My
first
google
review
ever...
I
mean
who
has
time
for
this.
BUT....
I
will
not
let
this
slide.
PREFACE:
I
am
suffering
from
a
neurological
condition
which
affects
my
balance,
memory
and
impairs
my
speech.
I
am
currently
considered
a
DISABLED
PERSON.
The
girls
who
work
here
(including
management)
are
GENERALLY
wonderful,
warm,
kind
people!
The
customer
service
is
generally
amazing.
Especially
in
this
time,
they
all
do
their
best.
HOWEVER
I
am
appalled
at
the
attitude,
complete
lack
of
customer
service
and
over
all
duty
of
care
from
the
INJECTABLE
NURSE.
AVOID
FRIDAY
AND
SATURDAY
AT
ALL
COSTS.
Last
Friday
I
went
to
have
a
treatment
for
injectables
and
found
her
lack
of
empathy
and
coldness
a
little
off
putting
but
over
looked
it.
Due
to
my
condition,
I
forgot
to
mention
something
I
wanted
added
to
the
treatment
until
after.
She
kindly
told
me
I
could
come
back
any
time
on
her
days
and
she
would
squeeze
me
in
between
clients.
I
gave
her
the
benefit
of
the
doubt,
perhaps
she
just
having
a
bad
day.
I
went
back
1
week
later
as
we
had
discussed.
Feeling
hopeful
but
having
a
particularity
off
day
-
struggling
to
speak
etc
or
even
stand.
I
was
met
with
rudeness,
discrimination,
bias,
lack
of
empathy,
arrogance,
lack
of
duty
of
care
-no
notes
relating
to
why
I
was
there,
the
thing
we
discussed
a
week
ago
was
suddenly
"not
really
possible"
and
she
"couldn't
guarantee
it
would
work"
(I
literally
do
this
every
time,
and
it
works),
she
started
reviewing
my
face
as
i
kept
trying
to
explain
that
I
wasnt
there
for
a
review,
but
what
she
had
promised
me
last
week.
She
literally
ignored
me
and
kept
on.
It
is
not
so
much
of
what
she
said,
but
how
she
said
it.
Her
body
language,
silences
where
any
normal
human
would
have
said
something
kind
to
ease
discomfort.
Women
like
this
make
other
women
feel
bad
about
their
appearance
-
its
literally
the
opposite
of
what
she
should
be
doing
in
that
role.
Laser
clinics
need
to
look
at
who
they
hire.
Its
just
not
good
enough.
I
sadly
will
never
return.
I
have
a
credit
to
use
but
I
will
forfeit
it.
STAFF
MUST
BE
TRAUMA
INFORMED
and
HAVE
AT
LEAST
A
SMALL
LEVEL
OF
UNDERSTANDING
ON
HOW
TO
DEAL
WITH
DISABLED
PEOPLE/
or
DIVERSITY
WITHOUT
BIAS.
