I booked a girls day out spa day for myself and my sister in law it was a belated birthday present for her and we had the best massage we have ever had. The experience was amazing from head to toe. Tips on treatments for our face for during and after. Beautiful and relaxing rooms. We felt pampered and relaxed the only negative was we had to leave. We were prepared to live there. Highly recommend it may look pricey but it’s worth every cent you can’t get this level of service. Thank you so much endota spa and four seasons!

We booked a couple spa package for our anniversary. However we were disappointed with our experience as the allocated masseuse (noted she was wearing a mask) for my boyfriend she was coughing and sneezing through the whole session and we were in a small enclosed space. We actually both caught a cold 2 to 3 days after. Clearly the protocols have not been meet if the masseuse is coughing and sneezing yet still proceed to work on clients. We did try to resolve this directly with management first however we got a generic response advising that there are protocols in place and employees are fully vaccinated. Additionally we did seek for possible compensation based on our experience and this was just ignored. If we knew this was a service we would received we would’ve just saved our money and could have avoid catching a cold!

Everything about Endota Spa at the Four Seasons was perfect! My partner and I had a couples massage and it was truly the best experience. The team are friendly and thoughtful and the massage and facial treatment was absolutely heavenly. It’s definitely quite a pricey massage option but well worth it as the experience was simply divine!

I definitely recommend the Four Seasons Hotel Endota Spa as my experience there was great. The staff are friendly and welcoming. My beauty therapist Lita was so lovely and very knowledgable, I learnt a lot about what was being put onto my skin during my organic infusion facial and I left feeling very relaxed, rejuvenated and my skin felt amazing!

From the moment I entered Endota Spa Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, I was treated with care, kindness & professional service. They really took the time to look after my needs. The service / treatment was so relaxing & comfortable most importantly enjoyable. The staff really needs to be congratulated on the all round service. Absolutely loved this facial massage! The therapist Ms.Prapa’s hands have a magic touch! She takes the time to ask you some questions at the beginning but still gives you all the peace and quiet you want from a massage. Incredibly relaxing and enjoyable! The Endota place itself is beautiful as well, incredibly spacious, clean and so inviting. Will definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back!

Ok so it was about a year ago that I was here but forgot to review it and want to add to their 5* reviews because they were definitely worth it. I was treated to the rejuvenate package for a birthday present. I've done my share of spas in Australia and overseas. The therapist was friendly, attentive chatty at the right times and quiet when needed. I felt comfortable, relaxed and very pampered. I floated out with a beautiful glowing face. I didn't have time to hang around but you can also use the hotel pool before or after as it's part of the Four Seasons.

TOTAL luxury from the time I checked in. Highly recommended spa experience, my therapist Jony was incredible! My skin felt amazing after my treatment. I'll definitely be back! Thanks so much team.

I recently had a massage with Amber and I must say it was wonderful. Not only was she very well versed in physiology, highly skilled in massage therapy she was also very kind. Can’t say enough good things about how I came in in knots and left very relaxed.

Just came here for a facial after being gifted a gift card. The staff are genuinely friendly and Le Toya was fantastic with the facial, and shoulder & neck massage! Definitely will be coming back! Also Clarisstia (might be spelling her name wrong) was do friendly! Great way to start my Saturday morning.

Great spa inside the Four Seasons Sydney. They were diligent about helping me get a last minute appointment and my therapist was great! I also enjoyed the products.

Loved our couples massage. One of the best techniques we've had in a massage. The only thing we can suggest if someone explains the facilities and amenities to us (e.g use of lockers instead of a small written instruction posted in a wall). Other than that, it was a very amazing experience. Would definitely be back.

My partner surprised me an afternoon at the spa for our 1 year anniversary with a couples massage that included a foot scrub, whole body relaxation massage and a facial. We had a quick skin consult prior and the treatments were absolute heaven. It was truly a magical, calming experience and I would gladly return. I feel awful I don’t remember our therapist name but they were incredible (app was at 2:30 10 dec) please pass our kind words to them :)

I first have a wonderful spa experience at the Four Seasons California. I was hoping to have a similar experience here in Sydney and I was not disappointed. I was treat with friendly courteous service. I was put at ease right away. The therapist are well trained which is important to me.

Went for a couples massage. They charged us an hour and included the waiting around to sign the form, the massage therapists arriving, getting the room ready etc. was no more than 40 mins in the end and was $350 for 2. The massage wasn't good - not firm enough and poor technique. I wouldn't recommend sadly. I did let the hotel know but they weren't able to do anything for us which was disappointing.

Wonderful experience all around - from the lovely greeting & tour right through to the actual treatment & therapist interaction. Location is convenient & the facilities are also very good. Would come again & would highly recommend.

I’m an active 62 year old guy w/aches and pains like many my age. I’ve rarely gone more than 2 weeks without a deep muscle massage over the past 20 years. My wife and I are Philadelphians and are completing a 3 week holiday in New Zealand and Australia. Before arriving in Sydney we had 5 massages over this holiday. The spa is top notch. The massage table, room, atmosphere were all great. My massage therapist was Reine. After getting several excellent massages before arriving at the Four Seasons, in no uncertain terms, Reine’s massage was the best…hands down (literally). No pain, all gain. Went deep and hit all my hot spots. In fact, I can’t recall a better one in the past 20 years. My wife also received a hot stone, relaxation massage and was very happy with her therapist. We will return here and line up appointments at Endota ahead of time.

