Purchasing
a
high
end
watch/time
piece
is
an
achievement
in
life
and
an
experience
that
should
be
enjoyable
and
memorable.
My
experience
with
Jonathan
and
the
rest
of
the
team
from
the
Sydney
store
was
nothing
short
of
amazing.
Not
being
a
local
to
Sydney,
the
majority
of
my
initial
correspondence
was
via
emails.
Every
email
I
sent
was
answered
promptly
and
very
respectfully.
Jonathan
went
above
beyond
to
answer
any
questions
I
had
and
even
gave
other
options
that
weren’t
on
the
website.
A
sign
that
he
actually
too
the
time
to
understand
what
I
was
after.
After
choosing
a
few
different
pieces
that
I
was
happy
with
we
arranged
a
time
and
date
to
come
in
store.
Walking
into
the
store
I
was
welcomed
by
Jonathan
and
the
rest
of
the
team
with
genuine
smiles
all
round!
Jonathan
lead
me
to
the
back
end
of
the
shops
where
he
had
the
piece
I
originally
wanted
and
a
few
other
options
setup
and
ready
for
me
to
try
on.
I’m
so
glad
he
did
this
as
the
original
piece
I
wanted
was
not
the
one
I
walked
out
with.
Jonathan
took
the
time
to
find
other
options
based
of
our
email
chains
which
is
a
sign
of
genuine
service
to
the
client.
I
was
so
appreciative
that
he
took
the
time
to
understand
what
I
was
looking
for
and
had
arranged
other
options.
Is
perfect
example
why
you
should
always
buy
in
store
to
see
what
actually
suits
you.
Breitling
make
amazing
time
pieces
and
are
in
my
opinion
the
best
at
what
they
do.
Quality.
Attention
to
detail.
They
have
it
all
covered.
They
also
cleaned
my
3
other
Breitling
watches
as
well.
