Do not recommend - ruined my custom engraved engagement ring. I am devastated. We went to Anania to have a custom-engraved engagement ring resized. I specifically asked at the time whether the resizing process would warp or alter the engraving and was assured that it would not. When I picked up the ring, I noticed that the surface of the engraving had been removed, flattening the design to the extent where you could barely see it in some places. The depth and texture of the engraving (and the way it caught the light as a result) was a key feature of what made the ring special, and it is now gone. When I raised the issue, I was not offered an apology. A few points for balance: they did not make me pay for the resizing service, and offered to go over the engraving again to fix it. Given the damage already done and the fact that they declined my offer to send photos of what the ring looked like before (how are they supposed to restore it without a reference photo?), I did not trust that the repair would be to a satisfactory standard. I will instead send the ring back to the original engraver. This will likely cost significantly more than our quote for resizing and I am unsure if my engagement ring will ever be the same again. Photos attached of the before (on my finger) and after (held in my hand) to demonstrate the damage done to the engraving.

My husband and I worked with Daniel to create rings for our recent wedding and we could not be happier - they were exactly what we wanted! Working with Daniel was such a refreshing experience, after meeting with a number of other jewelers who were pushy, and didn't really listen to what we wanted, it was so nice to sit down with someone who was prepared to give us their time and was patient enough to discuss options that would work best for us. Since then, we've also had watches cleaned and repaired, necklaces repaired and I have plans to have some other jewellery adjusted as well. I won't be going anywhere else for any of my jewellery needs.

5 star service from Daniel. I wanted an engagement ring redesigned (originally a clear sapphire with a diamond halo). I wasn't happy with the sapphire (went cloudy), so came to Daniel for the redesign. He was so helpful and eager to create something I would love!! He was also very generous with the cost and payment schedule. He did the redesign within weeks of my flying to Ireland for my wedding. Had a superb experience with Anania Jewellers! I needed to repair my earrings and wasn't sure if they would be able to do it on the spot for me - I have a baby at home so it's hard to find the time to come back out and collect my earrings if they couldn't. Spoke to Daniel via chat on their website and he was super helpful, asked me to give him a heads up when I want to drop by and he will ensure the onsite jeweller is free to work on it for me. Excellent customer service, replied to my enquiries right away. Very professional, asking for specific details before providing a quote to repair my girlfriends necklace. They were open on a public holiday for me to drop it off and were able to complete the repair within a day.
