The
doctor
(Rachel)
was
nice,
but
they
wanted
to
check
everything,
even
my
blood,
although
I
said
it
was
not
necessary.
So
at
the
end
I
paid
AU$
972
..
and
the
woman
that
was
responsible
for
the
invoice
was
so
incompetent.
She
saw
that
I
took
the
Amex
credit
card
and
didn’t
tell
me
they
don’t
accept,
then
after
the
transaction
she
wanted
to
take
another
visa
credit
card.
So
at
the
end
they
charged
me
twice..
then
I
got
money
back
from
one
transaction
but
lost
AU$
5
during
conversion
rate
+
they
charged
me
AU$
22
for
paying
with
Amex
-
this
are
not
my
fees,
but
they
are
from
the
hospital
and
it
was
also
the
fault
from
the
hospital!!!
I
went
there
several
times
to
the
cashier
and
told
the
older
lady
that
I
want
my
money
back
-
she
is
the
unfriendliest
person
I
ever
met
in
Australia!!!
Can’t
believe
she
is
working
with
contact
to
costumer.
Until
today
they
didn’t
give
back
my
AU$
27
…
so
unhappy
about
this
situation!
-
can
not
recommend
this
hospital
and
would
never
go
again!
They
should
fire
the
old
lady
with
grey
hair
at
the
cashier,
she
was
so
unfriendly,
didn’t
want
to
help
and
started
to
ignore
me….
