    This medical centre is sloppy, rushed and extremely disorganised!!! Prior to COVID I booked an appointment with a doctor and they had constantly made snide remarks at me and had even reminded me of the time and how much patients they had to get through, dismissing my questions altogether. Now, during the midst of COVID, after booking to receive a second dose of the vaccine with them I had waited for almost an hour until I was finally administered. The whole process seemed extremely rushed and all over the place - to the point where THE BANDAGE HAD COMPLETELY MISSED THE INJECTED SPOT!!! I understand that there are heaps of people they have to administer daily, however at least try to properly stick a bandage at the injected site on a patient! The whole phone-call services are a total joke as well! Do not even bother trying to call them as you'd only find endless answering machines! The only aspect of this centre which I appreciate widely is Dr Yik Choon Chong - who had been so patient and caring for many years - however he is no longer practicing in this clinic anymore. I do not recommend going to this clinic at all

    Terrible reception. !!!!!!!!!Terrible reception. !!!!!!!!!Terrible reception. !!!!!!!!! We been waiting more than 2 and half hours to see the doctor. & The most terrible thing is a patient who booked the timing behind us, she was complain about the waiting period with reception, and the reception lady moved that patient in front of us. So what is the point of make booking? Can I complain and move to the front queue? So our waiting time is more than the people who was booked after our time, is that because we didn't complaint? The most ugly thing is We talked to the reception, and the reception lady said it was doctor's mistake, and asked us to get the patient out from the doctors room ourselves. EXCUSE ME? Can I do that? or what are you freaking doing in front of the computer changing people's schedule? We all know doctor follows the schedule when patient checked -in from the reception. Guys, ladies and gentlemen, Don't waste your time here. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

    Worse communication, and support is very bad. I ask to seek help and told me, most doctors only sees chinese patience and hang up on the phone without asking me if I needed more help. I think its Discrimination. In the past one day, I finesh seeing a Doc who left .. I suddenly had the shivers, high temp,chest pain,I ask for help, if they can call the ambo or taxi, the Admin told me they were closing..cant do anything please stay outside.. i was angry and in pain. I said no! call the Ambo now. I was dia with blood Posion. This Medical Centre Should be further investagate by Health gov.The Doctors and their front Admins needs more training. Hire multicul Admins /Doctores also.

    the doctors are always an hour+ late. ridiculous. the first time i came here i waited 2 hours and asked when i’m gonna be seen. the receptionist gave me a nervous look and rang the doctor. i think they forgot i was here. don’t go here unless you want your time wasted.

    Horrible waiting arrangement. Booked an appointment with doctor at 3:10pm. Got a script and sent to buy vaccines. Came back for injection and waited 1 hour, nothing happened. Went to check with the front desk girl, she didn't even know what we were waiting for. I strongly doubt if she put us in the waiting list at the first place. Waited another 1 and half hour.I'm 7 months pregnant. They made me and my husband sitting there and waited 2 and half hours in total with no updates. We finished at 5:30 pm and was the last patient. At the first place we were told half hour-ish wait. I am way more than angry. Nobody's time should ever be wasted like this. Eventually we got a vaccine shot which took 1 minute. I'm a regular patient who has been this medical center for last 6 years. This purely disgust me.

    Total disaster. Should have trusted my instinct. Booked for the pfizer 2nd dose through website. Totally available. Left work early to get the jab. Told the receptionist. Asked me to wait because they were running a bit late. Waited for more than an hour only to be told that they don't have sufficient needle and told me if I wanted it on Monday instead? When I said no, they were like everywhere is booked out. Who takes care of the booking anyways? Why wait an hour to tell me that. Why take a booking if it's not available? Total waste of time. Unprofessional work ethic.

    The phone constantly has a busy tone, they have a email address where no one responds. However when you go in person to reception, the phone does work, maybe it is a secret number you have to call. My first appointment, they put down my wrong contact number so when they ran out of Pfizer, they called the wrong number to cancel. I show up on the day and they had to rebook for 2 weeks later. I had emailed them 3 weeks ago in regards to booking second dose of vaccine and i'm still waiting for a response. Managed to get same day vaccine at Olympic park. Tried to call the centre to cancel but can't get through so i sent them a email hahahaha

    waited for 3 hours past my appointed time for my az vaccine. only when i confronted front desk about the absurd wait time did i get my name called out :/ what even is the point of making an appointment?? also their vaccination consent form had several spelling, grammar, and formatting mistakes in it, even going so far as to spelling astrazeneca as astrazenica.

    Had an appointment earlier this week and waited an hour an a half before midday. The patient in front of me and I inquired how much longer and the reception told us that the doctor had already gone to lunch and wouldn't be back for a hour and a half! I know the reception were doing there best but this is really poor and unprofessional. We both had our appointments cancelled as a result of no one being able to contact the doctor. The last time I visited the doctor at that time was rude and condescending. Never experienced that in my life when I was only inquiring about a blood test. Don't waste you time with this place!

    Nightmare!! Made a booking for a booster and was still waiting 35 minutes after the booking time. Had to wait for normal patients as you normally would. Why make a booking then? Was late for work and had to stand in a packed waiting room. It's just a cash grab. Let's get as many people in as we can get. When is the Govt going to start doing their job and regulate these crooks? Always seems to be the same people......

    You need to wait at least an hour even you make an appointment before. So, what is the point of making a booking. Once you see the only one doctor in the whole clinic, he will say any reason that he cant do that or that.... And ask you to come back again so he can charge you again. Just waste a time and money...

    What a joke. Made an appointment for 11am for 2nd astra Vax. Had to wait 1.5 hours only to be told they don't have a record of my first shot, that I had in the same surgery 4 weeks ago. Totally unprofessional and the waiting area is a covid cluster waiting to happen. Never ever again.
