Wish I could give 0 star. The old guy was very rude when told him that previous order wasn't upto the mark, please make sure this time don't repeat the same mistake. Read other reviews about similar customer experience. Not gonna support this store. Worst pizza hut ever. Don't go to this store, SAVE YOUR MONEY.

They must have forgotten to put the toppings on a base cause it felt like I was eating the toppings straight off the cardboard! So hard and dry!! This is the third time... very over it. Go somewhere else for pizza that actually comes on a base. Oh and don't bother posting a picture of your pizza... they keep taking it down.

Man these guys deserve a much higher rating & i have never , ever been let down by any pizza I have purchased in store over the last 20 years and that’s no lie . My favourite is the super supreme pan pizza and I had a great pizza delivered to my place today & I thoroughly enjoyed every slice . As far as commercial type pizzas go these guys can’t be topped & you should give them a go . Much better than D%minos on any given day & very pleasant on the stomach . Can’t ask for more than that . And they also have a huge range of side dishes , deserts , drinks etc 5 stars based on many years of loyal service .

It was undercooked and had no taste. And it just did not taste like pizza hut. I have tried rouse hill and all out pizza huts which are much better.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst. Customer. Service. EVER. Rudest staff / manager which I have dealt with multiple times, so I know it's not just an off day. I have also had orders lost, not properly fulfilled and no apologies or cares. Pizza Hut if you're reading this, please find new management for this store ASAP.

Collected order today and found pizza like this once I got it unstuck from box. Hardly any topping, tasted like it had been made an hour ago and not fresh. Spud bites were soggy and tasted like I'd imagine the inside of a pillow would. Sauce was very warm, which implies it had also been sitting there a while. The taller guy was there today, unsure if he made this mess or whether quality just went down the drain. This place used to be good. Well, customer service has always been limited but at least in regard to the food.

This night guy shift don’t even know how to do customer service, the way he talk is rubbish. Never going back to this garbage store.

A kiosk style outlet with at least a bench to sit down as you await your pizza. Parking right out the front.

I rarely buy takeaway food but I hadn't packed lunch for my day at work. I checked out the Pizza Hut menu and thought that I would like to try the wings with peri-peri. So, with my selection in mind I ventured to the store. My first impression was it was grubby. OK, no big deal. Made my order and waited for it. Collected and headed back to work. On opening the box I found the contents carelessly dumped in, the sauce mostly on the cardboard bottom and glued to the top. And these "boneless wings" could be more accurately described as "manufactured bits of chicken cut into wing shapes", crumbed and fried in oil not hot enough to stop them being greasy. I will never again purchase this sub-standard product. Store gets no stars. Product gets no stars. Now wait for the "canned" response of "At Pizza Hut, we try to offer you the best pizzas and the best service every day, and we're sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us."

I was in desperate need of food after walking for what seem liked an eternity, I came across the pizza hut there I was met by this young handsome man named Ethan which Ive obtained his name from interrogation. His customer service was on levels beyond an elite expectation. Ordering the food I found that it was not up to par however the experience I have received by ETHAN made the experience so good that I am inclined this fine establishment a five star review purely because of this fine employee. Moral of the story don't buy pizza hut, give Ethan raise!

They deserve a zero! This is a dying business, customer service is worst. Ordered 2 boxes of chicken 1 box pizza 1 box potato fritters and a drink! And said they ran out of plastic bags, staffs are arrogant most of them are! You can imagine the owner is also arrogant yeah. Sorry not supporting this business anymore...way too often I have given them the chance but no improvements whatsoever!

Must be one of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten. I bought two pizzas and they were soggy, tasteless and the person serving me just rude. Last Pizza Hut pizza I will ever buy. TOTAL waste of money and time picking it up. So bad I threw them to the chickens to eat at least they seemed to be able to stomach it.

Customer service experience was great as the owner was understanding due to confusion of prices. Pizza quality was great! Highly recommend the castle hill store. Order online to avoid confusion with prices.

Not sure what's with the negative reviews, been a few times in recent weeks (pickup) it's been perfect and heaps of toppings. %100 better than Domino's (this store at least) tho not a fan of the surcharge after 10pm, not the stores fault but the chain itself.

These guys are honestly useless and rude. A true embarrassment to the Pizza Hut brand. We ordered Pizza over 45 mins ago (only three large pizzas) paid for delivery and I just called them to find out what the delay is only to be told that a delivery driver hasn’t picked up the pizza yet. When I asked if that is appropriate I was told, it is what it is! The customer service is rubbish and I would tell everyone to stay away from these people. Never ordering from here again.

I ordered for delivery then someone called me to come down in 5 minutes and get my order outside but in 5 mins. I said just ring me in 5 mins when he’s outside. He said if you’re not there in 5 mins the driver will leave and I cant get any refund. This is so rude, I reported to the store supervisor and said this is unacceptable behaviour that should be reported to the manager.

