This clinic is an absolute dream. The place has very calming and clean aesthetics. The staff members are very welcoming and kind. I got my treatments done by Renata. She’s been extremely hospitable, very attentive and professional. The treatments were seamless and painless, she has great knowledge of what’s she’s doing and very gentle hands. Perfect if “more” is the solution for you… I had lip augmentation 8 months ago and it was a rough process to say the least. I had trauma to the lip a week before, which upon second opinion- meant I was not an ideal candidate for filler at that time to begin with. My consultation with Nurse Emma felt more like I was being sold on what issues I had with my face, rather than an education piece on what would enhance my natural appearance. Unrelated, I had what appeared to be an occlusion after the procedure which I was told was probably not the case upon second opinion. Regardless, the took the proper procedure and dissolved just the top lip which was a traumatic experience (a result of filling and dissolving same day, I think). They then insisted I should be able to come back just a week later, despite second and third opinions recommending I wait two weeks. I waited two weeks and went back and they offered to refill for free. When I voiced my concerns around a divot in my lip which resulted in a total 1mil of filler being injected into my top lip, that’s an extra 0.5mil (I was unaware of the amount, merely pointed out the divot to see what would be best). I was left with an overfilled, lumpy top lip I was quite devastated throughout the whole experience. The reception staff were quite comforting and they also offered free red light treatment Overall, it seems like they’re in the business of “more is best” rather than tailoring the treatment to enhance the features of the client. As medical professionals, you trust their opinion. I feel as though their social media image and appeasing clients is more important than treating clients with integrity Might be the service for some people, not for me - I am in the process of dissolving and having them redone elsewhere

the clinic is about 10 minutes walk from the nearest train station, Newtown. the reception and receiving area looks so luxurious and the chair is so comfy. friendly staff welcomes all entrants with a smile. offers complimentary drink while waiting for you name to be called. one thing I love best at this clinic is that they used the latest state of the art technology (Alma) which I have personally experienced as a model and have significantly seen the effectiveness of the laser treatment for the unwanted “spider veins”. I was under Dr Joshua Wall and his team on the said session dated 20/9/2022. Now I understand on why so many clients going in and out of the said clinic.. it’s a personal investment and it’s empowering to go home feeling beautiful. I would highly recommend this clinic. I believe that you are in good hands with all the experts. I admire the transparency for every treatment done which is crucial as a potential client.

Always an absolute pleasure and great experience. They always listen to your concerns and the results are great. Unlike a lot of other clinics I have been to, they don’t try and upsell you more expensive and often unnecessary options. In fact they have will recommend less expensive treatments if they feel it is better for you.

I love visiting Contour Clinics. I travel an hour just for their amazing service. Nurse Mary is amazing. She is polite,funny,friendly and is always very personable. Saw Lauren today for the first time for anti-wrinkle injection. She was very knowledgeable and gentle!! Fantastic they offer gas, my last clinic did too. Should be a standard at all clinics!! Hopefully the results are as great as the experience has been so far… will find out in 14 days!

I have visited the Contour clinics since last year and the service they provide is excellent. The clinician who has been looking after me, Catalina Sanchez, is absolutely amazing, she is very attentive and always explains all the processes in detail and provides different solutions and options all the time. There is always a great outcome in the end and I feel that I have been in for a treat.

I absolutely recommend this place for all skin treatments. I have had 2 sessions of laser treatment for scars with Nadia and she is absolutely amazing. I have seen a massive improvement in the appearance of my scars. The service by all the staffs is pretty amazing . I definitely recommend Nadia for skin treatments as she is a skin wizard. And the head cosmetic injector Mary is unbelievable. I have never seen anyone so knowledgeable in my life . She could exactly tell what I needed and fixed everything in less than 30 minutes.She seems to be very generous and doesnot rush during treatments.I instantly fell in love with her generosity . Also, Having a skin of colour I have always felt insecure about getting lasers done. Other clinics that i have been to have been very skeptical about lasers on my skin due to risk of pigmentation .Nadia is good at it . The receptionists are pretty amazing and very welcoming as well. I absolutely love this place and my ultimate go to place for all skin treatments.

I just had lip injections done here with Nurse Nicole—I was a little nervous but Nicole has this lovely calming manner! She’s very pleasant and reassuring, gave me all the information I needed (and she really knows her stuff, I know because I asked a LOT of questions), and the injections were practically painless. I'm so impressed with the customer service at the Contour Clinics Newtown. It's fair beyond any customer service I've ever received anywhere. I had Dr. Kitty for my first ever filler treatment in my lips and had my jaw line done. Dr. Kitty had explained everything very clearly and also made sure I very informed of other treatments I was interested it. I had a bit of a reaction when removing filler at some point and Mary one of the owners had contacted me over the weekend to ensure I was ok and Dr Kitty followed up to uncover my symptoms to provide the right next steps. Contour Clinic is the best clinic in town. Everyone is so accommodating and professional. Catalina explained the procedure well and she is really nice. I’m comfortable around her and the way she did done my first session, very professional and knowledgeable.

Dr Honda was expert, confident, fast and painless. I’ve had injectables before, but this was this was the smoothest, most efficient experience I have ever had. He also made helpful suggestions and looked at me thoroughly, taking care to understand my budget and my concerns. Plus he removed 8 moles - that I have lived with unnecessarily for years - painlessly and easily. All within about half an hour. Very very positive experience

Amazing customer service! I had a consult with a lovely lady that was so patient and caring to understand the issues with my skin. She gave me great tips to help me with my rosacea and was very nice with her recommendations. In any point I felt like she was pushing me to do treatments that I didn’t need it. It feel very honest and friendly. Clinic has a lovely front staff too.

Today I had the pleasure of getting Botox and lip filler treatments from Injector Margeaux. I'm just so grateful to Margeaux for making me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. I had a few moles removed which was a quick and easy process. A local anaesthetic was injected so I felt no pain and aftercare was explained thoroughly. They also offered complimentary follow up sessions for any scarring that might occur which I am very impressed by. They clearly care whether or not you are satisfied with the results, and all staff have a very knowledgeable approach.

I had RN Lauren and she was fantastic - answered all my questions, explained what I was getting, the procedure,expected down time and after care. She was friendly & accommodating and gave me treatment suggestions to target my areas of concern. I look forward to coming back for my next treatment and will continue to come here in the future.
