 2 days for a simple prescription. Very unprofessional

The service provided by reception is beyond my imagination. I was after 2 months old formal COVID positive report for air ticket refund. Reception spend an hour and provided me the report. Recommends everyone for A2Z Medical Centre.

I gave 2stars just because the doctors and nurses are actually good and nice there, but the customer services from the lady on the front desk are not nice. Got unpleasant experienced today because of her. She said we cannot use the lift and had to take the stairs although she knew I am with a person who use crutches. Also, She is not explaining well regarding the situation upstairs, we accidentally crossing the area that are not supposed to be entered (but the gate was widely open without any sign telling us we cannot cross there)..we feel bad n said sorry, but she is saying "i told you not to cross there, thats why i told you to not go by lift", she NEVER explained about that area. And when we saw the lift, we realized that we actually can use the lift without crossing the area that she mentioned (again, because she did not mentioned it clearly in the first place), a person using the crutches had a hard time using the stairs, what if its a person with a wheel chair? Will she ask them to comeback later? She is not even bother to check (to make sure it cannot be used) for us either we can or cannot use the lift. How can she is working on the front desk if she does not really knowing about the place she is working at? Really need better training for your staff especially front desk, because they are the first staff that the customers meet and greet.

Dr Ghonemi is amazing ! He is truly a master at his craft. He does so with heart , care , and kindness. He truly cares about his patients.The staff is amazing and lovely. He is the most efficient and incredible GP in Sydney.

The experience with the doctor is good. But the appointment system of this medical centre is horrible. Everytime we book an appointment, we had to wait for more than an hour to see the doctor. Sometimes two hours waiting. Also, we called them before coming, they told us to come one hour later. When we arrived one hour later, they said that why were we late and there are two more patients. Either you keep the online system running with a definite time and do not let walking in patients into the queue or just keep the system for walk in patient only. The management do not care about patient's time. The receptionists have no clue what they are telling to the patients over the phone or in person.

Avoid at any cost. I was asked to do a covid test while visiting this facility. I had no symptoms and I just went to get my blood report. What is it in clinic for if I do not want to take a test. They should respect my deciion. All people coming in were asked to do a covid test. This was from receptionist. When I went to see the doctor and asked the dr why do i need a covid test they say its a private clinic and it has its own rules then why bulk bill. Very disappointing service. If you have patience to wait for at least an hour by all means visit it. And Mr. Tareq when i refused to take a test why force me? If its free then why force me to take a test. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour.

Very bad experience. I took my mother to get a GP referral, the female GP there didn't know what she was doing and instead of giving us a doctor's referral she send us to emergency department which was unnecessary and costed us $486 for nothing. Customer service Pretty decent except they were calling the GP thousand times while we were inside the room and it took long time for the least knowledgeable GP i know to get a referral. During payment they were asking for $130 for a simple referral. Reason we took longer than usual. What a scam!! They called the GP 1000times and that GP took longer to get a referral and now its our fault. Wouldn't recommend anyone without a medicare card.

Poor receptionist on weekend. She talks in her own language/ no english no respect for other race and culture. Rude and unorganised. Not helpful I been there since "2019 but the reception on weekend delays everything no respect no understanding. Such a🤯 front desk officer

Dr. Ara is our family doctor. She is the best caring doctor I have ever seen. I feel very relaxed when I talk to her. In fact 90% of my illnesses go away when I am with her. On the other hand, I found sister (nurse) Meena, she gaves my daughter's 18-month vaccination in her experienced hands. I really appreciate it. Finally all the receptionists are very helpful, one of them Miss Shazia is the best for me.

As I do not have hours to waste waiting for a dr to have a look at a surgery wound, I called couple of medical centers to find about the waiting time. This place advised that there is a dr who has only one patient waiting. I saw 2 patients walked in and out, then nothing, then after a bit, a third patient came from outside, mentioned his name and walked in!!! So the Dr. had NO ONE and I was outside waiting for his majesty wasting my time. When I asked the receptionist about the wait time, she said there is a FOURTH patient ahead of me!! and when I told her I've been told there is only one patient a head of me, she said, this was the girl downstairs!! I said if she does not know what is going on, why did she take the booking? she said, she does not know!! So, this place has different islands and territories, everyone is going by his mind, every one has control over his or her own territory. IT IS OK FOR THEM TO WASTE YOU TIME, SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE ZERO RESPECT TO PEOPLE'S TIME AND ZERO RESPONSIBILITY. I DO NOT KNOW WHY IT IS HARD TO STICK TO WHAT THEY SAID, IF THEY SAID ONE PATIENT, WHY THERE WERE 4?!! WHEN ARE THESE PEOPLE ARE GOING TO BE RESPECTFUL TO OTHERS' TIMES AND LIVES?!! WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO RESPECT THEIR WORD?!! VERY DISORGANIZED AND ZERO RESPONSIBILITY. "SORRY" IS WHAT YOU WILL GET FOR YOUR WASTED LIFE!!