Sorry to say but the pizza was tastless the night shift guy seems nice but probably doesn't know how his cooked pizza.They are seriously tasteless. I think if they keep up this way the business might be shut down. it used to be tasty pizza but now it's just pizza minus the taste change of cook required

Ordered a Pepperoni Thin Crust. Worst Pizza ever eaten. Can imagine this is what cardboard tastes like. Extremely dissappointing.

The delivery drivers are very friendly and the service is prompt. Just ensure your address is clearly noted to the staff otherwise the time wasted will just be cooling your yummy dinner down if the driver goes to the wrong address which does happen [often] but usually the orderee's fault on that one. The original Pizza Hut Name and Logo goes back decades ~ I can remember some 40 odd years ago going to the one at Thornleigh and North Rocks with my classmates parents ~ as mine would have no place for fast food of any kind. Those Pizza Hut eat in visits were super special and will always be remembered. But don't my word for it. Give it a go ~ as usually ordered pizza's are on priority make and deliver so if you go to pick it up ~ you might actually have to wait longer.

Didn’t realise how poorly made these pizzas were compared to dominos. Dominos pizzas are half the price of Pizza Hut and dominos pizzas are way better quality. Only good thing about Pizza Hut were the brownies, they slapped.

Walked in and tried to order, customer service was blunt and monotone, no greeting he just touted back exactly what I said and offered no options when I was asking about the menu. Don't spend your business here, shop ANYWHERE else. First and last time I'm even considering a pizza hut, all the 1 star reviews sum up the experience.

21/01/23: 9pm. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Called to order for pick up, guy who answered hangs up even before I can say hello. Called again and same guy answered wait for 5 minutes. He didn’t let me speak or order.

Rude staff. They charge $6 for delivery and call you to come to the street when they’ve not even arrived. If you’re charging this much for delivery, at least make an effort!

Half an hour late after the listed delivery time before I called the store - got hung up on several times, and when i finally got through they were just putting it into the oven. I was then told that they would give me a garlic bread as an apology.....which they never did....

We went there to pick up an order yesterday (26/11) and the guy or probably the owner (almost fluffy hair, tall guy) was just rude, no manners at all. No hi, no hello, we said our name for pick up and gave us our order and walk-away. No thank you, no anything.

A very good one, the staffs are very friendly and the pizza was cooked really good

Ordered pizza through the app at 11:30pm. Received call from them that they actually closed at 11pm that night. The guy was really kind enough to still make the order and deliver it that night. Very happy with their service and will definitely buy there again.

This business should close down deserves zero stars, the old bloke in the counter has no manners at all, rude disrepectful and obnoxious. Cant believe pizza hut handing out franchises like this..well just have a look with all the reviews in this place tells you what type of store this is. Good luck. To managers of pizza hut reading this review you cant leave this unactioned or your branding will be ruined for good.

The kids liked the cheese pizza and said there was a lot of filling on it. The online ordering was quick and the guy on the counter was pleasant. The grown ups thought the pizza was decent, better tasting than 'the other' cheap pizza chain. The store do need a refresh, it looked old and in a dark corner of Victoria Av, signage not very visible too.

The guy on the counter was outstanding. No manners of customer service. No applogies nothing. Pizza was good. He made good pizza. But 7 star for that guy. I checked all the comments. Most of them complaining about bad customer experience. Smile face and valueable advice can work for that guy. Good luck owner.

Pizza was great but we got there 45 mins before close and the guy serving convinced us not to buy sides, it was obvious he didn't want to cook/prepare them lol can't blame him really but the vibe was very much "get out of my shop." Nowhere else was open so we didn't really have a choice - we'd just finished work and were starving

The person on cashier was extremely rude to even accommodate our request. We came at 10.25pm and he was telling us that he closes in couple of minutes. However this Pizza Hut always closes at 11pm and as per the website too. Never going to this one again!!!

Cost is reasonable, but not a good service. Enquired about few veg options, manager at reception counter was unable to guide also said he don't know how are they in tastes as he never tried it...lol. Also asked for rough size, he said can't show as he doesn't have it on counter.... I suggest to keep some sample displays to show the size.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE PIZZA. Gave me an incorrect order, the base of the pizza was inedible because of how hard it was. When I called them, they would instantly cut the call. When they finally did pick up the next day the manager was very rude, called me a liar and said he's not going to do anything about it. Don't order here and take your money literally anywhere else, the fact that many others also found them rude shows it is not a onetime thing.

The guy who works the night shift is really rude and has terrible customer service. Do not go to this place it is horrible. When I ordered the wings, it was just drained in sauce too. The guy on the night shift did not allow us to throw our food in the bin and argued with us about it for 10 minutes.
