    Absolutely impressed by the customer service at this store. Staff are attentive, friendly, and welcoming. At Xmas I took my wife’s cuff in for a service after many years of wear and the results were amazing (see photo). For Mother’s Day, I thought I would complement my wife’s ‘T’ collection with some earrings. Unfortunately they didn’t really achieve the result I was hoping so today returned them. Absolutely no issue at all. The team were as professional as always and immediately refunded the purchase. This has been a great example of what a good customer experience looks like...

    Came in looking for one specific thing, had to ask 4 members of staff before I found one that knew what it was (though in my mind it'd be one of their most basic offerings). Staff then also completely failed to upsell me when I said I was looking to spend more. Takes about 10 minutes to get a purchase rung through even, not great if shopping at lunch.

    Excellent service everytime I was at their shop staff is impeccable well done costumer service But the worst quality I have ever seem, My husband thought he would be buying me a forever piece to mark our anniversary- its a piece alright? Piece of …. This is the second time this bracelet broke!? Do yourself a favour and spend your money somewhere else where price actually means quality, They will charge you absurd amount to fix it, Seriously pandora has replaced so many times for free with a new product without even asking for a receipt- which is supposedly to be a cheaper shop actually has a much better approach to pos sales than Tiffanys! What is the big loss for Tiffanys anyway? They can melt and redo it, but instead they will keep ripping you off, do you really need it? Never shop in there again, will never recommend to anyone

    Took my daughter there to buy a birthday present. Was served by a lovely young assistant ( Name on my receipt said A. Honan). She was very courteous and helpful. The staff member at their Westfield store was also very helpful, but as they didn't have the item we wanted, she patiently gave us directions to this store. Left both stores feeling happy with the service and experience.

    Expensive jewellery company provides very bad delivery service, after paid they didn’t care did you receive a jewellery or not and only provide a ridiculous tracking web page. Didn’t send the item that purchased to your address that where I requested. When you go to the tracking web page only written down that I need to pick up at the suburbs that where I live in but not which shop or store I should go and within 5 days period to pick up. Expectations of the customers capable to have magic and responsibility of everything. Even I sent out lots of email enquires but no reply. Until I rang up the customer service and all she told me is she doesn’t know, shouldn’t be and nothing to do with the company. Very responsible!!! Finally after I asked then she provided the address to pick up and she told me can’t delivery to me as No service. Pick up the $2350 jewellery at the New agency. Can you believe that the company requested. And why initial the Tiffany and co web page let the customer know they don’t have delivery instead.

    I bought my dream ring from this place and the experience was an absolute dream. I felt welcomed and guided by the salesperson Yanni, who did an excellent job of helping me select the best ring based on my preferences. We also enjoyed our conversation with her. Overall I would come back and buy again.

    Necklace snapped into two within less than a minute of wearing, went to the store for assistance and kept being indirectly told that it’s my fault and that their products have never had any such issues before when clearly so many of the reviews here say otherwise. After much adieu the sales assistant replaced the necklace but needless to say we won’t be returning to this store or brand.

    Whilst I got the extremely expensive bauble that my wife wanted I'd have to say the counter service was mediocre at best but mostly I was disappointed that they didn't have any discreet bags to put my expensive purchase in and I had to walk a significant distance across the city carrying a paper bag with a rope handle that clearly says it's a Tiffany's bag and could have easily been snatched out of my hand. Hopefully if we ever come back the service is better and they have some discreet bags to give to customers who don't want to walk around the streets showing off that they've just been to Tiffany's.

    in sydney i found 3 Tiffany stores and chose this one, in the city center. I want a specific ring for my wife. The store is located on the corner so it is easy to see, and there are also many shoppers on the ground floor. I went upstairs and met Melissa Cowee, she was very enthusiastic and helpful. I was invited into a private room with tea, coffee, champagne... to wait for the ordering and payment procedures. I finally found the ring I wanted and left happy. My trip to Sydney was very joyful because the first day was happy. Thank you Melissa and Tiffany at Pit street.

    Hi. I would like to share my disappointment with customer service in Sydney store. I asked for an extension of the return period for wedding bands as I have to fly to Europe for my wedding and the store manager was not willing to provide it. I explained that for 99% i am getting married, but I would like to have peace in my mind that if something goes wrong i can return it. I told the store manager that I will be back on 8 Dec. Honestly speaking such a well known brand should be willing to make small exceptions especially when we are talking about standard wedding bands which are most likely sitting in your store stock for even longer. This experience makes me think twice from purchasing anything from Tiffany in the future.

    Tiffany and Co know how to provide the best customer service & experience to their customers. I am yet to find another company that provides the level of service that Tiffany and Co do. We have been working with Angela for the last three years. Firstly to purchase an engagement ring and more recently wedding bands. Our experience didn't just stop the moment we made our first purchase and walked out the door, it continued for the years to come. From personalised hand written birthday cards to email check-ins, we've never felt this valued as a customer by any other business. Each time we make the long trip to visit with our children to the store we are welcomed and treated so highly. Angela, thank you so much for making our experiences something that we will never forget. You have been amazing and we look forward to working with you in the future.

