It was really a fantastic journey to explore our first Rolex timepieces with Katherine and Kennedy. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Kennedy's for several years, and my experiences, particularly with Stuart, have been exceptional. If you want a Rolex watch, ask for Eve XU. She is second to none when it comes to all things customer service. I had been there a couple times before to view/admire the timepieces. She worked extremely hard to get me my watch and I will only work with her moving forward for all my Rolex needs. Buying a Rolex is an experience, but working with someone you trust and enjoy speaking with, makes the whole process so much better. Kennedy The entire staff welcomed me each time and took the time to not only show me watches, but let me try them on explain the differences among them. Really inviting and friendly staff. I often bring my partner with me who is not into watches, but Eve is always happy to provide myself and my partner with detailed information about the brand and individual watches. I have visited numerous times and each time was a treat. Even though I had my eyes set on an Air King, there were always other watches to try on, and I was never told I couldn't try something on. After visiting all the Rolex official retailers in Sydney, I choose Kennedy (located in Martin Place) to buy my first Rolex watch. I am very lucky to be a customer here looked after by Ami who is probably the best and professional Rolex sales associate I have ever met in Sydney. Ami warmly introduced different styles of Rolex watches which might be suitable for me and allowed me to try a number of timepieces that may catch my interest. Finally, I picked up my favorite Rolex watch here this week. I can't rate Ami or Kennedy Martin Place highly enough.

Today I visited Rolex Martin Place and met Iris who looked after me. She shared great history and knowledge of Rolex which was interesting. Although the watch I wanted was not in stock, she helped register my expression of interest and treated me like a proper customer with professionalism. I’ve been to other close by Rolex stores, and they did not show as much interest or respect to me when they realized the watch I was after was not in stock. OMG! Absolutely stoked... We are so happy with Kennedy's Rolex Boutique especially with Eve. We walked into the store several months ago. We met and spoke with Eve, a real joy, and I kindly requested consideration for a rose gold daytona for my wedding anniversary which was the first week of September... Eve was so lovely, keeping us updated.... Come the second week of September I received the exciting call that a watch had arrived. Eve made my husband and I feel so special and joined in on our excitement. We are so lucky and cannot thank Eve enough. She now has loyal customers for life :-) :-)