If you have a free time and you are not sick then you can go there and enjoy the air-conditioned waiting room. You will be called after 3 hours of waiting time. The doctor will spend 5 minutes asking some questions and don't worry, you will never be checked.

My daughter came there today because she was sick with a fever yesterday and Diarrhoea as I think she could either got food poisoning or a stomach bug cause she was not eating as much. I ask The lady at receptionist if my daughter could be put through first as an emergency she told me it was not an emergency. I replied are you saying food poisoning is not an emergency. She told me that there are 5 before you who have being waiting as well. So I said fine get the doctor to call me, she said okay. I be being waiting all day for Dr Shapla to call to give me antibiotics to help my little girl, I also explained she can’t stand to long cause she will let it out in her nappy she is only 2 years old. We got pushed away. So I bought a few things that the chemist suggested. As there where no other doctors available, I went else were to seek help. With success. Terrible experience my 2 year old had to go through. A

This is amazing place they are very busy and always have very demanding patients my personal experience with this clinic since March last year it has been amazing Doctor Joshan ara reception staff ( I only know one name Rajia ) and nurses have been so caring and efficient sometimes I wonder how they can handle this much pressure keep up the good work thanks for looking after me.

My mother had tonsillitis and the doctor refused to see her because he was scared to get COVID. He could have worn a mask at least, she was tested negative for COVID and ended up in hospital. I do not recommend anyone visit this unprofessional centre

Doctor Farhana is our family doctor. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She has a friendly approach to her patients, which made us to choose her as our regular gp. And the receptionists are also very nice. I had to call Ms. Marwa several times on one occassion. She was very helpful and patient with me.

Whilst I acknowledge the unprecedented pressure the clinic sometimes experiences, its the initiative and alertness of its staff to take an extra mile to satisfy the needs of their patients. I would recommend this medical centre as I am always satisfied whenever I come here. I see Dr. Shipla and she is very good in diagnosis. The receptionists are all very warm especially this receptionist Israt. She makes you are clear when you leave the medical centre.

This practice is beyond I have been coming to A2z for years and the staff and doctors are amazing. I wish I can give 10 stars that’s how satisfied I am. I will continue to be a patient at a2z as I’m satisfied with my care and my information is always confidential.

A2Z medical centre is always busy but still they can able to manage patients. My Gp Dr Ara is very experienced, I always see her. Highly recommend GP centre around this area.

We always come and visit Dr shapla here, one of the most flexible bangladeshi doctor present here. She is a good listener and is never annoyed. Further, to add to it, the medical centre has top-notch service, especially Ms Israt is kind and helpful.

Management and staff is very good… lovely receptionists who always there to help patients..Dr. Ara is a lovely lady who gives very good treatment to her patients without any disappointment.

Fantastic! One of the cleanest, most efficient doctors surgery I have been to in the world. Very knowledgeable and caring doctor. This will definitely be my backup for when I can’t get in to see my regular doctor. I’m from the UK and have travelled quite a bit. I haven’t come across such a great doctors surgery very often.

Always a pleasure visiting A2Z Medical. Alaa was extremely helpful and friendly during my checkup. She explained the reasons for my tests and made sure I was comfortable with going ahead with them. Dr Assem and Dr Saba are very knowledgeable and provide the best care to their patients. Despite some delays, Karima helped ensure we were able to see our doctor without waiting too long. And Marwa from reception is always smiling, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this clinic due to the amazing people they have working there. 👏

I came in here today for my Covid vaccine booster shot. It has a really welcoming environment. Everyone was helpful and generous. Was assessed and vaccinated by RN Israt assessed and vaccinated me. She is very professional, humble, friendly and well spoken.

Doctors and receptionist are good. But only the time management is really frustrating as we have to wait for like 1-2 hours even if the appointment is given. So they have to work on that to attend the patients on time.

THE WORST experience ever…. I wanted to see a physiotherapist, As, they were fully booked for 2 weeks , I took an appointment for week after that , and when I showed up at the medical center , they said I had no appointment . VERY VERY VERY disappointed , I took an off from my work just for physiotherapy waited for 2 weeks , I thought I can get away from the pain a little and they say this to me.Disappointed and hurt.
