I Arrived at 5:45pm friday (22th JULY) and I could not enter the store. She said too strongly and super rudely that you cannot enter unless you can answer the name of the item you are buying. When I asked if this was the shop's rule, she said adamantly yes. All stores operate this way, she said, and it's a rule that comes down from headquarters. Her name was Stephanie, She blocked the door and asked a question, so I couldn't go in. I replied that I wanted to buy the perfume, but she asked the name of the perfume again. And she said you can't get in unless you know the perfume you want to buy. I wonder why she has to check so rudely. As she explained to me, I would like to know if there is a no entry rule for all stores in LUSH Australia 15 minutes before closing.

If guilt-free, sustainable, high-quality products aren’t enough, this store can proudly notch exceptional customer service on its belt. Devika, China, and Sarah were energetic, informative, extremely friendly, and knew their stuff. So much so that, after making a sizeable purchase, I came back half an hour later and spent more, and will be going back tomorrow. This was easily the best retail experience I have *ever* had anywhere in Australia and abroad, and will keep me coming back for the foreseeable future. I tip my hat to these incredible people, and cannot recommend Lush QVB enough.

Stressful experience being in this shop. The sales people are so in your face. Sales staff literally jump around and are constantly hovering behind people and asking them 10 seperate times how their day is. Ahhh I just want to be left alone. Then when you try and pay everyone disappears and you’re waiting for ages at least 10 minutes in a queue of three people whilst people behind the till are using a sheet of paper to find a product code, then type the code, then put each item in a separate bag then printing single labels one at a time. All the while sales staff are having a natter to each other slowing the process down even more plus more jumping around. I wish they’d calm the sales staff down and put more energy into allowing people to pay in a timely manor. Ergh I’ll order online from now on to avoid this shop.

Usually spend between $80-$110 per week here and more at Christmas, mother's Day etc....but due to their discriminating practices I will no longer purchase off them. Instead I will shop at get drenched who do not discriminate. My medical choices are none of your business, now you won't have my business permanently. Loyal customers who get treated unloyally will walk. Oh it's for health? If the vaccine worked I could understand that and if you need to be vaccinated now, what makes you think it won't be needed in the future. Masks don't work either. Do a quick CO2 level check while you're wearing it. You're actually putting your staff at risk enforcing mask wearing. I'm happy to shop elsewhere as a company that doesn't do any research but enforces rubbish on others is not who I want to support. I like to put my money into companies that actually tell the truth as opposed to blindly following without facts to back up their so called policies

Just like this brand beside staffs are lovely! They r so energetic, that makes me happy. I like the way how they sell n show off products to customers. I just asked what color will come out with one of the bath boom, worker just put it into water straight away n explain other effects Guys..so cool They don’t hesitate use product for explain to customers Like that way :)

Super friendly and child welcoming store. A staff member asked a kid to pick their favourite bomb from the table and let them put it into the water to see how it turns out before they decided to purchase it. The staff also explains what ingredients were in that bomb and what the ingredients do to your skin while the bomb fizzes away.

Long standing Lush fan, I remember their predecessor Cosmetics to Go! QVB store can vary in the product knowledge of their staff but hit the jackpot today and was served by the lovely Emma who helped me pick out a few treats for me to replenish my soul with. Have wondered for years what lip scrubs are all about and now I know!

Im writing this review on behalf of my mum who has asked me to give Lush especially Lisa the store manager a big 5 star review. She took my 4 year old niece in today and Lisa was totally amazing spending time showing her some really cool products…They both had the best day thanks to Lisa .They are now LUSH customers for life .

As you walk in the aromas capture you and draw you in. The staff are amazing especially the gorgeous young lady who even gave my daughter and her friend a sample face mask to take home which made their day

Lush always smells so lovely and nice. I feel really happy whenever I visit! Also Staffs are so friendly and helpful. I asked a staff, Clara, to recommend me a perfume. and what she recommended me smelled really nice and unique. (the item is hard to get in Korea. I feel so special!!) and I really like that Clara gave us information about items! It made us choose what to buy way easier :D Thanks for her recommendation and nice service. I really enjoyed shopping in lush this time :) Cant wait to visit again and get more items in lush!

I stopped past Lush on my way to work to pick up some shampoo. It had been an extremely long week, and it was only Tuesday. I was helped by Christine, who had impeccable product knowledge and a super cheery demeanour. She helped me find the things I was looking for, and gave me a sample of another product. She was super sweet and kind, and gave me a spritz of a gorgeous perfume to wear to work (which I got heaps of compliments on). Christine absolutely and completely made my whole week. As I was leaving with my bag of goodies, I felt tears welling in my eyes. Christine is the kindest, most thoughtful and sweetest sales rep I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my 27 years of being a consumer. 11/10 points for Christine!! Thank you <3

Absolutely love this shop. However not happy with my last visit a couple of months ago when I was shopping for birthday gifts. I was holding onto a couple of boxed gift sets yet no greeting or assistance offered by the young Indian girl sales assistant working in there, she was just walking around the shop and occasionally asking someone if they needed help. Went up to purchase a few things and the guy at the register was super nice though!

Was served by a worker named Sabrina I believe (tall, with black wavy hair). She was super helpful and just oozed positive energy! Explained the products to me so well as I was unsure what to purchase my friend for their bday! Brilliant service will definitely be back at this location soon! ♥️

Very good Service! I had an amazing time, I was served by a lovely young lady I think her name was Rhianna, who was really lovely and knew her products and was very patient. Came out with some amazing products, am very excited to use them, and can't wait to visit again.

I regularly go there to stock up for the bath bombs and bubble bath bombs It is essential to have the bath bombs after exhausting day and for my sore muscles after the work I love the shop because the staff are always nice and professional as well By the way, the prices are increased lil bit than few months ago like everyone elses

China was such a gem, warm informative and helpful. Went in last week and I’m chuffed with the products I picked up, their range is really good at the moment. Hopefully staff aren’t pressured into speaking with customers too much as I know lush has been guilty of that in the past. Thanks again!

I had such a bad day finding out about a death in the family. I popped in to the store to grab a bath bomb to try and relax a little and let the staff know I was having a hard day. They were beyond lovely helping me find a bath bomb and even sent me home with a surprise freebie as a random act of kindness. I’m very grateful, am proud to continually support this business and blown away by the enthusiasm, kindness, understanding and product knowledge of the staff. I will endlessly be back.

The sweet smells of the hand made soaps bath bombs and stuff drag you in. The QVB smells fabulous for a few floors. Helpful staff well laid out store a little pricey but isn't everything these days 🙃

I usually buy my lush supplies from here. The staff are usually very very helpful and chatty. They've gotten quite busy after the lockdown ended but still the store is well maintained and service is very good.
