I am so grateful to have met Kelvin who was so patient with me and he took the time to show me similar style watches I was interested in, not just one product. Kelvin made the effort to find me a watch that suits my personality and lifestyle. He was extremely knowledgeable about his brands and helped compare different watches, their mechanics and functions that best suits my needs. 15 years ago I bought two watches from Gregory Jewellers and this week one of them was stolen during a break-in. I called Gregory Jewellers and Pietro answered. Within 5 minutes of me emailing him my best guess of the purchase year (not month) he emailed me copies of both receipts for watches for my insurance claim. It was the best customer service I have ever had in my life in any industry, I thought it was a long shot request, but I’m so grateful. I couldn’t recommend this business enough, they should be incredibly proud of themselves. I would give many more than 5 stars if I could!

Kelvin was very knowledgeable with the timepiece I bought, he had the watch I wanted delivered to Bondi to make it more convenient for me to try. He was not pushy at all which I was very comfortable with! I would absolutely buy another piece of jewellery from him! 10 out of 10!

From the moment we came into the store, Penny was extremely attentive and patient while we picked out the styles and sizes of wedding bands we needed. Extremely knowledgeable she knew exactly what we were after. And the glasses of champagne she offered were very generous to celebrate! Fast forward a few weeks, she immediately recognised our faces when we arrived to pick up our rings. This was the icing on the cake with our wedding planning. Great shopping experience. All the staff are lovely and very knowledgeable, and the jewellery is beautiful. Once you step inside it’s a very friendly atmosphere- which truthfully pleasantly surprised me. Penny was particularly helpful in helping me choose between two rings. There was no pressure to buy, no feeling of being unsold, just information to consider. I think buying jewellery is about the piece you want but it’s also about the buying experience. I’ve come away with a piece I love, but also a lovely memory of actually choosing and buying it with my husband. I would definitely recommend Gregory Jewellers Bondi Junction.
