Had a very good experience with these guys. Process is efficient for new people, doctor was extremely friendly and helpful. They were on time and made me feel confident in what I needed to do next. Experienced doctors with what seemed like quite a few working in this practice.

Totally disappointing! I booked an appointment by phone and they said that the visit cost was 90$. I asked it 3 time and one more time when I went to the reception. They kept saying that it was only 90$. When I went to pay it was 130$ so 40$ more. I discussed it with the receptionist but they forced me to pay 130$ instead of 90$. It is really unprofessional and I think they are certainly doing it in purpose because when I asked to pay before entering the room they said "You can pay later". Yes, of course, because they wanted to charge me more. It is fine to charge more if the visit is over 15 minutes but you must tell the client before. Also the doctor was not so accurate and made me remember that we are in charge of our health. Sometimes go to a doctor is ok but alternative medicine is much more powerful and helpful. Not going back, definitely! This is the kind of experience that shows how everything is moved by money and it is super rare to find someone passionate about his/her job. Anyway you can charge me even 250$ but you have to be clear before.

I have been a patient of Dr. Vincent Nguyen for over two years now, and I can't express enough how grateful I am to have him as my doctor. I have struggled with undiagnosed symptoms that have caused me a high degree of dysfunction, and Dr. Nguyen has been incredibly helpful, kind, and respectful from day one. Despite the difficulty of my case and the inability of other medical professionals to diagnose and treat my audible and visible symptoms, Dr. Nguyen has always taken my symptoms seriously and has done everything he possibly can to get them under control and treated. Dr Vincent Nguyen's dedication and compassion for his patients are remarkable. He always takes the time to listen and answer any questions I have, no matter how irrational they seem. I can confidently say that Dr. Nguyen is a real medical professional who genuinely cares about his patients. I will never be disappointed with him, even if he was to make a mistake (which he hasn't!). Doctors, like the rest of us, are humans prone to error. If my symptoms were ever to become life-threatening, I know that I am in good hands with Dr Vincent because he does whatever he can and whatever it takes to get patients diagnosed and treated. I would highly recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone who is looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated physician. Thank you, Dr. Vincent Nguyen, for all that you have done for me. I always have been and always will be grateful!

I don't have medicare and when I asked the receptionist how much it would be I was advised $90. When I came out I was asked to pay $190 as the appointment was longer, which I don't believe it was. You should be advising people BEFORE going in to see a doctor if a longer fee charge would apply and how many minutes a 'normal' and 'long appointment' would be not after as I personally would not have paid $190 for the appointment I needed.

Attending this practice with my family for the first time to receive the AZ vaccine. In the first instance, a wonderful greeting at reception with caring, attentive and efficient staff. Dr Vincent Nguyen is gentle, professional, comforting and highly competent. A doctor who listens, reassures and provides clear and concise advice. A pleasure to be his patient. Almost looking for forward to the second dose in four weeks!

The doctors and other staff at this practice (dentists, counsellors, chiropractors, alternative therapy), including administrative staff, hold to high professional standards. Despite being incredibly busy, they are never impatient nor dismissive. As elderly patients we appreciate the meticulous nature of our care, done with efficiency, careful diagnosis, treatment and suitable reference to specialist expertise. During Covid, their concern and care in providing remote service and correct protocols was exemplary. Both my husband and I consider ourselves very fortunate to be patients here.

Its hard to say just how good Sydney Doctors are. Excellent ? Extremely good ? Somewhere in between. 5* The receptionists know who you are - there are 3 ready to help - quality starts at the front desk The nurse who does your vaccinations is charming, quick and super efficient - before you know what's happened you're done and on your way The doctors work together - all can access everything on their desktops. Everyone knows that you're busy, but there's never any rush. They can collect your blood for testing. Note tried the beauty therapist And they'll deliver your prescriptions to the superb pharmacy over the road Hard to fault this great little surgery (its actually not small - and it has a nice open air courtyard)

Dr. Sue Carr is a brilliant doctor. She is thorough, caring, very knowledgable, has a great network of health practitioners and recommendations. I can't recommend her highly enough. Our health and society is much improved with GPs like Dr. Sue Carr! Thank you.

Quick, efficient and professional. Be aware though that the practice only do private billing. But definitely was a lot better experience than any other GP practices that I have been too.

The Sydney Doctors services is 2nd to none. I have been with this medical centre for many, many years. The reception staff are always attentive, professional and friendly. Making or amending an appointment is always easy and flexible. My very long term Physician, Dr Vasantha Sabapathy, is a wonderful human being. Professional, knowledgeable and cheerful. Unhappy with Sydney Doctors. It's a private practice, so I expected out of pocket costs. But did you know that they charge you for long consult which is $190 if you spend more than 15 mins? I met Dr Vasantha, and not once did she tell me or anyone from the reception that after 15 mins you'll be charged more than double the price. My consult lasted ~20 mins of which ~5 mins were spent in typing. Also, no clear information regarding follow up tests the next day, the technician mentioned that my samples were all wrong.

