    Extremely rude staff at the checkout. She actually turned away customers lined up (the ones behind me) for billing just because it was 5.00 pm. She was slapping her hands at me for being there at 5 pm to pay. Bad bad customer service.

    TONIGHT, my mum and I were walking cause they announced that the store was closing, as we walked towards the side exist near City Walk, we saw another customer exit just fine, and said the male employee approx 40-50 said goodnight to them. The SAME employee, who has platinum blonde hair, was texting just standing there and when we approached the door, blocked our way, when it was still unlocked and backed us up until we had to turn around to go out another exit. And purposely locked it when we were standing there wondering why. He had an extremely rude and aggressive with my mum. My mum has trouble walking and he could see that when I was holding onto her, and just glared at us until we were forced to walk back up the stairs, seeing again, that my mum was having a lot of trouble walking up the stairs. What would 3 seconds of waiting for us to walk through the door do?

    The manager named Bridget, is honestly so rude. She always seems so blunt towards her staff and dismissive of customers when they try to approach her. The rest of the staff is always nice and helpful even if they aren’t Myer employees but Bridget is honestly the worst of the lot. Would definitely avoid her if possible.

    I visited the store in Canberra Centre to buy some perfume and was interested in Chanel. But there were only 2 tester bottles in sight and both were depleted. It was a similar pattern with few other displays. Not ideal considering the store was not that busy

    Myer Canberra Centre is desperately understaffed. It is like a ghost shop, with a horrible drab atmosphere. The floorstaff who are there are desperately under-trained. And some are simply rude. (Why work in customer service if you don't like people?) If Quality Control at Myer HQ are happy with the performance of this store I can only believe the company is planning on closing its stores and going over entirely to an online delivery. The only way a store can survive in the era of online shopping is to provide an enjoyable shopping experience. I have given this store a few chances now but have certainly never had an "enjoyable shopping experience" there. I will not be going again. Judging by the desperate level of customer service at Myer Canberra Centre, both in store and on the phone, I don't think Myer HQ can have any concern for this store or its future. It's sad.

    We went into Myer tonight for their pre Xmas sale and were pleasantly surprised by the whole set up. There were plenty of good bargains and plenty of staff to sell them. All the staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful. There were a good range of free nibbles that were well planned and appropriately packaged. Well done Myer.

    Misleading sales signage and lack of staff. I went to go and buy a knit top from Review the other day, thinking it was on sale as the rack that the clothing was on had a sign on it saying 25% off. Assuming that the top was 25% off, I expected to pay less than what was on the price tag. That was not the case. They had sale items strewn across the racks. Another time I was searching for a cashier to buy a pair of sunglasses from and there wasn't a staff member in sight. I went to David Jones instead.

    Never shopping here again. You need to get minimum double the staff you currently have or atleast hire someone under 50 who can move a bit faster. You also need to instruct the people that don't work for Myer (the staff representing other brands) to wear a different colour other then black. I waited behind someone for 20 minutes as they served another customer to find out they couldn't help me because they "didn't work for Myer". Unbelievable.

    Management handled a return under warranty incredibly poorly and refused to offer so much as an apology. I didn’t receive a replacement and was instead “reimbursed” - which turned out to be the purchase price on a Myer gift card. I wasn’t told this in advance. So I ended up purchasing the same product, two months after buying it from Myer, from the manufacturer directly (who was appalled by the treatment I received and offered to resolve the issue directly - too late, because Myer had already taken back the faulty product). I was very surprised by the lack of competence and baseline customer service, and won’t be going back.

    Pretty disappointing visit at this store. The service representative in the men’s fashion area could not be any more passive aggressive or racist. The man answered a question that I asked out of courtesy in such a disrespectful manner. Initially, this employee asked a question without even bothering to look up from what he was doing. When the employee looked at me, his tone changed completely in contrast to the tone he was using with the white couple also shopping in the same area - there was clear discrimination of my race within his tone change. With experience as a mystery shopper, this experience definitely did not meet the standard expected by businesses - so I’m not sure why it is acceptable at this store. It’s pretty sad considering that employees at this store have been a lot more polite and friendly in the past!

