I don't often write reviews, but when I do it's for VERY good reason. I want other people to stumble on a great thing just like I did! Jenner and her team are absolute professionals, kind and highly experienced. It can be daunting trusting someone with your skin, but you're in good hands with Jenner. I had severe acne when I was in high school and have been suffering from many post-acne symptoms since. My face is covered in acne scars and redness from occasional active acne. After many years of trial and error, I decided to give laser treatment a try and came across CMC because of their highly regarded reviews. During the consultation, Jenner was really honest and knowledgeable. She did not sugarcoat anything after recommending CO2 skin resurfacing treatment for my acne scars and uneven skin tone, and Coolview to reduce oily skin to prevent future acne. She told me everything about the downtime, what the laser can and cannot do, and how I should take care of myself after the procedure to maintain optimal results. On the day of the treatment, while I had the numbing cream on my face and was undergoing Coolvire laser prior to the resurfacing itself, Jenner offered to remove some of the beard on my neck where it could potentially cause acne. I was amazed and grateful for how much she cared about these little details. I had told her that I occasionally get acne on my neck after I shave, so she offered to remove the hair for me so I wouldn't have to shave and prevent further breakouts. The aftercare was really easy with the guide provided. I came back a few times for the healing light, which was so relaxing and calming after the resurfacing treatment. Now that the scabs on my face are starting to fall off, I can see very bright and smooth new skin, and I couldn't be happier. Came in for a quick mole removal and felt so looked after. The clinic looked and felt clean the staffs were amazing with easy bookings and reminders. Jenner did an amazing job and even with follow ups and touched up if required and even offer extra treatments if necessary to make you are 100% happy with the result. I do not do beauty treatments often but I could not be happier with the service I will be recommending my wife to go here to get any beauty services the price is worth the service. Recommended for all people out there who requires quick treatment like myself or even a more complex treatments definitively worth it.

I have done ultherapy for several times with different clinics. I have to say Jenner is best practitioner that I have met so far. She is very friendly and professional. Based on my past experiences, the numbing cream will be applied before the treatment and I can still feel the painful throughout the entire treatment. Surprisingly, with Jenner there was no numbing cream applied and I didn’t even feel anything during the 4 hour treatment. So I realised that skill of the physician matters, which will gives you the totally different experiences. I am highly recommend Dr Jenner to anyone who wants to do the ultherapy.

I always had this lack of self confidence because of the syringoma. I feel like when people talk to me they always look at my syringoma. I feel disgusted! They are affecting me so much that’s why I’ve decided them to get removed. I’ve done a lot of research where I should go and get them treated and CMC stood out among all of them. After suffering from severe acne throughout my teenage years I was left with terrible scarring across my entire face which definitely knocked my confidence. Although I no longer suffer from active acne, the scars left over were very noticeable and impossible to cover. After having an initial consultation with Jenner at the CMC, I was recommended Co2 laser and healing light for post procedure. Jenner was amazing! Her knowledge and thoroughness was excellent in the initial consultation for which she talked me through the entire procedure, the benefits, the post treatment care, and the time frame of when I would see results etc. All my questions and concerns were answered without hesitation. During the procedure, Jenner made sure that I was comfortable at all times and explained what was happening at each stage. I must also say that her bedside manner was also unmatched. Her kindness and investment in boosting my confidence made the entire procedure comfortable and enjoyable. You are definitely in the best hands with Jenner. I could not recommend her highly enough! After the down time from the Co2 laser which lasted about a week, I began to notice a massive difference in my skin texture and tone, and as the weeks progressed, I can also see a significant reduction in the scarring. The healing light post treatment also sped up the healing process and reduced the redness significantly. I would highly recommend the CMC to anyone that suffers from skin concerns.

Jenner helped me to remove three skin tags. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Everything went absolutely well and during the procedure she helped me to stay calm, as I was a bit nervous. I didn’t feel any pain and the after care was easy. I will definitely come back for other treatments.

