Came here to get dog food and left with a fish tank with a syngonium on top! I wasn’t pressured to buy it, i got curious about the hydroponic plant/aquarium and Deepika was enthusiastic and so passionate about it that I couldn’t not support her. It makes such a beautiful gift and i cannot wait to buy more! I think i’m going to try and buy pet supplies here whenever i can instead of other places simply because its family owned, friendly, and had great prices. A wonderful pet shop. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable on both animals and her products and she is so lovely. She is very honest with her advice too and never tries to sell things to you just to make a quick buck. Her love and knowledge of fish has convinced me to get two little fish tanks too and I adore them! I go to her for everything I need for my kitten too. I highly recommend this store!

Lovely shop, the owner is very helpful and friendly. She stocks top quality pet food and toys and the fish tanks (self-cleaning and self-sustaining) she makes are great fun. She's also very helpful when it comes to providing useful tips and recommendations for maintaining regular fish tanks. She has a keen eye for detail and her tips are very insightful. It's a medium-sized store, but you'll have no need to go anywhere else, it's pretty much a one-stop shop!

WOW the new store location is fantasic. As usual, Pet 04 always has helpful advice, great stock, and excellent prices. This has been our go to aquarium store for years now. All pet supplies including fish. Highly recommended. We still have an upside down catfish we bought from here 10 years ago. Deepeka runs a first rate pet store, her advice has always been excellent.

This is a very quiet and unassuming pet store. It's mostly an aquarium shop but they have other things. It's a pretty well stocked aquarium. Lots of different fish and a decent range of plants. All the accessories you'd expect. The woman who runs it is very friendly and helpful. I wish it was more popular because it's very quiet when you visit. But I still go when I can. Give it a try.

Came in looking for fish for a small backyard pond, Deepika is very knowledgeable and did not pressure me to purchase anything that would not work for my setup. the small store is surprisingly well stocked, recommend this place for all your aquarium needs.

The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up a few new aquariums for myself and as gifts. Everything was affordable with lots of options. I've been in a few times and have always received friendly service and great advice. support local small business like these so they can stay open and continue to do what they love.

Thank you Pet04 for helping me to find the perfect fitting (and stylish) dog harness and lead for my dog. I came past here while walking with my dog and he was constantly getting tangled up with his lead. Pet04 helped me find a harness from their huge range that fit perfect for doggie and we walked away tangle free! Much more enjoyable for me and my dog :) during selection, pet04 was very patient with me and my doggie and gave really helpful, professional advice. We also got a kong toy and advice on how to fill it with treats. We tried it later that night and doggie loved it! Thanks again, ill definitely be back.

The owner is helpful and has plenty of advice to offer. You can tell that she loves animals just as much as her work. She offers a fantastic range of products and like others have said, the pricing is incredibly competitive even in comparison to online retailers and larger stores!

Lovely owner spent 30 minutes talking about how to help with my cold water fish algae. There was no one else in shop but still I was pretty amazed by her service and had to write a review. She also didn’t try and push any expensive solutions and probably would have spent another half an hour if I wasn’t exhausted at learning all this stuff I didn’t about my cold water fish. Had to get on and give 5 stars.

Illegally changing EXPIRY date on pet shampoo! I understand small businesses are trying to bounce back after Covid but this is highly illegal and misleading to your customers. Upon purchasing their cat shampoo, I realised that the expiry date was 2022, I asked the a owner who was ‘happy’ to give me another more expensive one, on closer inspection, the owners had written over the “1” in 2021 to 2024. Once confronted the owner was quick to refund my money and laughed nervously. Even worse, the ENTIRE pet shampoo range was expired in 2022 at the latest, and she refilled the expired bottle back into the shelf after I was walking out. Obviously doesn’t care.
