To
be
honest,
I
went
into
the
ER
at
11:15am
expecting
rude
staff
and
huge
wait
times,
etc.
and
that
was
not
my
experience
at
all.
Within
half
an
hour
I
was
seen
by
a
triage
nurse,
another
half
hour
after
that
I
was
seen
by
a
doctor,
given
pain
meds,
and
placed
in
a
different
waiting
room
where
I
would
be
more
comfortable.
I
spent
a
couple
of
hours
resting
there
before
I
was
moved
to
a
ward
and
then
by
4pm
I
was
taken
in
for
surgery.
I
spent
one
night
in
the
ward
and
was
taken
care
of
so
well.
Every
single
nurse/doctor/custodian/staff
member
was
so
kind,
helpful,
and
compassionate.
Nothing
like
this
has
ever
happened
to
me
before,
so
the
fact
that
the
staff
did
everything
possible
to
make
sure
I
was
looked
after
meant
so
much
to
me
during
an
otherwise
traumatic
experience.
Big
thank
you
to
every
ED/Surgical/Ward
7
staff
member
working
on
the
3rd/4th
of
March!