    Poor service, spent tens of thousands here over the years on gifts, engagement ring etc and they couldn’t accommodate me when I drove from regional Bowral to Sydney to have their faulty goods repaired. The Heart fell off my bracelet in the first week. (Please Beware you must book in for any repair drop off now). Tiffany, Please note, you need a walk in representative! How can everyone know that you need to book a week in advance. You don’t know what you don’t know! I suggest you take one of the six meet and greet staff at the front door and put them to better use in actual customer service, instead of paying them to turn customers away and back out the door. Makes no sense!

    A fusion of elegancy and royalty. The store is state of art design. Look awesome from inside. The displays are mesmerising The staff is really helpful and cooperative. Miss Analisa the ambassador, Nazir the security greets you warmly at the front door. Then there is the Gentleman Max as butler who shows the great hospitality . Sebastian and Kyle are awesome store managers

    The Tiffany and Co company should be extremely proud of their flagship store. First class service upon arrival with coordinating staff on hand to ensure personal service. I got Emily, who was a delight which was especially nice on what was otherwise a gloomy rainy afternoon - professional, knowledgeable and customer oriented. She was prompt to direct us to what we were after and provided great advice and insight on products. She was also attentive, offering drinks and ensuring we were not uncomfortable. I bought a gift, which was immaculately presented in their signature gift box and colours. I can't wait to present it. Truly above and beyond. I know you don't always get the service you expect (particular these days as big names have become more mass consumer oriented) at big name stores. That is not the case at the T&C Sydney flagship. I look forward to any future visits.

    My 10th wedding anniversary ring needed to be repaired at the Bondi Junction store of Tiffany & Co. The staff are always so welcoming and the customer service is second to none. Maria navigated the repair of my beautiful ring and she was so professional and knowledgeable, and obviously has a high respect for fantastic customer service. Maria is just brilliant! I also encountered another Manager at the Bondi store, Sophie, who was very professional and friendly. I am so happy with my ring - it looks brand new! - and the customer service at this Bondi store is just exceptional. Thank you to all the amazing staff, especially Maria.

    Staff at the counter was great and hospitable. However my experience with security guard was not pleasing. I have just finished work and was wearing office work attire blazer and jeans (not a suit) and the security guard had let a group in front of me in, however stopped in front of me from going in as if I should be allowed in there or I couldn't afford to be in there. It wasn't pleasing more than anything disappointed with that part of the service.

    First time I went I received excellent customer service via a booked appointment with Rosemary. Second time a year later I went with a group of friends and unfortunately although we had booked an appointment (a month in advance) we were dismissed at the door and were not taken seriously. We were told that they didn’t have the specific piece we were looking at in stock and that we should just buy online. We waited around and insisted on getting the sit down appointment that we had booked and were finally taken to a private room, were told that they had two pieces in stock (magically appeared in 15 minutes) and made several purchased. A huge thank you to Jo Ong, our SA for taking such good care of us after we had been passed off by 3 others. Very disappointing for my friends who were first time customers and very disheartening for me as a returning one. 5 stars for Rosemary and Jo, but no stars for all the other people we dealt with.

    Just got my necklace fixed here and I feel very lucky to be taken care by Marija. Thanks to her, the whole experience was wonderful, from dropping off the necklace to picking it up. I have also observed how she treated customers while I was waiting and I think she is impressively sweet and of course very professional! I thought I knew enough about taking care my necklace but she has taught me a lot more new things I didn’t know! Highly recommend!

    I am from Perth where I normally shop in Tiffany’s and have the most amazing customer service experience every time . My husband was taking me for a little blue box to celebrate our Sydney trip so we went to the Pitt street store . One of the ladies told a male colleague to keep an eye on us . She was overheard by someone and she tried to make excuses . I can only imagine it is because I have tattoos all over my arms . I felt extremely disappointed and left and went to the Bondi junction store and this is where my husband purchased my gift . I really wish the Pitt street store staff could see my Tiffany account and the hundreds of thousands we have spent over the years . Never judge a book by its cover . Big mistake .

    Today my friend and I visited Tiffany’s in Sydney. The service absolutely blew my mind. A wonderful lady named Rosemary welcomed us. I have never experience such kind and considerate service. We are travelling through Australia from England and do not have lots of money to spend but this didn’t matter. We were treated with such kindness and consideration.     We are always made so welcome at Tiffany Pitt Street, Sydney store. Recently we needed a service appointment to clean my existing Tiffany pieces and to attach a charm that we had purchased while on our Honeymoon in Hawaii. We saw Rebecca and she was so welcoming to us. She did not rush us at all and looked after us beautifully. We had a delicious coffee, the best in Sydney, while we waited for the jewellery to be cleaned. My jewellery has come up so well, it looks brand new ! Then yesterday we had another service appointment to collect the charm bracelet. We saw Rebecca again and she even remembered us. We were welcomed like special friends again by her and made to feel very relaxed and a treat with another beautiful coffee and even some special chocolates. She remembered that we had gone on our Honeymoon and asked us how we enjoyed Hawaii. The charm was attached to my bracelet perfectly and I am so pleased with it and will wear it with fond memories of Hawaii. Thanks Rebecca for being so caring and attentive again to us, we value your kindness to us enormously. We look forward to seeing you again in the future at Tiffany, Sydney store. Jenny and Terry