Dr Vasantha Sabapathy conducted an excellent comprehensive consultation with me during Dr Vincent Nguyen's absence. I was very pleased and impressed - as I always am with the continual outstanding care I receive from Dr Vincent Nguyen. He is a top professional!

This the place to go to for medical treatment. The booking and the doctor's diagnostics are very professionally and fast. They also direct you to the nearest pharmacy for sought after medicine that is in short supply.

Dr Karina Lim is exceptional. SHe has been my GP for some time and she is always looking at the whole person not what you present with. She is kind, very very clever and a wonderful GP for anyone to have. The surgery is also fantastic offering access to onsite blood tests, health and well being checks, womens health, mental health and many other services A great doctors in the middle of the CBD.

I have been visiting Dr. Karina Lim intermittently for years. I cannot recommend her highly enough as a doctor whom is both knowledgeable & personable. She has a very broad skill set & delightful approach to patient care.

From visiting the clinic to telehealth appointments, I get vast response and updates. May have waited few minutes from the schedule but it doesn’t hurt. Dr Sabapathy is always lovely, very accommodating and such a delight to talk to.

Needed a booster with a vaccine I couldn't get at home. Easy to book online and when I arrived I was dealt with quickly even though I was very early. Very professional medical staff. Extremely satisfied with service and look forward to getting another booster later this year.

I started attending Sydney Doctors in 2015, when I was working around the corner. I sought out a female dentist, because I think they are better than male dentists. I was lucky to start seeing a youngish doctor who graduated from my own university - I think younger doctors are better because they are more up to speed with both the technical and social aspects of general practice. I have used a number of other professional services available in the organisation. Couldn't be happier. It costs more but the convenience and quality of the professional service is worth it.

Great service, amazing doctors who actually care about their patients. Worth every $ spent here. Few concerns resolved in 3 days (after going thru the public system for a month and no one gave me clear answers) Thank you. Will be coming back.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Even though my first visit was great. My second one was truly awful. I asked to get two prescriptions and my doctor was not knowledgeable enough to provide me with them so she had to get assistance from another doctor. She told me I wouldn’t be charged for the time it would take her to consult with her colleague but she clearly lied to me because I was in fact charged for it. I was charged a long consult just to get two prescriptions. The doctors seemed very stressed out and nervous. I tried reaching out to the practice manager and she replied narrating how she perceived things after speaking to her stuff which were not accurate at all. I didn’t feel like she even cared to listen to me by her reply. Very poor customer service. I wouldn’t go back there at all!

I have always had the best care from Dr Sue Carr. The clinic staff are always friendly and helpful.

Doctor Shuo Zhao was very welcoming and also very understanding. He was extremely understanding with issues I’ve had dismissed at other GP’s. Great clinic all round.

I LOVE Sydney Doctors. Very easy to work with and Dr Carr (can't speak for the others) takes the necessary time and listens to your issues. Having regularly used the National Horror Service in the UK, and the lunacy that is the US healthcare system (though there are certainly great doctors in both systems), I'd choose Sydney Doctors every time.

The most wonderful front desk staff and nurses, very warm and welcoming! Doctor Nguyen administered our vaccine doses and was so competent, caring and attentive! He explained everything and it was over and done with in a second ( a blessing for someone who is a little hesitant when it comes to needles!) I will definitely be going back, and I hope to make Dr Nguyen my go-to doctor henceforth.

I had appointment for vaccination at 11:15.I arrived early about 10:50. I was processed, vaccinated and finished my 15 min wait after vaccination at 11:12. Was given fact sheet about what to expect after vaccination and what to do in case of bad reactions. And also how to access Medicare vaccination record.Very efficient, professional, friendly service.Easy location on Pitt Street to find and easy access by public transport.

I have been a patient of this wonderful medical practice for a number of years now and I can highly recommend them. All the doctors, specialists and administrative staff are highly skilled in their field, very thorough and most of all very caring and really nice people. During COVID they adapted to remote appointments and the practice continued to run very smoothly. My doctor is Dr Sue Carr who I have been seeing for a long time and I am extremely grateful that I found her. Dr Carr is very caring, extremely good at diagnosis and planning what the next steps are. This GP practice is well-staffed, warm and efficient. It is comforting to know they are following covid-19 protocols. It is better to arrive exactly 15min early as suggested, instead of being too early (we were 30min) as the reception area only has 4 chairs due to social distancing. The practice does have a large undercover courtyard for people to wait after vaccination. Overall, I recommend this clinic!

I cannot recommend this CBD-based medical and beauty practice highly enough, everyone you meet in this clinic is professional, helpful and go above and beyond to ensure you feel supported. I have only had consistently positive experiences over the past decade and recently took my daughter to the practice where I felt everyone went out of their way to make her feel safe and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Best clinic you can go to. Honestly! Very care taking staff and doctors. No doctor spent more time to explain me what to do. A very big thank to Grace! A lovely care taking person who were never tired to answer questions and always were aware of my safety.