I had a couple muscle relaxation massage. Both therapists were busy doing something in the middle of massage. I asked medium to firm. It wasn’t a proper massage(we go for massage a lot) with poor techniques. Used too much of elbow, rubbing and just rushing. Not even technique(ex. One side three times the other side did only twice) highly disappointing for our anniversary massage. Now I have a muscle soreness due to using too much elbow.

I absolutely love spa treatments at Endota Four Seasons. The staff are friendly, calm and approachable. I always leave so relaxed. Highly recommend.

Booked a couples massage and the therapists were incredible, April was particularly amazing! 2 hours of absolute bliss. However, for a five star hotel to have these average facilities is disappointing. The towels had rancid oil smell, the floor in the room was clean, the wall painting was leaning across. A spa experience isn’t just about a massage but the overall feeling of joy when you absorb the surroundings. Something for endota to think about.

The spa itself may not look like much, but the treatments are excellent. Also, if your treatment lasts over a certain amount of time you get access to the Four Season pool so you can extend your relaxation...

So relaxing and a very good customer service. I forgot my bracelet in one of the robes the lady helped out and looked trough all the robes and she found it!!! Can definitely recommend it and I’ll be going again!

Friendly,caring, expert! I am really enjoying my course of Hydro Peptide treatments at Endota Four Seasons. The friendly welcome and delightful surroundings are instantly relaxing. The treatment rooms are spotlessly clean and are at a very comfortable temperature My treatment was carefully explained to me by the excellent therapists who have obviously had superb training. I am so pleased with the results so far and my skin is clearer, firmer and well-hydrated. When I have finished my series of treatments I intend having a day at the spa with a friend. Amazing service - professional staff, nice atmosphere. Able to use the hotel pool and other facilities after the massage. Products are great too- I have sensitive skin and didn’t break out in a rash.

My mother and I have had a number of spa treatments at other Endota Spas and Spas around the world and we both cannot recommend the staff we had enough. We both felt that the facial and massage were the best that we have ever experienced. Megan in particular was professional, friendly, and a perfectionist. Everything you would want in a therapist. We will both be returning very soon.

Horrible massage. The therapist was not properly trained and also had quite the cough during the massage which made it quite "relaxing." The facilities are also sub par to so many other Four Seasons.

Not sure what has happened to this place! So disappointed and felt that the masseuse was not experienced. She pulled the strains of my hair and the next day I was in so much pain. My massage was painful and felt inexperienced. I get massages all the time and this felt by far the worse one. Will never recommend or go again!

I was treated to a pedicure at Endota spa in late November 2019.We had a lovely experience with the staff however upon removing my nail polish a terrible fungal bloom was exposed.I’ve been to the doctor and I am on the long road to healing... this is expensive and I’m not sure I’ll be able to save my toenails.

I had a couples treatment booked here today, we’d taken the day off specially to use some vouchers we were given at Xmas. Unfortunately one of the kids was sick and couldn’t go to school so we had to cancel. When my wife called they were really unhelpful and pretty unfriendly. Because they have a 24 hour cancellation policy we have lost half the value of the voucher which I suppose is fair enough - they’re a business etc, but the staff member my wife dealt with was pretty rude and sarcastic the whole time and still hasn’t emailed us the details so we can rebook (we’ll choose a different location obviously). This really reflects badly on Endota and The Four Seasons as well, I’d be looking for a different spa operator if I were them.

Booked in online yesterday morning for the couples spa treatment only to be told an hour and a half before the treatment they couldn’t do two people. Then didn’t return my call to enquire about next day availability. Took my $500 elsewhere. Not impressed.

I had an appointment at this spa for the "Revive" package, which resulted in a very poor experience. There is an obvious lack of training and care towards the customer. Endota also charges at the rate of a luxury spa, but does not have the capability to deliver on that promise. I paid $240 (with a $100 gift voucher) but not worth the price at all (form over substance). Massage: This was sub-par. I kept asking the masseuse to increase pressure, and she ignored my request. After a while, I gave up. The massage was just a basic stroking with no technique or skill, and no identification of major issues (hamstrings, etc). Facial: this was mediocre. I kept waiting for the therapist to start the steamer, but that never happened! The point of a facial is to open up the pores and make sure that there is hydration and moisturization! Instead, a bunch of product was slathered across my face hastily. Pedicure: this was the worst. I was waiting for the therapist to transfer my feet to a bucket of water. This did not happen. She did a slow and painful dry filing of the nails, and poked around but did not fix my cuticles. Nor did she bother getting rid of the dry skin (which is an essential step and a very short one!). She took forever to polish and still made a mess. I have submitted a complaint to the spa.

Not comparable to any other four seasons spa that I've experienced. The massage itself was mediocre at best, with a clear lack of training (basic, soft repeating strokes with little variety).

Had the most wonderful morning spent at Endota. Started off with a lovely massage and then used the steam room, pool and sauna. Fantastic shower facilities and then got ready for a day out in the City. Beautiful staff and treatment rooms.

Loved the experience of being able to have a Sauna and steam before showering and having facial in robe supplied....made for a total relaxing experience. The therapist Caterina was knowledgeable and very thorough. Would definitely recommend as a gift for friends and a treat for oneself. Location was perfect.

My bestie treated me to a 40th birthday spa morning, it was the best gift an over worked, super stressed out, Mum of 5 year old could have received. I will definitely be booking myself into further spa treatments. The ladies at the 4 seasons endota were lovely and did a wonderful job. We couldn't have asked for better service. 10 out of 10 stars!
