Recently had cosmetic mole removal from my nose @ Contour Clinic- Five Dock. Very helpful & polite stuff . Dr. Robert was very informational and removal was super smooth, I was not sure but as assured I felt nothing during the removal also nothing after removal . It has been 2 days and no pain at all. I am following the aftercare as suggested. Complete recovery will take sometime, I will update further later. So far so good.

I was extremely happy with the service today at the five dock clinic. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and bubbly. I felt very comfortable discussing my concerns with them. Dr Jing Wang was a pleasure to deal with. She was very friendly and explained the treatment thoroughly. My consultation went really well and I will definitely be using her again

I never post reviews but in this very instance, I just had to. I literally had the worst experience in this clinic. I’ve never seen an institution so unorganised, unprofessional and dishonest my whole life. My appointment was for 4pm, arrived at 4:07pm, the receptionist sat there, wouldn’t attend to me and had me waiting to see Dr Wang until 4:50pm. Now my experience with Dr. Wang is where it gets worse. I finally meet her, talk to her about my concerns and what treatments we can do within my 2k budget. At the time I made my booking, I was told 3ml of filler was 1,400. When I met the doctor, she goes to say it’s 1,800. Also told me facial slimming is $650. We finally decide to do some treatments, then she literally starts poking me with a needle. Even when I told her at the beginning that I need numbing cream. Then they take me to another room and this girl walks up to me and slaps an insane amount of numbing cream all over my face. So much that some got into my mouth and it’s 12 hours past my treatment and I can still taste and feel the numbing cream. Then I was waiting for another forty minutes while the doctor was just seating in her office face timing and refused to treat me after for whatever reason. I was so confused and devastated. Finally got another doctor who did the treatments and poked me so bad, my lips and chin are so bruised and I literally hate my results. Honestly, biggest waste of my money and time and I would never go back there even if it were for free.

This was my first ever skin needling treatment & although I was nervous I did feel comfortable with the therapist. However the after care & client customer service is non-existent. I wasn’t given information on how to look after my skin post treatment for the next few days, I had to chase the clinic up myself & they just flicked me a page off their website which isn’t very detailed on what you should & shouldn’t do. I also questioned why it states on the website that a “complimentary mask” is included in skin needling treatments but I was charged an extra $50 for the mask which is misleading. They also said my therapist would call me to discuss which she never did so unfortunately I’m very disappointed with Contour Clinics & would not recommend them

I went to see Dr. Robert today for some anti wrinkles injection. This was my third time there and my first time with him. He made me feel so comfortable with the procedure. He was knowledgeable and honest and took great care of me. He also looked after my friend Silvana who had years of experiences in places like this one, however, she was really impressed with Dr Robert professionalism and experience. We will 100% recommend him to anyone!! 👌🏼👌🏼

Had my lips done today by Ashely Nassif. Most lovely person ever! Makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed. Being my first time having filler and nervous when walking into the clinic but once i met Ashely she just makes you feel so at ease. Receptionist are also very lovely. Highly recommend

I always have an excellent experience at Contour Clinics! Both Dr Jing Wang and Nadia are exceptional at what they do, and I have never had any complaints! The pricing is fair and the service warm. Today there was unfortunately an error upon check-in, however, the staff member on Reception was excellent at keeping me apprised of the expected wait time, offered beverages, and apologised for the error. The level of professionalism at Contour Clinics is second to none!

I have been getting scar removal treatments here for a while.. I am so happy with my treatments and it has really changed my life. I get treated by Nadia and couldn't have been matched with a better Nurse. She makes each treatment comfortable and calms my nerves because the sessions do hurt but its definitely worthwhile. Do it!

My husband had his mole removed today with Dr.Robert. Highly recommend this clinic. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. They even ask you if you need some water to drink which I have not seen other clinics asking if customers want any water.

