The best physiotherapists I've been to in sydney. Very professional, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. I just recently I had a very bad sprain to my ankle which I was afraid would be a long recovery. After 3 sessions I'm back on my feet and nearly fully recovered. I highly recommend Derek and the whole team, thank you so much! I've been to many physios and can honestly say they are the best I've seen.

Great customer service and exceptional treatment I highly recommend Kosta and the team at Kinesis Physio therapy. I have been seeing them for the last year and half and have always been impressed with their thorough treatment and customer service. I leave feeling so much better than when I walked in. Recently I was preparing for a corporate boxing challenge and they helped me get fight ready by keeping my body in the best condition possible. About two weeks out I injured my right shoulder in sparring and went straight to Kinesis for treatment. They looked after me so well and the treatment I received allowed me to keep training after having only a few days off. My body is now in the best condition possible and I want to thank Kosta and Roberto and the team for all their help - we also got the win!

Absolutely the best physio I've ever been to! The knowledge and the wholistic treatment approach, provided by the Kinesis team, is really second to none! My experience at the centre, not only tremendously help my bad back, but it also helped me realise the difference between a good physio and a bad one - what a waste of time and money all of my previous appointments WITH OTHER PHYSIO PRACTICES were in the past, (when they spend the majority of the appointment showing you the movement/exercise that you need to do at home - quite frankly, instructions a youtube video could have taught me for free)!

I had sciatic pain for nine months and everything I tried wasn't working. Before seeing the Kinesis team I had tried 2 physios in my local area, 6 weeks of chiro manipulations and 15 sessions on a spinal decompression machine. As each week went by my pain was just getting worse. An MRI revealed 2 herniated discs in the lower lumbar and I was contemplating surgery or nerve blocking. My friend Emmanuel persuaded me to go to Kinesis Physio and give them a chance as I was ready to give up. After being assessed by the team, I received numerous therapies during the session and after a few visits I could start to see improvements in my mobility and less pain when standing. The team focussed on therapies which were working for me and after about 6 visits I am almost pain free and now concentrating on gaining back my core strength. They are a great team at Kinesis and I highly recommend them, they won't give up on you.

The ultimate experience when it comes to genuine care for the needs of a client. Costa takes as much time as needed to ensure I leave feeling cared for, treated (of course), and most of all not just another number leaving with a list of "rehab" exercises. Being an athlete, it is ESSENTIAL that hands on therapy is frequent for myself, and also consistent, and I would highly recommend the overall attention to detail and action taken around any injuries that I have mentioned. Also top tier for general recovery and wellness upkeep :)

After constantly suffering neck pain and severe headaches, after only 1 session of wet cupping I've been pain free for weeks. Not only have the team helped me, they have helped a number of my family members with their own pain and injures. These guys know their stuff and know it very well. Highly recommended !!!

Athena the bubbly practice manager always greets you with a cheery voice and. Infectious smile. My family and I have always called and managed to be fit in. Very rude reception. I am a lot of pain, I rang to book an appointment, the person told me closest appointment is 3 weeks away and when I called to confirm for my appointment 24 hrs in advance I was told I missed my appointment and that I've made appointments before and not showed which is why they won't take me. I haven't been to this practice in 2 years, so I'm unsure how that is possible. This was my absolute favourite place to go had nothing but positive things to say about this practice I've recommended people to go there, which I will no longer be doing. Very poor communication. I waited in pain for 3 weeks to be told sorry were not taking you anymore. Very very disgusting and unprofessional.

Absolutely amazing physiotherapist. Kosta has a wholistic approach, meaning that he will use whatever tools are available to achieve the outcome (think massage, cupping, acupuncture, differential). He had found and fixed problems I didn’t know I had. Hands down the best therapist I’ve ever been to.

Rob and the team are the best at what they do, I started get uncomfortable with walking due to my hip flexors becoming really tight from sports and after a few sessions with Rob it had seamlessly went away. I was taken back by the level of customer service - it felt as if you were their own family. Highly recommend !!

I have visited various places for a physio, with not much luck, until I found a team of specialists that are extremely professional and skilled. I have had significant improvement in my ankles and legs which was chronic. Firstly, as soon as you enter, you are welcomed by a friendly caring receptionist. This team covers all areas of expertise and are great. They listened and assessed my situation and explained the treatment method/plan (mainly focused on treatment of injuries, strengthening and rehabilitation). I especially like the one on one attention as it makes me feel comfortable and not rushed out the door. I highly recommend Kinesis Physiotherapy and Wellness Clinic. I wish I had met them sooner, they are a 5 star rating for me!

Kinesis physiotherapy has completely changed my life. I no longer suffer from chronic migraines which I never thought was possible! The whole team always go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and their professionalism is impeccable. The combination treatments of massage, cupping, acupuncture, electro and heat therapy have cured my migraines and TMJ pain. Costa is extremely thorough and knows what he is doing. Before coming here, no one had ever suggested my TMJ could be causing this pain but he diagnosed it in the first consultation. They really care about their clients and will always follow up to make sure I am satisfied and provide stretches and/or programs to keep up at home. I would absolutely recommend Kinesis Clinic to anyone that has been on the search for a great physiotherapist who will always ensure you leave pain free and relaxed.
