    Please train your staff properly before letting them provide any service! I came here today after a long day work only because my friend recommended me for good products and excellent customer experience. As I came in the store, Lachie was the only available staff so I came ask him for help. The service he provided does not make me feel this is the right way Aesop treat a first-time new customer. He makes me feel I came in just to buy some random groceries: no introduction, no smile, and he won’t proactively introduce the product until I ask. When I check out, he didn’t want to give me any samples to try. And when I asked for the samples, the question he asked was like: which product do you want to try? Excuse me? How could I know what products you have as I came here for the first time? Can you at least try introduce one to me??? On the contrary, I saw the sales besides him was enthusiastic and friendly. And I heard the other sales are actively explaining different products to customers. I don’t think I don’t deserve a good customer service because I know what products I want to buy today. Does Aesop treat customer as a cash cow who will pay the money nevertheless the kind of service they experienced? I am super busy today but came all the long way here only cuz I was really excited to try the new product tonight. But the experience of today made me feel I wasn’t treated with respect. This makes me really upset and ruined my night. And I told my friend the experience today, both of us wasn’t expected this at all…

    Honestly, I don’t usually leave reviews for any establishment but I had to because my experience was beyond amazing. Julia, my girl, took care of me and my brother from when we stepped in the store until we left (she even walked us out, how lovely!). She knew her stuff and definitely gave some top notch recommendations. Excellent customer service and would definitely come back to replenish the products I bought. Thanks Julia!

    I had a great experience shopping at Aesop Sydney city assisted by the most lovely staff Deana, hopefully I got her name right. I will come back again for my Christmas shopping. Look for her when you come to Aesop.

    This Aesop Pitt Street store was designed in collaboration with Snøhetta. Walking into the shop transports you away from the busyness of the shoppers and office workers scurrying about the city. Inside you'll find a generously open space with fastidiously stacked shelves, some sample wash basins and an overall sense of calm. Love their hand wash and moisturiser products.

    Hands down the best Aesop branch I've visited so far. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and welcoming. The quality of service here is as you would expect, and beyond. The store is artfully decorated with their products on display. This particular store has what they call a 'sensorium' which is a brilliant touch, I've never seen one in any other Aesop store before. There are also plenty of sinks and areas to try out the products before deciding, and the staff does not pressure you into making a decision on the spot. Very professional, and ultimately made the experience much more comfortable. This store also has some signs presented in several languages, as well as braille, which was very neat. It's good that they're taking into consideration those whose main language is not English. I believe the store is also wheelchair accessible. I highly recommend anybody new to Aesop to ask about their products in depth especially their scents as the assistants do an excellent job at explaining the vision behind each one. All in all, a wonderful experience. Perfect ten.

    I have been to many of the Aesop stores around Australia and have yet to come across anyone who is as amazing as Kayla. Dropped by the store today to get a gift for a friend and was assisted by Kayla with my gift selection. She was very thorough and has a sound understanding on each product which greatly simplifies the entire gift selecting process, in turn saving me a lot of time and headache in deciding on what to get. I hope that she keeps up the good work and that other customers will get to experience what true customer service truly is!

    One of the most pleasing staff service provided by Aesop Sydney. Natalie was exceptional in her help and service to give an honest feedback about Aesop Marrakesh Intense fragrance. Though I visited twice before making purchase, they made me feel welcome each and every time. I would absolutely recommend this store for the layout and beautiful design for all shoppers in Sydney CBD. If there were more stars, I would give them 10!

    I bought an old product around 1.5years ago, recently the lid just break, so I went to myer aesop shop to look for a new lid 3 weeks ago. That guy is so nice and try to find a new lid for me, but they don't have. I didn't bring that product on that day because lid is broken and I worried it will leak. He said if I bring it physically when I'm free to come again, I can get new one. I double checked with him and he said definitely because it's product problem, they have responsibility to change new one for me, even I already used over half. But after one week, Friday two weeks ago, another new sale refused to replace new one for me because I don't have physical receipt and myer App only can show one year purchase record. And she said it's not product problem and it is okay to use even it unsealed, without lid over a week. Wow Aesop products are really good, you don't need a lid for your skin care products, So I have a question here, Why do you have lid for all products? Also it's first time to know, it's not products problem if your lid break without any reason, Thanks

    I was really excited to purchase my first item at Aesop today but the lady who served me was really rude. It wasn’t super obvious but her whole demeanour came off as if she was judging me and it was also how she spoke. So I actually didn’t end up buying anything because of her as I just wanted to leave. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a very nice experience coming into Aesop for my very first time as it made me feel really uncomfortable.

