Do not recommend this business, and if you do choose them make sure you get a detailed invoice and service agreement in writing because they seem to conveniently change their product pricing after they take your money. When looking on their website, they have a refund policy link that does not do anything. It appears that reviewing other customers feedback that they seem to pick and choose who gets a refund, instead of having a clear universal policy which every customer legally is entitled to if it falls within NSW Fair Trading consumer rights. I was sold a package treatment with guarantee to see results after each treatment, after 2 treatment having waiting a month with no results I felt that is was enough time to know that i was sold a lie, and over charged by $60 which they have not explained what or why. Paying a total of $5120, only have had 2 treatments, when asked for a refund only for the amount of what had not been used, they refused to give my money back. Ignoring my bank when contacting them, ignoring NSW Fair trading, ignoring my emails, phone calls, text msg's to resolve this. You can not take customers money and sell a product on a lie and expect to keep the money. I am only asking for my money which has not been used, which i think is not unreasonable and within my rights. This behavior is unethical, illegal and breaches your consumers rights and your responsibilities to your clients. It feels no different than if my money was stolen from me, when you take my money from my bank and have not provided a service, product or even time, than you have stolen it. You have my contact details and still choose to ignore me and the opportunity to resolve this. If there are any other clients who have experienced the same thing I have please share, and would like to have the chance to ensure this business is held accountable please post as I will be taking this further.

Unfortunately I was very disappointment with service of this clinic. Long story short I do not recommend to sign multiple laser treatments here. In my case I had no result even after 12 treatments and had to shave as always every 2 days. I tried to cancel extra appointments that I bought later by their recommendation to get "the best result" but they refused to give money back. When I tried to discuss the issue with owner of clinic, she suddenly stopped answering on my sms or emails. I had to ask Fair Trading for help but Tina completely ignored every call and gave no response. Also sometimes I had very mixed filling about quality of work and actions that have been taken during some visits. I always been very polite and patient waiting for result to come, but this ignorance from their side gave me no other choice but to give this negative review.

Stealing money from selling package and do not deliver the service. Everything about this salon is a scam. Very bad quality machine, not professional and clinical as claim.

I was overcharged for a treatment. I brought it up to the owner Tina and was promised a refund of difference. However that did not materialised and she is now ignoring my messages and phone calls. In my opinion this business is dishonest and irresponsible.

Had an appointment with Nina as everyone had mentioned how good she was, the 30% off Valentine's treatments drove me to start a conversation via messenger, came in and was seen by Tiffany, she just wanted to sell sell sell, I was agreeing to a treatment when I pointed out my conversation with them and she said, 30% off is only for packages of 6 treatments which is BS, NOWHERE IS THAT MENTIONED. It's misleading and false promotion. Do not recommend. After I pointed it out and only heard excuses I just wanted to leave, there are hundreds of aestheticians and I'm one who works in sales and hates sales people who do not listen to clients needs. Money was a factor for me and hence what drove me to the business. Thumbs up to the marketing team though!

Love love love my facial here and the girls are so nice and attentive to my needs ! I tried their Herbal Facial and the result is impressive, my skin feels so spoiled haha. Highly recommend Tina and her team x

I've been going to TD Laser & Skin Aesthetics for laser hair removal and have been very happy with the service and the results which were noticeable for me almost straight away. The staff are always friendly and welcoming when I come, they offered a very competitive price package for my first four appointments. I really appreciate that they send reminder emails and texts when my next appointment is coming up. I definitely recommend them as a great local business.

Affordable price with premium treatment and customer services,. I went there just to have consultation its totally free, i have enlarge pore some pigmented and acne scars which is due from teenage. Was recommend by a friend to try for facials here, great services and the staffs are very helpful and friendly. I paid for a packages of facial massage and acne treatments since they were offerring discount and going to come back for my second appointment. I can see little differences now so it’s going well

Tina is an amazing beautician. I have been going to her clinic for the last 6 months. My skin has improved significantly, more firm and elastic, much less hidden pimples and smaller pores.
