Do
not
recommend
this
business,
and
if
you
do
choose
them
make
sure
you
get
a
detailed
invoice
and
service
agreement
in
writing
because
they
seem
to
conveniently
change
their
product
pricing
after
they
take
your
money.
When
looking
on
their
website,
they
have
a
refund
policy
link
that
does
not
do
anything.
It
appears
that
reviewing
other
customers
feedback
that
they
seem
to
pick
and
choose
who
gets
a
refund,
instead
of
having
a
clear
universal
policy
which
every
customer
legally
is
entitled
to
if
it
falls
within
NSW
Fair
Trading
consumer
rights.
I
was
sold
a
package
treatment
with
guarantee
to
see
results
after
each
treatment,
after
2
treatment
having
waiting
a
month
with
no
results
I
felt
that
is
was
enough
time
to
know
that
i
was
sold
a
lie,
and
over
charged
by
$60
which
they
have
not
explained
what
or
why.
Paying
a
total
of
$5120,
only
have
had
2
treatments,
when
asked
for
a
refund
only
for
the
amount
of
what
had
not
been
used,
they
refused
to
give
my
money
back.
Ignoring
my
bank
when
contacting
them,
ignoring
NSW
Fair
trading,
ignoring
my
emails,
phone
calls,
text
msg's
to
resolve
this.
You
can
not
take
customers
money
and
sell
a
product
on
a
lie
and
expect
to
keep
the
money.
I
am
only
asking
for
my
money
which
has
not
been
used,
which
i
think
is
not
unreasonable
and
within
my
rights.
This
behavior
is
unethical,
illegal
and
breaches
your
consumers
rights
and
your
responsibilities
to
your
clients.
It
feels
no
different
than
if
my
money
was
stolen
from
me,
when
you
take
my
money
from
my
bank
and
have
not
provided
a
service,
product
or
even
time,
than
you
have
stolen
it.
You
have
my
contact
details
and
still
choose
to
ignore
me
and
the
opportunity
to
resolve
this.

have

I
have
please
share,
and
would
like
to
have
the
chance
to
ensure
this
business
is
held
accountable
please
post
as
I
will
be
taking
this
further.
