If I could give this place a 0. I would. The customer service especially from Maryanne (the store manager) was disgusting. She was yelling in front of other customers at me. It was terrible, I will never be stepping foot in this store again. The amount of disrespect I got as a customer that was purchasing something and I’ve been shopping at that store for years. Do not go here! Unless you either want to get yelled at or what. But you will never see a smile on her face

This store is absolutely appalling. Went in to purchase a few items. Was met with NO ONE in store to help me. Then all of a sudden which I think was the assistant walks in from outside the shop from the mall and continued to walk past me without asking if I needed help. When I finally asked if she could assist this women (store manager) on her tag. MARYANNE. Was the rudest thing I have come across. No wonder no one was in there. AVOID PROUDS MARRICKVILLE METRO. And if I could give no stars. I would have.

Came to get my mum a 60th bday present on behalf of my dad and was never acknowledged by the snooty girl working there so eventually walked out as she completely ignored me. Really made me upset.

Thank you for nothing Maryann!! I simply asked for a very very small discount not too much to expect I don’t think!What’s 5% of $35 = $1.75??.. Pathetic!!...Especially considering in a few days everything will be 50% off!! Unbelievable!!!

Really poor quality jewellery. My $100 ring didn’t even last 3 months before snapping. I Argued with the store manager Maryanne at the counter for about 20 minutes because she found our receipt but wouldn’t use it to help fix my broken ring. She was incredibly rude to my partner and I, and gave us nothing but attitude after we showed her proof of purchase and the issues we were having. Before we left she gave us a talking too about how we should member how Mastercard works.., If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Pathetic customer service and a very rude manager.

A decent Prouds store in Marrickville Metro. Prices are reasonable, however I found that prices from other Prouds stores I had visited were cheaper for a Casio Baby G watch.

Always great service and great products. I visit often as I buy most of my gifts from there. Recieved wonderful service from the assistant manager last Wednesday. Pleasure shopping there. Thanks.

Very strange experience. We had money I’d collected for a work colleague that was transferring within our company. We decided to go with a two tone Sieko watch that was on sale at the time . Whilst I was at the counter paying the girl serving me was pushing like crazy to get my details for the warranty . I explained again it was a gift for a work colleague and that we’d leave that for him if he wanted to do that . She continued to push for my details saying it was “just easier “ When I asked why it was easier she struggled to give me an answer and the manager came from out the back . She also tried to take my details . I DECLINED AGAIN and asked if they still wanted the sale !?! At the point of ridiculousness the store manager took over shoving the young girl aside which I thought was pretty poor form and disrespectful and continued to place my purchase in a bag . I took the receipt and left but I can’t see myself going back there . The watch was what we could afford with the money we’d collected and this is the only reason I purchased . The service from the young girl wasn’t bad but it definitely wasn’t great either as she clearly doesn’t have the support from her management team . The store manager needs to learn some people skills and from what I witnessed has no business or personal skills at all.Strange and not particularly inviting . Two stars because the first person that served me was just doing what she was told .
