😠 Really POOR customer service and BAD experience. Worst service and LONGEST WAIT ever. VERY unprofessional front of house staff.     Really POOR customer service and BAD experience. Worst service and LONGEST WAIT ever. VERY unprofessional front of house staff. Arrived at 8:30 in the morning to see a Doctor and the first thing I asked was how long the wait would roughly be. I was told 40min so I said I will come back in about 30 min. Came back and asked how many patients before me, was told 3 patients. 1 hour later, I asked again and she said 2 patients. 1.5 hours later I said I have an appointment at 11am I need to know if I can make that. So tell me now how many patients are REALLY before me and how much longer? Receptionist with poor english replied "yes you can. not much longer" 2 hours later from 8:30-10:30 I was still waiting and I left. Really ridiculous long wait! It has happened many times before as it is my local GP and I've seen other patients experience this. They need to have a better booking and customer management systems in place as the wait is horrible and ridiculous. The reception must be more HONEST with customers and not sugarcoat and say it'd be a short wait when realistically they make customers wait on average 2 hours. I'd be happier if they just said it's a rough two hour wait from the very start. They do not look after you. It's a shame as Dr Morgan is a good doctor but I will not be coming back due to the poor service I keep receiving. Highly DO NOT recommend. This place is a joke!

    0 stars if possible! I have seen Dr. Latif on and off for 4 years. I never had any issues with him Nd found him to be quite a personable doctor. However that changed upon my recent visit. Where I was accused fairly point blankly for having an alarming amount of "supervised drugs" prescribed to me. Mostly through Dr. Latif. Recently slipping a disc in my lower back I was immediately greeted quite gruffly. They were quite busy admittedly. I hadn't brought the scans with me as the hospital claimed they would forward them on my behalf. They hadn't (hospital bureaucracy) so I understand. Tried explaining through the pain and offered for him to feel the bulging disc in my back. Not interested. So..a year ago I was assaulted and shattered my ankle in 4 places, also whilst being bitten by a crack addict (not being mean. They were) whilst finishing a late shift. 3 weeks later, Testicular torsion. Immediate surgery. 3 days in hospital. EXTREME PAIN. Last visit, flying overseas with sever anxiety. All of which Dr. Latif saw me for and immediately prescribed endone or valium depending on the visit. I NEVER ASKED FOR THESE. I'm not a opioid abuser. I hate them. But they help with pain so needs must. I no longer feel comfortable about visiting this practice anymore. I'll pay to see a more competent doctor from now on. DR LATIF PUT ME ON A REGISTER FOR OPIOD ABUSE AFTER PRESCRIBING THEM FOR ME WITHOUT ME EVER ASKING. Am In the process of speaking to medical practitioners elsewhere about this sort of negligence.     If I could give no stars I would have. We went for a few years to see Dr Morgan - I don't know why I kept coming. Huge waiting time. Some people will be always jumping the queue. The doctor has very little empathy for her patients (if any at all). Luckily I found another centre in my area with a caring and knowledgeable doctor whom I trust.

    I never do reviews however I was really impressed with Dr Aye Htun who is the gynaecologist at Medkare. She made me feel super comfortable which I really appreciated as I am usually very anxious in these situations. She was full of compassion and care which I find so important to give to patients, a beautiful lovely person inside out! Thank you

    I have been seeIng Dr Morgan for over 12 years. Our family doctor. Yes, sometimes waits are long but the doctors take their time and see to your whole well being. Also they try and fit in walk ins. Dr Morgan is so caring.

    I made an appointment at 1.15pm, I came ealry at 1pm and than have to waiting 2.30pm Very bad to have wating more than an hour to see the doctor. The doctor is good but should dont let people waiting to long like this. Very disappointed

    I've been seeing Dr Latif for many years now. I believe he used to be a good doctor once a upon a time. But I think now his patience and care for patients has been lost. I think he needs a long holiday or something because if he stays the way he is he will not be a good Doctor to patients. In my last few appointments I've found him to be rude and condescending.

    Thankfully I wasn't left waiting too long but the system of appointment management definitely does not seem to work in their favour with 2 doctors operating and about 15 patients in the waiting area. The doctor was perfectly fine and it was a quick appointment however I have major issues with the new patient intake form. 1) It was printed on the back of someone's psychiatrist referral? Surely patient documents should be handled with better grace and confidentiality in mind. This was certainly shocking to see and now I know that if I were to ever get a referral, I wouldn't trust this clinic to print an intake form on the back of it 2) Furthermore, I had my birthdate recorded wrong despite constant repetition AND writing it on the intake, clear as day. And by wrong, it was 9 years off. I wouldn't recommend this place for regular visits if they're handling sensitive documents like scrap and distributing them to new patients to see

    I am a patient of Dr Latif for many years. He is professional, polite and caring and goes out of his way to assist me with my complex health issues. A true gentleman with a happy, positive, compassionate and down to earth persona. I recently had a procedure done to remove an ingrown toe nail and I received %100 caring service from Dr Latif and staff. I am so sorry not everyone has a positive experience at the medical centre and I am most thankful and fortunate that I always receive excellent service from Dr Latif and staff. Reception staff are kind and greet me with a smile every time. Outstanding service with compassion and a smile. Thank you Dr Latif and staff 🙏👌🩺

    Terrible consideration for clients who have made an appointment. 5 people not all with appointments went in before me. I asked twice at reception when it would be my turn as I had an appointment and was told I was next- this did not happen. The same thing happened last time too. Enough, why take appointments if you do not show due consideration to those patients who book? I will look for another clinic that shows respect for a system. Janette Durand

    Positives first - Dr Morgan was super lovely and helpful, it’s a shame that the rest of the clinic isn’t up to scratch. Nurse spent a long time looking for things and I didn’t know what was happening, it seemed like they were out of some equipment? Took a very long time to prep a blood test and a flu shot. There seemed to be a few people waiting for the nurse and I’m not sure how I was called earlier than those. There was a jar of blood, a jar of urine, and another jar with clear liquid on the counter from another patient which made me feel faint during my blood test. The whole process was off. While paying for my appointment I felt really faint again and told the receptionist who gave a little awkward giggle and went on with the payment process while I bent down with my head in my knees. It took 2 hours to see a doctor and a nurse, and I’m pretty sure even I jumped the nurse queue without knowledge at the time. Weird experience! Definitely avoid.

    The doctors here are awesome - Dr Amany and Dr Latif, very caring and great but the appointment system is ridiculous!!! If you make an appointment expect to wait up to 2hrs. Bring a book.

    The worst experience of my life! The doctors are rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. They also didn’t take card and insisted on me paying Cash! Very dodgy! Would highly recommend no one EVER goes to this business ever!!

    Dr Morgan is lovely. Staff are a bit misunderstanding and have to articulate specific details to them. Finally have wheel chair/ pram access which is a great start to more pleasant visit. A lil renovation touch up to the waiting area can definitely be looked into.
