I initially put my name for a certain timepiece and really did not expect much from it but was surprised when Carol actually called me to let me know that she got the timepiece I wanted few months after I put my name down. Carol was great and very helpful throughout the process. Had to postpone my purchase for a day or so due to personal reason and she was OK to hold the timepiece for me.
