Utterly
disappointed.
The
worst
experience
we
have
ever
had.
An
absolute
nightmare
right
before
our
wedding.

months
ago
I
received
a
quote
from
GS
diamonds
for
a
wedding
ring
I
wanted
made.
Prices
were
emailed
back
and
forth
a
few
times.
In
mid
May
we
decided
on
a
ring
and
agreed
price.
The
invoice
and
CAD
drawings
were
produced
as
per
all
the
correct
details
and
the
price
-
which
I
paid
in
full.
Mid
July
I
received
an
email
to
say
that
the
ring
was
ready
for
pick-up.
Due
to
the
lockdown
I
was
unable
to
pick
it
up
at
the
time
and
requested
I
pick
it
up
after
lockdown
ends.
2
months
later
I
am
contacted
again
by
GS
diamonds
claiming
this
was
a
“mistake”
requesting
I
pay
significantly
more
money
for
the
ring,
or
accept
an
alternative
ring
with
significantly
less
carats
of
diamonds
for
the
same
price
I
have
already
paid.
If
this
was
a
“mistake”
by
GS
diamonds
why
did
it
take
7
months
to
correct?
After
ample
emails
back
and
forth
about
pricing,
the
paid
invoice
and
CAD
drawings.
This
is
incredibly
poor
business
practice.
This
is
the
second
issue
we
have
had
with
GS
diamonds
after
issues
encountered
when
purchasing
an
engagement
ring.
I
do
not
recommend
purchasing
from
GS
diamonds
as
they
wasted
my
time
and
money
at
a
time
that
was
suppose
to
be
memorable
in
trying
times.

Since
then
diamonds
have
gone
up
and
the
dollar
has
gone
down
quite
significantly
based
off
previous
quotes
i
have
received
then
and
now.
I
beleive
what
you
offered
wasn't
true
compensation
for
the
time
and
money
i
have
lost.
