I needed my Italian watch to be fixed, nothing major and I happened to be in Enmore. I went past Mr. Santos shop by chance and I immediately knew that was the right place, as you can feel decades of craftmanship from the window display. My watch backplate was jammed but Mr. Santos managed to open it without damaging anything and replaced the battery. Friendly service and right prices, that's what you get at Christina's J&W. The watchmaker here is by far the most experienced in Sydney. He is the one others turn to for complex repairs. He may not have the gleaming customer service some people unrealistically expect, más he is the best.

Just when you thought good old fashion service was dead, called in to have my watch band fixed, done on the spot in 5 mins and wouldn’t accept any payment for it. Highly recommended!!

Most terrible and rude service I've ever had ! I needed a small repair for my watch.After waiting for about a week and not reviving any calls or information about my watch I had to call up a couple of times trying to get some information about the repair or cost. More than a week later ,I decided to just pick my not repaired watch up. I got an offer to get it fixed for 120$!! Lucky I wasn't stupid enough and went to Mister Mint who did the job for 25$ Never ever go here !

My automatic Seiko had a loose rotor. I was told by Mr Minute it was minimum $350 to look at automatics, and a fancy place in the city refused to look at a Seiko. Brought it to Christina Jewellers and was diagnosed and fixed for $30 including a replacement part, in about 20 minutes. Old school feel, great service.
