I bought the most beautiful amethyst ring from Jarrett's to commemorate an anniversary. I believe it's an original 'Jarrett' design. David was incredibly helpful and friendly to deal with, and helped me with re-sizing as the ring was originally a bit too small. I picked up the ring last weekend and it's a stunner! Even more lovely than I remembered. I also had a watch band replaced, and they thoughtfully fitted the original branded clasp to the new band, which was a nice touch. I can't fault this place! If I ever need a custom piece made I will go to Jarrett's for sure!

The staff here are very friendly and helpful helping me to choose replacement hooks for 2 pairs of earrings. They were fitted while I waited. I'm very happy with the result and recommend this shop for jewelry repairs and watch battery replacement.

I had a very thin, dainty necklace that broke (bought in the UK). I tried several places in Sydney but they couldn’t fix it. Jarrett fixed it quickly and even explained the repair and turned out to be cheaper than I had previously been quoted from other jewellers. Would definitely recommend.

Our relationship with Jarrett Jewellery now goes back further than 10 years initially with Jeff and Roz. We have had expensive custom pieces made, bought pearls and some less expensive items from the store as gifts. Recently a bangle I have worn since 1984 broke. It was repaired and polished up in no time at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend David and team.

David is as honest as they come and a gentleman. I took an expensive diamond chain to David because it was flipping around the neck. All other jewellers wanted to laser the joints or re-cast the chain. Both options were extremely expensive having already spent a large sum of money to have the chain made. David enquired with his Team and after a few hours of trouble shooting and thinking outside the box had a solution that cost me nothing. It involved ensuring the bar joints on the chain were positioned on the right side and that the clasp locked into place correctly when positioned on the neck. I did a trip to David’s store from Wollongong after reading David’s reviews and he did not disappoint. In David we trust!

Took my watch for repair and was quoted for a simple adjustment of the hands. Ended up being a more complex repair job, but the team very kindly honoured the original quote with no fuss. Very quick turnaround, great communication and friendly service from Dave. Watch is working great again - thanks so much!

Can I start by saying, I really wish this jewellers was in Melbourne! I discovered them on the weekend when I was looking for a specific brand and piece of jewellery. Not only was the piece selling for the best price I had seen but the customer service was truly excellent. The item was ordered on the 14th November from Sydney and I received it on the 16th in Melbourne. It was securely packed and the actual item was presented with a pretty ribbon. The product brochures and information were included and there was even a Thank you for ordering handwritten card with a discount voucher for my next purchase. Amazing from start to finish and arriving in good time to be given as a 21st gift a few days later. (I thought it would end up being a Christmas gift with all the postage delays!) So, MANY heartfelt thanks and I will now be returning to buy myself a nice present!

I have been going to Jarrett Jewellery for over 10 years and love the way the staff share their amazing knowledge with respect. The most beautifully made jewellery sold with such love for the piece you buy. Wonderful staff with the best customer service. Never any pressure and such clever ideas for solving any problems. I had to have my wedding ring cut off my finger. Their wonderful suggestion was to handmake a new one by melting the broken ring and having some special touches added - gold and tiny stones from my Mum's ring. We were looking for more than just a watch and an item from Nordgreen seemed to fit the bill however they are not easy watches to find… until we came across Jarrett jewellers. Though they didn’t have it in stock they were able to show us a similar style so that we could see what it would look like on. They then placed the order for us with only a small deposit. When it came to delivery the item was late arriving but they kept us updated with regular txts so that we knew we were in good hands. Needed my watch battery changed. Jarrett Jewellery were amazing. I had expected to need to leave it there and come back. Nope, was done there and then! Great service and really appreciated that attention to detail was given. They set the date so I wouldn't have to worry about changing it the next day (set to 31st so next day it would be correct at 1st)! Definitely recommend and will go back again.