In my initial consultation I was happy to find out that this clinic offered under eye non surgical procedures. Before the actual procedure, I would have liked to have received more detailed information about the procedure , the product and the training needed to perform the procedure.Somehow it felt a bit rushed. It would be good for patients to be marked with a white pen and get an explanation as to where the product is going to be inserted and if there are any differences between the right or left side and expected result.

Had an easy experience with a mole removal. Friendly receptionist. Waiting room was cosy and comfortable with a lit candle and textured furniture. Would recommend.

Nurse Sharmila was the best injector ever. She would make you feel comfortable and relaxed all throughout the session. Her hands are very light that you will not feel anything being injected on you. Will definitely go back.

I wanted to improve my skin texture and pigmentation leading up to my daughters wedding. I saw Nadia who was wonderful and listened to any concerns (particularly that I am a mature client), I had regarding the treatment She suggested Laser, some fantastic skin care products which I am absolutely addicted to, I will never use any other brand again I also had the China Doll treatment. I booked a consultation for Masseter botox to help with teeth grinding (and secondary effect of face slimming), the booking process was swift and easy. The clinic at Five Dock had that calming, relaxing and clean feel to it although initially hard to find. The lovely ladies at the front were warm and welcoming. The consultation with Dr Robert was quite pleasant and he has a friendly and kind demeanour that was reassuring. All the questions I had were answered, looking forward to the actual treatment!

Had a wonderful experience with DR Jing Wang for some dermal fillers recently. This was my first time having a treatment like this and I typically don’t well with needles but she made sure I was comfortable and cared for every step of the way. Very professional, It has only been 4 days and my areas of concern are not moving, I will know for sure after the 2 weeks as my main aim is to not look too frozen. But for now extrremely happy. I’ve been to contour many times But my 5 star review is for Shamila She is so personable and welcoming. She swayed me from another clinician. Her service is absolutely second to none. I was highly untrusting prior to meeting her ( would only see a dr for anti wrinkle ) It’s obviously so common to upsell treatments, and Shamila has absolutely done this with me but never when I didn’t feel it was genuine. Last time I saw her I literally said, if you think I need it, do it (masseter injection for bruxism ) and she went to tell me the price. And I said I don’t want to know. I trusted her judgement completely. I could not recommend this amazing human more. Contour is so lucky to have her.

All the girls here have been super lovely and made my experience very comfortable. It’s a very nice feeling to be understood about what my goals were and to be treated with such wonderful attentiveness and kindness was the iceing on the cake for me! Couldn’t recommend the staff here more!

I’ve never had the results with injectables that I have had with contour clinics. In the past I’ve always been told that my skin is too thick or my metabolism too strong. My results were always hit or miss. Though now, I just can’t believe my results. I’m so happy and the whole experience was not rushed it was really fantastic. Dr David was great! Outstanding. Josh fixed my nose in 5 minutes. Incredible result. Beats the huge price of a nose job and the painful recovery. After having a horrible wisdom teeth removal and infection I knew this was the solution for me, as opposed to a very brutal nose surgery recovery.

One thing about Contour Clinic is that they definitely stick by their post treatment guarantee. Dr Josh was so attentive to my issues post treatment, he was honest in his opinion even though he was not the person that treated me. He was so professional the way he presented himself and explained things. Dr Josh advised me that he was going to top up areas on my face by showing me a 3d picture of my face for a before and after with fillers for free. And to other areas that I did not have treatment for all for free. He also added more fillers to other areas on my face which were a bonus as he thought would make a difference. He was gentle and very caring while injecting. Dr Josh wanted me to be happy. And he definitely made my experience worthwhile and I am happy. I found out about Contour Clinics through Google. My first appointment was a free consultation with Dr Kitty Gayed, who was really incredible. She made it very easy for me to understand how the procedure is done which convinced me to get it done straight away. I was very nervous and scared before I met Dr Kitty. She removed my moles without pain. Today is the third day since two of my moles were removed. Let's see the healing process. So far so good. I would definitely recommend Contour Clinics five Dock to my family and friends.
