I saw some good Google reviews about them, so I decided to use their service for my X-ray imaging. After 2-3 days of my X-ray imaging, they called me and said that they did some mistake while taking X-ray images and the left and right images got swap. Moreover, in spite of telling them 3 times to send the reports to my doctor, they didn’t care to do that. They said they will do it so I took an appointment with my doctor accordingly. However, when I visited my doctor, he checked the his mails in front of me and he didn’t receive any reports from them even after a week. I am disappointed with the service.

I had my second cortisone injection today at CMI in Marrickville. This was totally pain free and very quick. Recommending CMI for anyone who needs these injections. Fantastic service. Highly recommended.

Comprehensive Medical Imaging slot me in last minute for an ultrasound of an injury, which I am very grateful for. The receptionists were friendly and the doctor was very professional, informative and thorough. I am very pleased I chose this clinic for my treatment.

Very helpful staff - Annie was able to wait longer as i needed to drink more water to completely fill bladder for an ultrasound, she was able to slot me in again after her next consult.

Great staff and facility. Always friendly, professional and quick. I've never had to wait long to be seen, and usually can get an appointment in a short space of time. Also their rates are usually bulk billed which is great, as I was quoted hundreds to do a simple ultrasound elsewhere.

CMI is like a second home for me. I have regular scans and cortisone injections at CMI. The staff are wonderful, well mannered, compassionate and have empathy. Nothing is ever too hard. I have been there a few times. Always great service. I had a shoulder pain and could not move my arm. The team at CMI did a shoulder injection/aspiration using a needle. Within minutes I was able to move my arm again. Could not be happier. Thank you!

I have been using CMI imaging for 30 years. i have used other imaging services in the area before but have found CMI to be the best. their front desk staff are very helpful and attentive and very informative on what you need to do prior to your visit. I had to go for an ultrasound on my knee as I could not walk up stairs or get in my car without major pain. Dr Kaushik diagnosed the problem and suggested a peri-ligament injection which has stopped my pain. thank you very much Dr Kaushik

The receptionist was horrible and rude, she barely let me speak would cut me off and give me attitude, she couldn’t have been more off putting and rude. The lady who did ultrasound was super nice but the front desk lady was terrible.

If I could give CMI 10 stars I would. My experience is thus far have been terrific Simone on reception is just a gift when one is worried and needs to get a problem sorted and she is ultra organised and warm. Dr Kaushik’s patient care skills should be taught at schools - he is a joy - even when administering needles. He listens to all questions taking his time to explain things. I have never waited long for an appointment or in the waiting room - they’re organised. All staff there are just lovely- 100’/, recommend them - thank you CMI.

I highly recommend CMI Marrickville. The staff are professional and friendly especially Stacey and Kriti. Dr Himanshu is knowledgeable, skilful and an excellent doctor and I had complete confidence in him administering my cortisone injections which has relieved the pain I was experiencing.

Highly reccomend. The staff at CMI try their hardest to provide fast imaging and high levels of care. They have fitted me in at a moments notice on several occaisons. I previously left an average review because I felt like the reception staff were somewhat rude, however I think I misread their hardwork, patience and dedication, because they are so consistently run off their feet.

Having previously had a bad experience w breast screen Aus mammogram, I informed Simone the CMI receptionist who made a note of the same. Mabel the Mammogram technician/radiographer took extra special care of me. She was so gentle and cautious and it was most welcomed. I have to get mammograms every year because of my family history and I really have nothing to fear anymore knowing that there’s people like Mabel in this world! Thank you! Thank you! Partner came in for an ultrasound, we were very happy with the polite reception staff and were able to get an appointment at short notice. Female ultrasound tech was also very friendly and professional and took into account my partner’s discomfort during the process. However the male doctor present at the practice appeared to be very abrasive, arrogant, and inconsiderate towards reception staff as well as my partner, dismissing her pain and undermining her discomfort during the ultrasound. If you are after last minute service the practice is good, however we will not be returning at risk of seeing the same male doctor again. It is a shame as all other staff were otherwise pleasant and helpful.
