We purchased our engagement ring from Moi Moi in April last year, JP helped us with the design and was so patient and responsive through the entire process. We came back again this month to design our wedding bands and boy, he really has an eye for it. He knew just what to suggest and was so spot on. Moi Moi's CAD mockups also helped us visualise how different variations on the design would look. I highly recommend their service and the final product the beautiful. Also really appreciate their free engraving and re-sizing service.

Beautiful ring! I got the 'Milton' and I Iove the small band and the cathedral setting, it sits beautifully on my skinny fingers. Choosing was a breeze. I had looked at the range online and asked to see a few different ones, the sales rep showed me the Milton, it being in the same style space as the other's I had asked to see. Instant sale. I'll definitely be back to get a polish and engraving. The customer service alone would be enough to get me back the store, let alone the jewellery itself.

It's been little over a year since we got my engagement ring and I am still in love with it! It's pretty and classy, has a gorgeous fire, and is strong (farm work resistant 😬) and easy to clean/keeps it's sparkle. While it looks and felt fairly large at first, it's very easy to wear and doesn't feel like it gets in the way. The Moi Moi team, and Oz in particular, helped my partner and I, and were so accommodating with no request too big (I had my style adjusted slightly due to my tiny finger) and they listened exactly to what I asked and went above and beyond and communicated throughout the whole process. I can't wait till I can decide what wedding band to get, and definitely know it'll be one through Moi Moi again. Thank you team, I couldn't be happier x :)

Fantastic experience and stunning jewells! My beautiful engagement ring was made with Supernova Moissanite and is just as sparkly and enticing as it was 3 years ago. I just purchased a wedder to go with it for my wedding next month and I can't fault either the service or the professionalism. We discussed and designed exactly my custom wedder and it was no issue when I decided to change some of the measurements after my appointment. My ring was made in half the time I was quoted. I’m so glad I found Moi Moi lab-created diamonds before choosing my wedding and engagement rings- an upgrade for my 20th wedding anniversary. Their Lavana diamonds are equally sparkly, durable and just as stunning as mined diamonds. Plus they cost about a third of the price compared to mined diamonds of equal size and quality. They are also an eco- friendly option. What’s not to love? The service was friendly- thank you Cathy in the QVB store who was a great help to me when I was customising the Leisel oval, rose gold solitaire ring to exactly the look I wanted. I paired this with the 2.5mm rose gold Gracie band and I love how the rings look together. I also used their home try- on service three different times to help me choose my perfect ring set. What a great help this was! The whole experience was easy and and I had my custom - made rings within 4 weeks from placing my order. The hardest part was choosing which style I wanted as there are so many and all are beautiful! Thank you so much Moi Moi.

Alana and the rest of the team at Moi Moi deserve so much praise for the experience they gave me when I was shopping for rings. Even just walking into the shop blew me away. As I mentioned to Alana at the beginning, I knew absolutely nothing about engagement rings or where to start. Alana took me through the A to Z’s of it all, explaining the process so thoroughly. The rest was easy. The website displayed such beautiful designs so I was just able to pick the perfect ring for my now fiancé. After ordering, it only took a few weeks and it was ready to be picked up. That’s when I was really blown away… Alana pulled the ring box out to present the ring, and as the box opened, the ring was glowing from a built in light inside the box! This even changed my proposal plan. I knew it was so special that I just had to do it at night, which is what I did, and my now fiancé obviously said yes! If you’re a guy like me looking aimlessly for engagement rings, Moi Moi is the place to be.

Being based in Canberra, Moi moi staff arranged for sample designs to be sent through the post so I could try on prospective designs with my engagement ring before purchasing.
