Susan is by far the best hand physio I had ! She is really caring and you can feel straight away that she is dedicated to her work and her patient. After having a bad experience with my previous physio I wasn't sure where to go. When I met Susan, she took all that previous stress away and has been able to reassure me and made me more aware of what was really happening in my hand and how to take care of it by giving me exercises. My hands are really important due to my work and I feel really blessed that Susan was here to help me recover from my injury. I highly recommend Susan !

Hands down the best certified hand physio and clinic I've ever seen and been to in my experience! As a new mum of two weeks I was diagnosed with de Quervain's tenosynovitis and Susan so kindly assisted me during this process, not only in educating me to aid in my recovery but also was so professional and patient when it came making my custom splint to treat my de Quervain's. The level of care and quality of service was exceptional and I would highly recommend such a professional and friendly hand physio clinic!

I went to the Hand Physio Clinic to treat my broken wrist. I was keen to get better as soon as possible for work and fitness reasons, Susan was able to tailor my treatment plan to meet my needs, and now I'm back to 100%. General Physio don't have the knowledge to properly treat acute hand injuries, make sure you see a certified hand Physio like Susan.

From the day i walked into Susans rooms she treated me with the utmost care and professionalism. I presented with a broken arm and tendon injuries in both elbow and wrist. Susan was thorough and never missed a beat- she made me a split, braced my arm and provided me with all the exercises i required to achieve the best results and i can proudly say i am now back to my normal self! The team at Hand Physio are excellent. I came into the clinic with a ''clicky" finger which I learnt was a 'trigger finger and Susan, in particular was amazing! She is so knowledgeable, caring and thorough. She helped me understand what was wrong with my finger and treated my finger which has improved significantly. I developed postpartum carpal tunnel in both hands and saw Dr Susan Tran about eight weeks in. I was feeling quite anxious about whether this could be managed whilst looking after a growing baby, or if this would become chronic😫 Dr Susan Tran discussed the pros and cons of the different treatment options and based on her assessment she was confident we could manage this conservatively. I followed her advice and much to my relief the tingling and numbness in my fingertips began to subside within a couple of weeks.

I suffered a work injury on my hand which resulted in two fingers with damaged tendons which needed skin grafts and approx. 5 months of hand therapy. Susan at The Hand Physio Clinic in Marrickville was amazing. She is a kind compassionate professional and thanks to her I now have full use of my hand. CHEN LI has a POOR BEDSIDE MANNER! Poor Attitude! Could NOT be Bothered!!! ZERO service level quality! Unable to communicate the issue being treated, and zero communication of exercises required to assist recovery! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! 4 Visits in April + May. I give up!

I was treated by Susan to help recover from a wrist injury. All the sessions were extremely productive and in between each session I was able to make amazing progress towards a full recovery. Susan is professional, friendly and has great communication and knowledge.