    Had the most wonderful experience with the Milla during our lunch break - who somehow managed to laugh with us around the shop and deal with all of our weird banter - thankyou so much! Thankyou for the recommendation for the beard oil for the ends of my hair and for listening to ALL of our odd little needs, you were AMAZING. We loved spending our lunch break washing our hands and finding our face cleansers. Thank you!! Also thankyou to the member who came around and gave us tea at the start, it was delish!

    Good customer service can really brighten up a person mood. Thank you Georgia for the explanation and recommendation. She is friendly and knowledgeable about Aesop product. I really enjoy my shopping at Aesop mainly because of her as I encountered a not very friendly Aesop staff before her.

    Was visiting Sydney for a few days and ended up having one of the best shopping experiences in my life here. You gotta love Aesop. Also this particular store is so pretty and well designed - the best one I’ve visited so far! I forgot to ask for the name of the staff that was helping me but I believe she’s Indian and has glasses. She was so kind and knowledgeable - helped me pick out an amazing array of products and set up a routine for me based on my skin. I had so many questions and she was down to answer all of them. Currently using the in two minds series that she recommended and it’s been great so far. Honestly wish I can come back and explore more products but I’ve already left Sydney. Aesop is just amazing! Can’t wait to explore more in other shops and cities.

    Enjoyed the shopping experience here so much. Special thanks to Diana who took extra care of us and made this experience special. We had questions on skincare both for the face and body. Diana walked us through patiently through the various products and how they work differently with different climates. Coming from a place with summer all year round, she recommended products to best suit the weather we come from and even gave us some samples for the local winter climate. My favourite was the fabulous face oil. It was a delightful experience, looking forward to the next visit.

    I stopped by the Westfield branch of Aesop with a friend last Thursday. We met an employee named SARA there, and it was amazing! Not only was she knowledgeable about perfume, but she also told us about the feelings it brings in a storytelling format, which was really impressive. I also asked about facial scrubs and she demonstrated them right on the back of my hand. She even gave us lemon tea and made us feel like we were in a really high-end spa. We left the store with the best memory of the Aseop store I've ever visited. She is the best sales assistant!

    Deanna was super welcoming and helpful. She showed extensive knowledge on products and had precise recommendations on these products after inquiring on our concerns and day to day- she provided products that would best suit our lifestyle and environment seeing as we come from a country more humid than Sydney. Super friendly too! Thank you again!

    I visited here a year ago for a gift. Despite being a very crowded area, employees take good care of the site so that they can look around the products comfortably in the store. I still remember Tors, who responded to me then. As I am from a non-English-speaking country, even if I am not good at communicating, she listened carefully and helped me choose the products I needed. After purchasing the product, she also sprayed perfume for samples. While I was spending a while doing something else after leaving the store, I smelled a subtle perfume. Thanks to Tors' delicate consideration, I had a very good day. And I visited the store again the next day and purchased the perfume, and I am still using it as my favorite perfume. Even now, when I wear perfume, I sometimes remember the consideration of Tors and memories I had in Sydney. Even now, a year later, I still feel grateful to Tors.

    Yesterday I bought a small gift for a friend here. They put it in a little pouch and I love the smell of the perfume they sprayed on it. I can still smell it and feel refreshed.I smelled it this morning and felt so good :)

    Visiting Sydney and forgot to bring toiletries. I'm not sure why but I passed the shop front twice and could not find the shop. Had that whole Leaky Cauldron vibe from Harry Potter. Anyways, eventually found my way in and staff were able to help me get my stuff. Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ambiance ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Parking ⭐⭐

    The staff is quite helpful and knowledgeable about their products and skin profiles. The store itself is a visual treat and smells quite nice. Pricey but can be a good investment.

    Went to buy a Christmas gift and was served by Bronwyn, for someone who knows next to nothing about skincare she was excellent at simplifying and explaining the products. She showed no judgement to a new customer and I felt very welcomed.

    It is my first time going in to their shop but the lady who is helping seems like she don't want to help me. She seem very cold and not even trying to sell the product.
