I contacted Larsen's by email and after a bit of correspondence was placed with a jeweler that suited our style and desire. Jacinta was incredible, with a short brief and a few photos she was bale to put something together that really suited my partner. I got over excited through the process and Jacinta did a fantastic job of grounding me and my expectations. We found a stone that matched my hopes completely and nailed the design brief and at no point did she ever try to upsell or overprice. In the end we shared the design with my (now) finance who gave the tick of approval. She loves the ring and is constantly asked about it. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else, we were looked after very well and I will be contacting them again soon.

Walking into Larsen Jewellery it felt exclusive but more importantly very welcoming. While I had done a bit of research I walked in feeling very overwhelmed and nervous about selecting the right diamond and ring combination. Natalie immediately settled my nerves by getting to know me and taking the time to understand my situation and any proposal plans that I had. Natalie was very excited to learn about my partner and keen to explore various designs that would best suit my partner. This process was awesome and I felt completely involved, I was able to express what I wanted with the confidence that it was backed up with Natalie's expert advice. Once a design was found, Natalie then laid out a number of examples to explain the differences in and importance of the 4 C's. This was by far the most exciting part and I was eager to learn and select the best rock that was within my budget. Another aspect that I felt important was being able to see the friendly team of Jewelers working on other projects around you. This instilled confidence that every piece was made with pride and great craftsmanship as you could see the level of care and detail taken. While my ring was being made, Natalie took the time to check in and keep me updated. When it was time to check out my engagement ring, I was at a loss for words. It was exactly how I imagined and the quality was flawless. The ring was packaged up just as beautifully and I was then surprised with a complimentary bottle of Champagne to help celebrate the occasion. I discovered Larsen Jewellery when trying to find a unique way to create a wedding band for my fiancee. She had inherited some rings from her grandmother and I though it would be nice to incorporate the existing gemstones into her wedding band and eternity ring. Larsen were extremely helpful in conducting an inspection on the existing rings, notifying me of what they could use, and helping me pick the style that suited my needs. Before I knew it, my rings were ready and I collected my 4 rings. One for me, 2 for my bride to be, and one for her mother. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the end products, and the professionalism and enthusiasm of the staff. I have recommended Larsen to many people that I know, I will use Larsen again in the future, and look forward to it. While our wedding may have been postponed several times due to COVID, our rings still sit beautifully sparkling in the wooden ring boxes provided by Larsen, waiting until the time we get to wear them.
