Beautiful lake in Sydney southwest. Great for walking and boating.

Chipping Norton lake is a very nice place to have a quiet peaceful time on your week end, good for kids birthday, plenty of parking, big play ground for kids to enjoy, and sure you can use the lake in many different ways.

Nice big place for every one but stop those people who catch little fish and keeping them for food plz I have seen heaps of guys doing it plz inspect them daily good park keep safe and clean

Nice place for family picnic, however some litters seen along the road and in the water, people need to clean up their stuff before leaving.

Visited on a smoky day in autumn; the lake is very pretty and definitely worth a visit. Walk around and enjoy an often overlooked part of sydney

Nice relaxing walk

This is a lake with a big park surrounds. The peripheral area is about 16 km which you can bike or walk. The lake is wide and it is good to travel on one side of it only. Running through this area during day time of nice as it is cool and not crowded, but after 5 pm, it gets dark and empty or a bit tempted. Sometimes during winter, you see many melaleuca trees blossom, giving the area a bright yellow and good smell

Very calm and soothing place to the soul. Not too crowded. Great gardens around for family picnics, daily walks, cycling, soccer, cricket and children's playground. Has access to public restrooms, ample parking space, and few gardens have picnic benches too with BBQ options available.

A beautiful lake surrounded by trees where you can see ducks and you can catch fish or bring your boat and practice your hobby while it is within a large park.

Cool one near a park for kidsalso good for fishers. I lost my $2 handball in the long grass because they didn't cut the grass.

Nice places. Good wind, soft grass. Water is not the cleanest but not much of a problem, also ready to fight for parking spaces

Great place for a family picnic and for children to play and ride their bicycles. They should build another toilet block as there is only the one toilet in the facility and it's a great distance away from the kids playground.

Great lake and scenery provides an escape from the hustle and bustle of Liverpool. Who would have thought such a place exists in Liverpool? Only issue is that the place is severely neglected by the council. Litter and rubbish is strewn across the area, everywhere you walk! Benches and facilities are not maintained. Grass is uncut. The place looks to be deteriorating. High powered jet ski noise permeates the air. There's no walking pathways across the lake. Now how about the water quality? Is it safe to swim? Why are there no life guards present? Where are public funds being spent?

Unfortunately there is a lot of useless people who think it's okay to litter and not clean up after themselves, more needs to b done to keep our parks, lakes and rivers clean.