    Went there on Boxing day and as you would expect at Canberra Centre waa super busy. Waited in line to buy some items. Thought the service through to checkout could have been quicker but the lady I got when served was fantastic Wish I had got her name so I could have gave her a compliment

    Kelvin working in the men’s formal attire is an absolutely amazing guy. He helped my friend find the perfect suit - first pick and it was genuinely perfect; a rich dark purple suit and he even discounted it for us. Thanks kelvin <3

    Myer is well located in Canberra Mall and offering special Christmas deals for His and Hers...displays are well done and inviting and definitely worth a visit here at this time of the year....lots of festive celebrations Xmas trees and a Santa available for photography with kids...

    Helpful staffs!! There are always great deals on offer. The main thing is that compared to other stores, I felt that I could get quality materials and clothes that fit all body shapes. Because it is very difficult to find stylish clothes for chubby women, but today I am glad that I found what I was looking for.

    Needed to buy some shoes for work and needed to try on a few sizes as i was told the once I wanted ran a few sizes bigger than normal.     My partner and I visited today, we were after some perfume but wanted to try a few different ones, i’m so happy with what we decided to purchase and I want to thank Ana for her awesome customer service, she was super helpful and kind, and made sure even though we wanted to try a few different ones that we went away with the right scent for me, we both felt really welcomed. Thanks once again!

    Decent suit/business shirt area, but I wasn't allowed to try any of the shirts on for "Covid reasons". The rest of the store I was able to try stuff on no problem. Was a weird experience considering I could buy the shirts, walk to a different area, try them on, and return them. I was offered a "try on shirt" in place of the ones I had selected but the try on shirts were all the same shirt in different sizes and were of a different brand and cut to what I had wanted to try. It felt like a ploy to not have to re-fold the shirts. Unfortunately this store is the only one in the ACT that has a good range, otherwise I wouldn't go back.

    Jessie from the Estee Lauder range in Myer was absolutely amazing and was so so accommodating - 10/10. We went in having a bit of an idea of what we were looking for but we had no idea where to start. She was happy to answer all our questions, provide samples and testers where needed and provide her input on which shades she felt were best for us. She also gave us some cute little freebies and this whole experience has encouraged me to shop at Myer and Estee Lauder even more. She was incredibly friendly, caring and cheerful and her sense of humour made the whole process of trying to find products and the right shade super relaxing. Definitely will be back!!

    Decent range of products. A little hard to find staff for customer service. Fitting rooms could be checked more often to collect clothes some people don’t bother returning to the racks after trying. Toilets available inside the store in the toys section.

    Bought an kettle via click and collect. However, by the time I got there to pick the item up they had sold it and were out of stock. After asking for a refund I was told that they could only refund when the product was again in stock. Three weeks later cannot get anywhere in the store to answer their phone and provide a refund. Incredibly poor service. Ended up getting the kettle via Amazon, which arrived on time.

    Great brand selection, helpful staff. Particularly the two ladies in children's wear. I have a new-found appreciation for the parents room Myer has. It makes all the difference when shopping with a little baby. The parent room is also well maintained which is nice to see. Recommend!

    Online customer support based in India and unhelpful, in-store customer hub staff racist. Returned an online order from Sydney to my local store as the wrong item was sent. On returning the staff member refused to even look at my online order, kept dismissing my concern about actually wanting my item I purchased and only refunded the wrong item and kept yelling DONE at me until I left, regardless of what I asked, DONE! DONE! DONE! DONE!. Disgusting and racist staff member. Middle eastern male in his 30's at the service hug ground floor. Will not be shopping here again, let alone returning an item!

    Helpful staff. I went on Friday to get a home appliance which was on sale in the website. But arriving at the store, I found out that the discount applies only online but however, the friendly cashier and the manager was kind enough to apply the online discount in store to get me the discount.