    We were delighted with Jeff, our customer service assist and was so pleased with how he helped! I had already walked in with my mind set on a piece but when I tried it on, I wasn’t sold and another bracelet caught my eye! His help and assistance was immense when deciding on a bracelet, and whilst my purchase was going through, he asked if we wanted champagne while we wait. We sat in one of the private rooms and was given complimentary chocolates and drinks which made the overall experience so much more enjoyable and special - like something out of the breakfast at Tiffany’s film! Jeff then offered a tour, and took us through the building, explaining jewellery pieces and allowing us to try on! It was a luxury experience that was also interesting when Jeff would explain the background on different pieces around the store and made the overall experience just amazing! Thanks so much, Jeff!

    Be careful ordering online. I finally ordered a gift for my baby's birthday, after browsing for days. The item is still online for anyone to buy and it says, shipping in 5 days. However after the purchase, I got an email saying 'Merchandise not available'. But it says 'we do expect to ship it within 30 days'... What a disappointment! What doen't the site give the correct information on availability? The email does not even apologise. I can wait for 30 days to see what might happen. But from Tiffany & Co, this is not what I would expect.

    Fantastic customer service. They are friendly and professional. Upstairs you get exceptional service for cleaning. They cleaned my engagement ring and wedding band on the spot and I left my bracelets overnight as they take 24 hours to clean. Once your jewellery is cleaned it comes up like new and is nice and sparkly. I love visiting the Tiffany store as it’s a positive experience and they make you feel special. The store is located on the corner of Pitt Street right near Pitt St Mall.

    Very attentive team. The team was always attentive, wanting to help and offered refreshments. I wanted to buy something from the online catalogue but unfortunately they did not have the stock but they confirmed it was available online so I got it there. They reminded me that Tiffany does free polishing and a 30 day exchange should there be a Change of mine. All in all, a very happy customer!

    Do not try contacting them by phone! Goes to a service and then the store take hours and hours to call back if at all, but walk into the store and there is a cast of thousands standing around! Customer service could be better!

    Walked in and were made to feel welcome straight away. I needed to buy a birthday gift for someone and the person who welcomed me showed me to someone who could help me straight away. His name was Api and he was absolutely great! He stayed with us and was very attentive and took us around to show us a variety of different products. He was so patient and friendly that it really made our experience nice. And they also gave us free champagne! Would recommend this place!

    I was greeted warmly at the door by a trainee. However I was then handed over to a very cold sales person who did not seem interested in what I have to say. I took a look by myself while she assisted other clients. During that time, she did check on me from time to time and after that she did not come back. When she saw me again she said "Oh, I thought you left" but I told her at the beginning upon entering the store, I was here for recommendations and looking at getting a gift. When she came and assisted me, I showed her a few pictures. She took the items out to show me and said "You're not buying now right? You're just looking". How would you feel as a client being spoken in that way, as much as I am just looking, that is not how you talk to a client at all. After that response, I had no intention in continuing that conversation with her or if I did buy, I would not have given her that sale as I felt that she will not be helpful at all and I felt looked down upon. 3 stars because the lady at the door greeted me with a smile and the store was clean and tidy. Her name was Diana.

    The in store experience at purchase was outstanding. However we requested a change to the length of the chain on the pendant we had purchased. Again, the service team and area at that time were outstanding. However since then I have called three times to follow up on the progress and emailed twice. Each time I have been assured of a call back with no calls. Shame the back room operations are letting down the front of house as it has soured our experience somewhat

    I rarely write reviews but this experience should be shared to inform others. Husband purchased a ring for me for wedding anniversary, size was toosmall. I made a trip to store to exchange for correct size. I was allocated the trainee who needed to go and ask another staff member for the answer for every question I had. The process took over 1/2 hr and I left dissatisfied. Exchanges at other retailers are straight forward and quick. As they needed to order the correct size from interstate they kept my original ring, gave me a ‘deposit’ ticket and told me it would cost $25 to deliver the ring to me. Really? My husband paid significant $$ for this ring. When you purchase at Tiffany you are paying for excess staff who are inefficient and not customer centric. Think twice

    Went to get my ring cleaned & was directed to the client services by a very nice lady at the door. However upstairs while we were waiting, everybody else even the people after us got offered drinks but we didn’t. We were waiting about for about half an hour, in the end a customer service worker just came and asked me what I was waiting on & took the ring into the back rooms to clean it. Didn’t even get called to a desk & be able to talk to a worker about the concerns of the ring. Felt a bit disrespected & that I was treated differently just because I was getting a small item cleaned. However it was still a very expensive ring & I am still a client so would expect to be treated with respect just as everybody else. Just snobby workers, would not go back.

    I visited Tiffany’s for a necklace cleaning service. I was served coffee while I waited and then saw Marija - my amazing consultant. I highly recommend her for her attention to detail and she went above and beyond to fix knots in the necklace, shared home maintenance tips and stepped through some different options for a future purchase.