I am very happy with my treatment, I just did my first Ultrasound skin tightening treatment, and I can see the results straight away after. I had a great experience doing Ultherapy/Ultrasound at Cosmetic Medical Clinic. The treatment was very well done and Jenner is very caring and professional while doing the procedure. From my first appointment, I really appreciate her honest opinion and advice for my skin. I had Ultherapy before but it was definitely not as good and precise as the one at CMC Clinic. I can already feel my skin looking tighter, my next treatment is the fractional laser resurfacing and I can't wait to see the full results in the next coming months :)

I would certainly not recommend this place. They charge you 80$ to do nothing basically. Jut have a look to your skin with spectre really quickly, and ask you what you want to change with you skin. Then of course they give you a quote with hundred of dollars to do to your face. Its honestly ridiculous, I never had this kind of experience in any clinic before. I actually never post negative review, its probably my first time posting one, so its to tell you how upset Im.

It’s an uphill battle delaying the aging process. I came to CMC for skin tightening treatment. Jenner and team were incredible helpful and caring. I’ve so far had 3 treatments. I came to CMC to seek solutions to help with the appearance of my acne scars. Jenner suggested two sessions of CO2 laser, firstly to remodel the scars and secondly to smooth it over and blend with the rest of the face. For this treatment, it is important to have realistic expectations and be prepared for the downtime. After my sessions I can say that the results have sufficiently improved the appearance of my scars. Jenner also gave further advice to help me maintain the improved skin, including another kind of laser treatment to smooth pores and control acne prone glands which I thought was thoughtful and professional. I came to CMC to seek a solution for my never ending acne problems. Based on my research, this clinic is different from other places (no skincare, less chemicals), trying to help our skin healing naturally.. After few months (2-3months) doing consultation & doing laser treatments to support my skin healing by itself, the results really amazed me!! I had a BCC removed from a good few years ago which left quite a deep scar. It was in a highly visible area so it affected my confidence and self esteem. After doing some research on potential ways to treat and manage it, I decided on having a consultation with Jenner Chua to get her opinion. She was easy to communicate with was very thorough with her assessment. She recommended performing CO2 ablative laser as a first line treatment for the scar with the option of additional fractional laser at a later period. I underwent the C02 ablative laser treatment just over a month ago. It was quite red for a few weeks post treatment but I can now see a significant improvement in the scar texture and depth now. The redness has also reduced considerably in the last week or so - I would imagine it will be gone in a few more weeks. I had a couple of follow up consultations and Jenner was super helpful with answering all my questions and provided all the necessary advice on aftercare. Definitely got the vibe that there was no motives in persuading me to do another treatment and Jenner was very straight up and honest in her assessment and advice. To be honest I wish I did this sooner as the outcome has been great and the downtime was only a few weeks! I will definitely do a fractional laser follow up treatment down the line once this has healed fully as I am very impressed with the results so far! Thumbs up

CMC were excellent and highly professional. I booked a skin consultation for a face cyst that I had developed over about almost 2 months. The process to book the initial skin consultation was very easy to do via the CMC website. At my skin consultation Jenna was thorough and checked my cyst and sent me for further testing (face ultrasound) to find out what the cyst I had developed on my face was. After I went through the process of my face ultrasound and another skin appointment, it was decided I needed a cortisone injection as I had an acne cyst. The cortisone injection healed my cyst and flattened it. I am very happy and grateful I went to CMC, as I am no longer embarrassed by a cyst on my face. All the staff were so welcoming, polite and friendly from the start. Dr. Jenna and Dr. Choi are highly skilled, professional, knowledgeable, kind and understanding. I am appreciative and I want to thank all of the CMC staff so much for helping me. I would recommend CMC and would go again in the future if I need assistance with skin concerns.

After having many treatments at other places over the years with little to no results I thought I would have one last try with this clinic after reading other positive reviews. I was wanting treatment for acne scars and also deep lines on my forehead and under one of my eyes. I was recommended to have a co2 laser remodeling followed up with a session of co2 laser resurfacing. I have now had the 2 treatments and the results have been fantastic so far. The deep lines on my forehead and under my eye have been drastically improved and also the scarring especially on my temples. I found Jenner to be a true expert and professional with the use of the laser and she explained everything really well and has a good sense of humour and was honest about outcomes. I am looking forward to discussing other treatments in the future from this clinic to improve my skin further.

I came into CMC seeking a treatment for my acne scarring on my cheeks and to improve skin texture. Jenner explained which treatment is right for me (fractional laser skin resurfacing with the CO2 laser). She was happy to answer any questions I had so I could level my expectations of the treatment accordingly, which I appreciated. It has been 2 months since the treatment and I have noticed improvements in both my acne scars depth, HOWEVER as someone with lightly tanned skin, the treatment has left hyperpigmentation, which I am expecting to fade with time.
